It was a pleasant stay with Hilton. breakfast was good. Room cleanliness, and Ambience was good..nSpecial mention to Jessica for guiding us throughout the stay right from check-in to check-out.nShe patiently understood our requirement and helped us to give the best.nnThanks to the staff who assisted us throughout the stay..

Stayed for 4 nights with family and I must say good staff and service and location. The service is quick and the staff is polite as well. Rooms are cozy yet sufficient and clean. Buffet spread is varied and the collection is good but repetitive breakfast spread. Good stay overall!

We stayed for 6 nights. The room was quite comfortable, a bit small than what I had thought of, however the service was prompt and everything was good. They can improve in their buffet selections during the breakfast especially the hot buffet items. As an Indian traveler you are a bit used to of seeing more than just 1 or 2 items and the cold buffet just doesn't work for you. Would like to appreciate the consistency shown by the housekeeping team. Restaurant staff was prompt and helped us whenever we asked for it.

Do not expect 4 star hospitality from this hotel. They even charge for water bottles.nNobody is going to help you with your luggage during check in or check out.nLocation is also not great. There are no hotels or market nearby. You'll have to eat in the hotel itself, where the price is too high.nFrankly speaking, i didn't feel like staying in Hilton at all.nGave 2 stars as the room and bed was good.

Decent stay. Not much to complain about. But if you are a vegetarian, you probably may want to look elsewhere. The rooms could be slightly bigger. The view isn't that great too. Staff and overall hospitality are the things I liked the most.

Nice, quiet and clean hotel to have your vacation in Dubai. You are near from Nesto Hypermarket, restaurants and 10 minutes to metro station with taxi.nServices are so nice and good.

The breakfast was decent considering it’s mid-tier hotel, they had something for everyone. The room and washrooms were very clean, well kept and felt like they were recently upgraded. The feedback provided from my 1 night stay was well received and acted upon my Mr. Omar. Also, during the second stay, Mr. Dhiraj took care of everything personally. Overall a very pleasant experience. One area for improvement would be to increase the water pressure in shower, which I felt was on the lower side, though not enough to rant about.nnThank you HGI staff!

I came from Turkey for a holiday. The hotel has a very nice parking area, the breakfasts are great, thank you very much for everything.nand greetings to Mr. Omar at the reception

Staff is very good but for every small thing they are applying penalty. If you are an indian there are very few options in breakfast. Here AC system I don't like. It was adjusting based on room temperature. In summer I was unable to sleep because of switching off of AC or warming of room even though there is AC. You can't set AC temperature below 19 degree ud83dude14

It was a beautiful experience. The rooms are clean and cuddly. The buffet was good and the non alcoholic cocktails at the bar are incredibly good

Stayed here for 8 days last week...nGood location and a safe place to stay. But some disappointments have to be mentioned here.n1. Size of the roomsn2. Size of the cubicle with a tub. If you are a plus size person, I dont think you can bathe inside that space.n3.They charge you 10 dirhams extra to bring up anything you order in room service, even a bottle of water.n4.The breakfast buffet spread, same thing on repeat for a week. We lost our appetite for breakfast after 4 days.n5.They did not have a weighing machine, neither in the rooms nor in the common area. They have so many international guests staying with them and they definitely need a weighing machine for their baggage before leaving.

This has been such an amazing stay in Dubai. The staff are absolutely lovely and go above and beyond. From the rooms to especially the garden grille service team and manager. They had me in tears of gratefulness upon departure for making my stay so lovely. A holiday I will always have to cherish. Thank you again.

Everything was absolutely great from the first moment! :-) Friendly staff who take great care of the guests. Beautiful and clean rooms. We will be happy to return here. The food tastes great! It was the most beautiful holiday. Everyone should visit this place. The staff is very professional. I recommend and thank you for a perfect stay at the hotel!

We had a very great experience staying in this property. A special thanks to Abdul who checked us in. He made sure we got the best room and made it very accommodating even though we checked in late. Overall great and a very pleasant breakfast. Kudos to f&b; team.

Dear hotel manager.Front staff. To the chef, the hotel staff's kindness and customer service are excellent, and the chef's food is delicious. Rooftop swimming pool and fitness are also available, and I would like to use it if I have a chance. Most of them are satisfied.
