I attended the police convention today and im definitely disappointed by the experience as the valet service damaged my car !! In addition to this they lied and done nothing about till police had to show up after 2 hoursnnI delivered my car today at 8:30 am in 1 peicenAround 3:40 pm the valet brought the car with front bumper damaged no front grill.nterrible service ... how come it is possible to have such non professionals in your hotel...

Outstanding hotel with all the services, facilities and quality you would want. Hard to fault and it's great that it's part of a larger resort complex, affording more options during your stay!

This is a pretty incredible hotel, the walk out to the pool is amazing and the staff really look after you. Easy access to the beach but really any more than that and you're catching Ubers/taxis everywhere to explore. Very much a great hotel for a sit and chill holiday but probably not in the most brilliant place for exploring.

I cannot believe this is a 5* hotel and I was waiting 15 minutes for a taxi before I overheard a doorman telling the guests BEHIND ME that there was a lexis available immediately. I have a 10 month old baby waiting for me and I am absolutely aghast that your doorman couldn't mention this to me as I stood in the queue totally stressed out about the endless wait time for a taxi....I only got the lexus when I approached the car directly. If anyone wants to use this hotel....im not sure if the doorman have a deal or get commission or something but this is unacceptable service for a 5* hotel. Guests deserve better

We spent a wonderful relaxing vacation in the in this hotel for a few nights on our way back from our vacation from the Maldives.nIt is an oriental dream with perfect service of extremely friendly and competent personnel.nPool, beach, restaurants, bars and rooms were fantastic.

We visited this place few times, mostly to enjoy their restaurants. The hotel itself is really beautiful- looks so rich and impressive. Located very conveniently- on one hand yiu can easily enter it if you are driving a car, or you can home here from Madinat Souq.

Another lovely hotel by Jumeirah. The location is perfect and bang in the middle of jbr and dubai mall. The service was great. The abra trips around the complex are recommended. Breakfast at the hotel was always excellent and had a wide range. You get complementary access to wild wadi water park which is bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel and to family and friends.

I write this review whilst on my vacation with 3 days remaining. Friendly staff, clean, nice food. Good location.nnValue for money, not given 5* due to the half board “catch”. Supplements at most food places, or too far to travel to which will require time and money, when travelling with a family, both of which are precious.nnExample, a restaurant we wanted to dine at Al nafoorah, is not complementary on site, but the one on the palm (zabeel saray) is? Just doesn’t make sense why they would want to make parents life hard, surely it’s easier for a young family to stay on the resort and eat with convenience.nnNot much to do with children on evenings, no kids entertainment, kids club limited to 2 hours a day, which seem to have the same crafts on each day. This has meant us just getting to bed earlier, since it’s too hot to walk. We also requested a room close to my sister who booked At the same time, they are 3 floors above us due to a date mix up.nnStaff leave quirky little toys and magnets for the kids which they love. Chocolates and fruit have also been left for us which is a nice extra touch. This holiday was a birthday present for my daughter, we also got a cake and bed decorated with roses, which was very cute and well accepted.nnOn half board allowance, guests should be allowed to spend the voucher as they please, too big food portions, left half eaten, going to waste, instead guests can skip a starter or a desert and buy a drink instead, but this isn’t allowed. Drinks are too expensive, as is the ice cream. Complimentary ice lollies have been welcomed nicely to cool us down. Some people have the branded beach bags with hotel name on it, we didn’t get those, no loofahs (cleaning sponges when showering/bathing) this I would have thought to be a standard for a 5* hotel. Staff have been sooooo friendly, always happy to help and smiling.

I loved every second of it. The breakfasts are so good and so are the lunches. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The hotel lobby smells so so so good!! And there is a starbucks right in the next hotel so that was great. The sea is clean and great.

For a supposedly “5 star” hotel that charges just shy of 1,000 Euros per night, one expects something better. The room is really dated and tired. And the service is nonexistent. We asked for an early check in; instead our room was delayed even beyond the standard check in time. And we had to ask several times to get a baby cot even though this was specified in the booking and to mentioned to the executive lounge before arrival.

Top -Top! A beautiful place that you will always remember. Everything is superb and the neighbors are the beach overlooking Atlantis the Palm and the Burj Al Arab Hotel on the right.

Stayed 7 nights at this beautiful hotel. Staff are very welcoming. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Amazing beach in the hotel. Such a pleasant stay will definitely be returning to stay.
