Other than that an amazing experience. Perfect spot to watch the sunset over JBR and Blue Waters. Direct Beach access. Huge pool with various sections. Great DJ and really tasty food. My only issue would be that the servers were slow, little forgetful and almost off-ish/ rude towards the end.

We had a great time at this place, I love the djs and music selection, the guys at the bar are very friendly and I loved the view from the pool to the skyscrapers! Also you can go to the beach it’s right there and see the sunset !!

Andreea's, friendly staff ,. But very poor management , becoming very low place . They need good professional managernI spent 2 hours and still he charge you 300. But this will not apply for all. of course ., It used to be good place. needs better care and classy dealing with clients, hope they will be like the old days

Great staff, chatting with us about general things as well as the resort also very attentive. Plenty of loungers scattered around, the pool is on two levels, not crowded on our visit. Be aware there is minimum spend per person per day. The pool and toilets need a bit of tlc to give it full 5 * from me . The walkway to the beach needs to be a little clearer, as you wouldn't want to walk onto anyone else's site. But overall happy with the use and would definitely go again.

The pool facilities were nice but management skills and staff(especially the manger) were unacceptable. They couldnu2019t find my ID after we changed the tag, resulting in returning for it the following days which is a waste of time. The communication among staff was ridiculously poor. After inquiring about my ID, I was informed that I have to pay(251aed)for my bill opened on that card. I tried to explain that we changed the tag as soon as we saw our friends who were there already with different tag number. And that no drink was ordered on the old tag. After discussing among themselves, they came up with u2018you have to pay 50aed for your beeru2019. Itu2019s funny how they changed from 251 to 50 in the course of 10 minutes and without any proof. I denied to pay as we did not order a single drink on my previous tag. After a long and unnecessary discussion, I got my card back, without any apology. Was a horrible experience. I would never ever recommend anyone to go there.

The burger ud83cudf54 was fantastic together with the fries. Service was okay. Pool is big enough there's an option for a jacuzzi. Lovely place to relax

The worst experience I have had so far.. we booked for the Friday with friends seeking to spend some fun time, however we spent time sweating from head to toe, the place is not provided with proper cooling system, I mean COME ON.. this is DUBAI in August !!! We didn't enjoy the food and honestly I give the buffet a half star. For the amount we payed I expected at least to set with comfort not sweating my as** off ud83eudd75 definitely not coming. And guys don't waste your money.

A long walk to get to this lovely spot, but the food package on the ladies night not only worth the price...it was absolutely delicious. The portions were on pointe and the dessert scrumptious. The service at times slow but we didn't wait overly long for drinks and it always arrived with a smile. Friendly and helpful servers. Highly recommended.

Really great beach club, staff were friendly and attentive. Nice pool and the music was great too.nnOnly issue was all the pretentious people taking a thousand selfies with their filled lips, although you cannot fault the venue for that.

Good food & Amazing ambience, a very chilled out vibe. Great to go during winter times with the outdoor seating. Sheesha is available here. Drinks r on point.nnLadies day was not a big hit. I liked the pool and getting that tan but the food was not upto mark. Neither was the service, I had to wait for a while to get served with a drink. Only 2 choices of drink for ladies day.nnTheir pizza is amazing!!!!
