Ramada Hotel and Suites by Wyndham Dubai JBR

Great view with friendly and nice staff attending to our request. Spacious room. Excellent view! Plenty of shops to eat around the area. Breakfast spread was good too. Abit downside was the location was not found easily. Overall a great stay with reasonable price.

Last Sunday (11th Dec 2022) I enjoyed a buffet lunch with my boyfriend. The whole experience was terrific! This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in JBR. The staff, especiallynMr. Angelo, the F&B; staff, was a down-to-earth person, who was highly knowledgeable and made helpful recommendations. The view was extraordinary. Fantastic food, and service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :)

Very good size room (mine was essentially an apartment!). Great location right next to the beach but much more affordable. You're in a Cluster which means there's food, groceries, pharma, and chill spots wiithout leaving the overall property. Great for families or traveling solo. The staff was very helpful all week I was there.

We spent our 7 days family vacation. All the staff were extremely nice and friendly. We loved all time free valet parking.the free beach towels and umbrella. House keeping on time always. Very short Walking distance to the beach. Also few minute walking to coffee shops and restaurants and super market . If you stay there you don’t need a car. Highly recommend it. Thank you Ramada for making our vacation unforgettable.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and clean amenties. The location is ideal as the beach is a 5 minute walk, and the tram (JBR-2) is a stone throw away. The Flavourz restaurant has amazing food every day with very pleasant staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in a fantastic location. It was our first time to stay in this hotel using our diamond card and the experienced was superb. The staff are very friendly,helpful and polite specially Ms.Norena and Hazel they even upgrade our room to a bigger one. We will definitely come back!nThank you for making our stay memorable.

Loved the stay at this hotel, very polite and friendly staff. Always willing to help you. It's in a very good location on the JBR walk. Its a 5 minute walk to the beach. The nearest tram station is 2 minutes walk. We had a great view from our room. The stay was excellent my family loved it.

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel, Very polite and friendly staff all around the hotel.nAlways willing to help you.nIt's in a very good location on the jbr walk only 5min walk to the beach.nAccess to the nearest tram station is only 2 mins walk away.nGood room's, we had a great view out of our room. The variety of food at breakfast time was excellent family loved it.

What a memorable stay! Angelo and his team made our visit unforgettable. From the friendly service to bringing my sister a piece of birthday cake by the pool, it was a wonderful stay and we can't wait to come back!

I booked a two bedroom apartment with kitchen since I have an infant, a 7 yr old kid, my wife and her mother. Booked for cooking and feeding infant food. Why I gave 3 for room is kitchen was a converted one in a room corner, not a full size kitchen. There was no refrigerator (I expected it to be there). The room is not as per the picture shown in booking.com. Photo is enhanced using some software I guess. The real feel is like you are in a simple flat. It doesn't feel like you are in a hotel room. Unfortunately I forgot to take real pictures of the room because we all were disappointed about the rooms. But breakfast served was excellent. Only one pool is there which is busy (full) from 9 am to 4 pm. Pool is there from 8am to 8pm.

We went for Eid brunch in Flavours restaurant, Ramada JBR. Had an excellent experience. They had an amazing buffet with a variety of dishes and cuisines. We were a group of people so there was something for everyone. And if you’re a dessert lover, this place is heavenly. I loved their Chocolate fudge cake. Apart from the food, they have attentive staff. They make sure to make you feel comfortable and listen to your requests carefully. Also their backyard views are lovely. Since we were able to go in a nice weather, we enjoyed the outdoors as well. Would Totally recommend to everyone.

Amazing service at this hotel!nThe rooms are a bit dated but the staff made the stay memorable ud83dude0anWe booked the stay to celebrate my parters new job and the staff surprised him with cake and balloons in our room.

The stay at the hotel itself was very good, friendly staff and good room service food etc.nnUnfortunately the deposit that was blocked from my credit card has still not been released yet more than 3 weeks after our stay.nnNo responses to emails or messages on Facebook messenger. Unfortunately not the type of service I experienced when we were staying at the hotel. Pretty disappointed with customer service, therefore only 2 stars.

Love the Hotel... really awesome... location is amazing... really vibey... traffic is a nightmare. A tip: navigate to the Millennium Place marina and turn the next right after Millennium

Initially my experience wasnu2019t good as the room I was allotted 1st time wasnu2019t as per my liking. But the staff managed to give us a better room with good view on my 2nd day of visit. This really changed our perception towards the staff and the hotel overall. A small gesture goes a long way and this is a true example for that. The breakfast spread was amazing as well. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

We had a pleasant stay at Ramada, the room was an upgrade, a really huge room (thanks Ramada staff). The breakfast was very good and varied, the coffee good and the views are in the photos.

Excellent hotel. We stayed in a 100 m2 room (4 ppl). The breakfast was rich. The beach is of walking distance..nThe hospitality was excellent, the staff really tried to make our stay as good as possible.nWould definitely come back.

We visited one of the restaurants in this hotel called Flavours Of India -Authentic Indian cuisine. The Food Was So delicious, freshly cooked, juicy starters. Veg and Non Veg Menu is available. The ambiance of the place is cozy and comfortable.They have an outdoor area as well which is perfect for winter time. Also next to it is a kids play area-where you can leave your kids and enjoy your dinner. Hotel have a valley parking available as well. I loved the place and definitely going back

Great place to stay in a fantastic location. Staff are amazing and can't do enough for you, they offer a personal touch. The suites are large, great for families. Breakfast was extremely clean with everyone expected to wear gloves. The range of food was excellent as was poolside food at a very reasonable price. This was our 3rd stay, since being taken over by Ramada Wyndham the decor is getting tired which is a shame. Hopefully as business picks up after covid this will be sorted.

Staff are superb, from front desk, room service and concierge, they were all outstanding. Hotel location is great with easy access to the Walk and the facilities are a quality above what I expected. Pool area is lovely with clean towels and staff there all the time and food and drinks came as asked and quickly. No bar, which for me was a negative but easy to go for a beer along the wall. Beach is 2 mins away and rooms are spacious and well equipped. Only note to hotel is I would change dishwasher to a washing machine. Would highly recommen. Thanks for a great stay.

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel, they upgraded me from room to suite without even asking only by giving a glance they considered that along with 2kids it'll be more comfortable if we stay in a 1bhk rather than in a room. Plus staff was very friendly, pool was clean and nice, breakfast was really good on top we got laguna water park access along with the stay for the whole family, what else can we ask for.... Thanks Ramada for your hospitality, we'll remember to pay you a visit again...

Nice lobby, cozy room. Helpful & friendly staff specially in the reception. Room was always clean & tidy. Excellent location; walking distance to the beach and JBR restaurants.nIt was an amazing stay definitely will return.
