I had the experience of meeting someone in the coffee shop/lobby of this premium property. I must say that I was impressed by the luxury and finesse that it offered. They use their logo wherever they can, and I liked it a lot. The cake we had from the coffee shop was super awesome. I would definitely like to stay in this property during my next visit to Dubai.
Thank you so much for your hotel that is amazing and wander full that was the most beautiful and amazing place that I have ever seen actually it was magic. the food is so great and the staff is very helpful and friendly and politely and lovely. the rooms are very spacious and comfortable and convenient and spectacular and very clean. The breakfast is so various types of things and so delicious. the chefs and the staff who work in the breakfast lounge are so lovely and helpful.i took a picture with one of them, The pool is so clean and spacious and it has a remarkable views of the Greek I will highly recommend this hotel for everyone who whats come to Dubai and enjoy their time. I'll certainly come back soon there
Their dish is excellent and high professional way of presenting the dish. Satisfying bite in each and every dish. Their intention in protecting the nature on avoiding the plastic spoons and they used the wooden spoons to save the planet. Have a way ahead even there is no same available anywhere in dubai. Definitely a nice experience for a great morning brunch. Their logo printed in the dish was amazing
The hotel was amazing. The staff were very kind, the rooms were amazing and beautiful, the beds were very comfy. The location was also pretty good. The foods were very delicious, there were some restaurants in the hotel which was great! The pools were really cool and pretty. I had a GREAT time!!!!
I have no other options left but to write this review, with heavy heart to bring to your attention as access to your Finance Department is blocked No responsible person to answer No phones calls answerednHow many more families will have to suffer by your Great HotelnI do not know, how entire management of your hotel in particular Finance Department Personnel can sleep peaceful with their kids and families by putting blinds eye to Payment issues, when your vendor bread earning member lost job and kids hungry unable to pay school fee and could not buy medicine for eldersnHoping you will take corrective actions and stop this madness by your Finances Department and make payment to all your Vendors

The adults pool was great and music was amazing. Great DJ and lovely atmosphere overall. However the food on the pool wasn't great. I was expecting more from the Pizza i ordered. Could be way better specially when ordered in authentic Italian place like versace.
The Enigma restaurant on Friday is outstanding with tasteful live entertainment. The multiple course meal absolutely takes the experience to the next level. The bar service is over the top no matter if you decide to dine indoors or outside the level of service is maintained on the floor. Please see pictures.
What a great hotel. All the stuff came out of their way to please us and we even got a free upgrade. We chose to do our gender revealing party and it went at the best restaurant and all guests were us happy and being treated like royals
It's one of my favorite hotels in Dubai. I love the lobby vibes and the food. I always visit whenever I have some work to get done.nnThe coffee is so good and I ordered twice. And i had a dessert along with it and it tastes so good. Very light and delicious.nnThe staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is so welcoming. I love the interior and the brightness of the place, very welcoming indeed.nnI'm regular there but i had to write a nice comment for the beautiful staff who works there and serves me with smile, always.nnI just wish that the piano will be played again and we can hear beautiful soul enriching music once again.
Amazing property located in Jaddaf, Dubai. Beautiful Italian architecture over looking the Dubai creek. You will find quite a few boutique outlets within the premises.nnloads of yachts are parked in front of the property, it also has an infinity pool facing the creek.nnVery well located in middle of Dubai.
Absolutely superb once again, we had this trip planned from 2019 and due to covid we had to re book 3 times. We finally got back here October 2021 and from the moment we arrived everything was taken care of by the manager Daniela, she is a credit to this hotel and my family are already talking about returning in 2022 for a longer stay. We had a dayu2019s stay at the property. The rooms are very clean and staff is very friendly. Honestly, itu2019s the best place to stay in Dubai. The view by the creek is amazing and somehow the climate tends to be cooler around here. Itu2019s a u201cmust recommendu201d place for anyone visiting or staying in Dubai. Will surely visit again.
Best customer service ever! Love this place. Thanks Khaled for making my birthday memorable. And the rest of the staff from concierge, to front desk, to lobby, to pool side, to room service, to the restaurants tried all of them. everyone is super at their job and professional.
I stayed a night for my anniversary, food is delicious staff is great, hotel is also cleanu2026nnHowever, I had 2 afternoon tea sets, Arabic coffee and chocolate cake it was good & staff is really great and helpful BUT the Arabic coffee cup was DIRTY it had lipstick stain !!!!!!!!!nnDirtiness IS A BIG NO FOR ME.nThey offered to remove Arabic coffee & cake charge from the bill, they apologized which I really appreciateu2026. But unfortunately I donu2019t think Iu2019ll be back again soon.
Excellent residential neighborhood... Must ride Ferry boat from water front (Approx. 2.5 hours enjoyment).nTrip may include visit to Art Gallery... @5 minutes walk....
Very high end designer hotel unfortunately the middle swimming pool never has any sun and is always in the shade. Sauna also unfortunately not available and only accessible through a spa appointment which is weird considering when I did go inside it was empty and spacious, could be something due to covid. Overall would recommend.
