Unique hotel, located in very beautiful authentic place in Dubai. In my personal opinion I really like this place. Very peaceful, calm vibes. Shower was not that perfect but itu2019s understandable when you consider the old buildings. Breakfast location was also amazing and the breakfast itself was good as well. One night / two nights stay is more than enough.

I enjoyed the hotel a lot, especially with its heritage feel. Reception is friendly and efficient, and the rooms are well maintained. Definitely worth a stay when you want to experience Old Dubai!

Definitely one of the most unique hotel Iu2019ve ever stayed in! It has old ancient vibe to it and I love every corner of the hotel. Most importantly, all the staffs were so nice and they went the extra mile to make sure me and my family had a great time during our stay! Weu2019ll definitely come back when we visit Dubai again!

Reached the hotel early in the morning and my reservations has been cancelled though I had exchanged before emails informing the property about my late arrival and confirmed me to stay calm that all is set. In addition I am diamond hhonors member. What a nice welcome !nThough the front desk team member and bell boy were friendly and willing to help but still had to wait u2026 what was supposed to be a short sleep after a long flight is now a delusion. Hotel is nice and particular worth visiting but lack of communication in between departments.

One of a kind of an experience. Traditional and antique looking clean and neat hotel and surrounding. The staff were extremely friendly. Anjali from the front office had much customer service towards us and others.

The hotel consists of 10 single-storey buildings, some overlooking Dubai Creek and others facing the inner streets. The buildings are relatively newly built, but retain the architecture of an old town. Many souvenir and clothing stores are open on the streets, as well as small restaurants or cafes. However, the whole area is very quiet and extremely safe. Breakfast is varied and consists mainly of traditional foods and can be served between 7 AM and 12 noon. The rooms are modestly arranged, a little dark, but offer all the desired comfort. But since I didn't want a luxury and modern hotel, I can't complain. It is located quite far from the area of u200bu200btourist interest, more than 10 km .

Al Seef Heritage is a new life experience with a unique cultural style created from a modern twist into the oldest day formation.nnNo one will believe this is a Curio Collection Hotel by Hilton where everything looks so magnificent in old day Arabian style.nnI love this place. I love the design. I love the culture. It's a whole new experience. No hotel can bit this in terms of cultural heritage and style.nnMy rating for this hotel is not based on sample analysis. But based on true understanding of cultural heritage.

Great week spent in room 511 during a fair week for our company. The hotel is in an awesome historical location in Dubai far from traffic, clean rooms and precise service. We'll remember for long time the breakfast, thanks to all the staff! Girls make Cappuccinos better than ours in Italy. Thanks for all guys

Very nice rooms, in a very nice neighborhood. Service, especially at the reception, could be better. We spent a lot of time waiting. Most of the time there is not enough personnel. Poor organized. You better organize important things directly by yourself.nIf you book breakfast and dinner be careful, dinner is in canopy hotel, 15 min by foot, but still faster as if you wait for a club car to bring you there. Canopy we have not been satisfied with! Nice location but poor service as well.

Incredibly pleased! Intended to stay for 3 days, before going elsewhere closer to the centre we loved the full service we decided to remain, and compromised with car transportation or train which is still convenient. At times could be busy, but staff would try to accommodate where possible to not keep you waiting long. From house keeping, to staff, to the breakfast and cafe staff...all was grand. Highly recommend this hotel. Hotel Wi-Fi is also good for those needing to work several hours. Honestly cannot fault anything- the staff's efforts have really been appreciated and can't wait to be back in the future.

Loved every single bit of this hotel and experience except it did not have a bathtub. That's the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five. I would definitely stay at this place again it made me feel like I was submerged into the culture.
