Four Points by Sheraton Downtown Dubai

Amazing hotel. Ideal for short stays. Location seems pretty good (first time staying in Dubai). Both the room and the bathroom were very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms good. Best part was the bell services and people there who were helping all day and night round. All on duty were helpful whether it was the African person or Ammar the smiling boy. They all went out of the way to help for anything or to hire cab. Front desk needs training to smile and to be helpful and welcoming to guests.hotel crowdy.

The hotel offers very nice staff (Dubai standard) and a pretty decent rooftop pool. However there are almost no balconies and the lobby is inside. The pool closes at 7pm and after that you are no longer able to access the roof which is pretty annoying because you no longer can enjoy the view from the roof and its surrounding skyscrapers.

Even though this is located in Bur Dubai, I needed taxis to move around and those can quickly add up and increase logistics cost when one is on a budget.nnThe pictures online did not accurately represent the lobby and needs to be updated however, the rooms are large and spacious and mine was clean.nnGiven this was a last minute booking the price paid was exorbitant in my opinion for the amenities but if you are able to book this on time and get it for

Great experience as always. I had stayed here earlier and even at their Bur Dubai property. They have both been very clean and well serviced. The deluxe room was pretty huge!

While the rooms are outdated and could use a refreshing. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurants on the property are great too. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Itu2019s a bit out of the way of most attractions, very few restaurants and shops in walking distance. Good daily breakfast buffet and Indian restaurant on the premises with a small cafe and pub. However, my peeve was offering a poolside happy hour at the rooftop bar for guests but shutting it down the pool for maintenance at the same timeu2026 also not sure what was up with the cafe but itu2019s weird to have to call for the cafe barista from the other side of the hotel whenever you need to order something. Comfortable rooms, very clean and spacious so no issues there. Okay stay but would stay somewhere closer to main attractions. Good for group budget tours, it seems.

A very good place to stay in Dubai. The hotel is located in the downtown area and quite close to the metros. Taxis and other public transports are easily accessible. The standard that I booked was worth the price. It had a spacious room and bathroom with every amenity that essential. The staff is courteous and helpful. The buffet breakfast was average though satisfactory. Overall a good choice.

Fantastic HotelnnVery big rooms and very helpful management. We stayed for 10 days and had a very comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful. My son was tested Covid Positive and hotel staff took good care of himu2026 made him feel like home.

Definitely the best choice in this area. Very clean, bed super comfortable. We had everything that we asked. Staff is friendly. Mr. George ( if i remember right ) from the front desk is very helpful when i needed some information for my flight he went online to check it out and he even called the airlines to confirm for me. Also the breakfast is delicious, with many many choices. Highly recommended.
