friendly and supportive staff, views of the sea from over where in the resort. Amazing swimming pool and jet sea experience. Breakfast buffet is the best I have ever seen of so many resort I have visited. Very diverse choices for breakfast. Bar food is diverse but limited. Haven’t tried the main restaurant for lunch or dinner 🥘 (Note: not comfortable for conservative family)
Beautiful Serene location and a lovely ocean side property. The sea , sand and the outdoor area are very picturesque. Lovely people , good service. The beach club has an electric atmosphere every evening. Must visit if you are visiting Dubai with Family.
We came to the hotel for Saturday brunch with my family , the guy who is working as security , his name was Daniel , he works on a entrance of arrival to the hotel ,said aggressively and not friendly that the hotel is full booked and we can’t go inside , and sent us back home !nWhen I called to the reception of a hotel , they of course gave me the reservation and said that there is no problem with tables and they are not fully booked for today ! I always was coming before to the hotel on weekends to enjoy the restaurant! It’s the first time ,after we were treated so badly ,we had to leave ! The security guy destroyed my day and it is my bday as well today ! We just wanted to go with my family and celebrate it nicely in a beautiful place !! I hope this person will stop working there ,as he breaks the reputation of a nice place !

Location, service and amenities are excellent. The quality of the pool and beach areas are of the highest standardnAs well as for the staff. We only had an inconvenience in our room with the fridge and it was taking care of immediately.nIt’s location is perfect not right in the center of touristic places therefore very quite and serene atmosphere. Also the size structure of the hotel makes it very intimate avoiding crowds in all of the common areas specially in the pool Area. 5 ⭐️ Spa and treatments. The exclusive private beach is a plus. There is nothing not to love .. thank you for an unforgettable stay

As a hard to please German: pretty flawless.nnOf course the location is great. Of course the rooms are awesome. Of course the Spa is fantastic. And yes, there is a (tasteful!) DJ working at the pool. But you do expect all that.nnBut: this place is also incredibly organized and well run. You need an extra room cleaning? You need an ironing board in five minutes? You need the lock of your suitcase to be broken at 2:15 in the morning: consider it done.nnAll that happens with not just politeness but genuine friendlyness. The staff is glad to help. And they make you feel taken care of.nnPrices are technically not cheap but very much worth it. Ah and yes, you do get the stylish pictures there to make your friends back home jaleous.

We just spend an amazing 4 days at this resort. If you are looking for place with nice views, beach, pool, restaurants and spa Nikki is the place to go absolutely top notch resort. I have been coming to dubai since almost 10 years and never have been experienced such great customer service from the front desk to room/ pool service. You have an amazing staff and they made my trip with their smiles.nnThanks to Mr. Rakan the hotel manager who helped us personally when we faced an issue that is not resort related. Appreciate all the efforts made for us and I will definitely be back.

Breathe taking serene atmosphere with the waves bashing the beach front, lovely cabanas, recliners and amazing outdoor.nThe Cafe served up some delightful small bites and refresher cocktails.nWound down the evening with ginger tea ud83cudf75 and chocolate biscuits ud83cudf6bnIt was a pleasurable experience.

Doesnu2019t matter how beautiful the facility is if your staff sucks. The Filipino lady at the front desk, with shoulder length straight/brown hair that checks people into the beach club is rude and not friendly at all. For example, when I said u201chi, how are you todayu201d she just gave me an ugly look and went straight to business. The Nikki beach Miami staff is SOOO more kinder, accommodating and friendlier.
We've enjoyed a lot staying there for few days. It's one of the not so big hotel in Dubai, which makes it super attractive. Ambiance is great, beach is nice, rooms are everything you could hope in this kind of stay and super clean.nService has been great, just a little disappointed by the food.nI really recommend it in couple(s) or with few friends.
Stuff is really unfriendly, think they are something better. If you wanna go definitely book in advance otherwise you will get horrendous prices. Everywhere around are construction sites. The security guy told us that the Villas around are gonna be demolished every 4-5 years.. questionable. Music was good :)
We just spent 5 days at this resort and I must say it was pure joy. The room is very large and absolutely stunning. The breakfast buffet is generous and amazing. The swimming pool and beach are wonderful. The staff is very kind. Ah and forgot to mention the gym is brand new and well equipped, and the therapists at the spa are great.nEverything is perfect !! If I had to mention one negative point is the quality of the Wifi which makes it very challenging to worknnThank you Nikki Beach for the great vacations !!

One of the best 5 star hotels in Dubai you must stay . Best hotel in Dubai in private beach. My stay was short but one of my best stays I ever had in my life. Hotel location is perfect and on private beach. The service was excellent and staff are supportive and friendly. I tried most of the hotel facilities and I really enjoy it. It deserve a stay at least for 2 nights. Recommended for couples.
It's a pretty cool place to visit and the ambience is excellent. The staff at the Nikki Beach resort are friendly and take the time to inform newcomers and visitors about the special offers and programs happening at Nikki BeachnnThe location of the resort is quite interesting and is hidden away from the harbor and the maritime city area. Plenty of greenery right at the entrance and there are lots of villas in construction , but in due time this particular area where Nikki Beach is at is going to be amazing.
Really enjoyed my time at the beach club. We came to celebrate my friends birthday so we booked a couple of cabanas. The area was spacious.nnThe pool was really nice and they had a couple of jacuzzis (cold water) which was cool. Itu2019s too bad that the pool bar itself is closed due to covid, hope one day itu2019ll be back in action.nnThe food was generally good. The jumbo prawns were awesome and the rest of the food already great. The service could have been a little better. Iu2019ll for sure be back.
A serene experience is how I would describe my time here. Truly recommended for an amazing relaxing time watching the sunset while sitting by the waves.nnMy visit was to catch up with friends over a good cup of coffee. Havenu2019t yet had a chance to savour the food, saving that for my next trip!nnThis place is a hidden gem in Dubai.
