One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Karen at the front desk is a real gem - she's friendly and always helpful from upgrades to getting a mattress topper. She always greets you with a smile and genuinely wants to help you. The restaurant staff are superb - the breakfast options and quality of food provide a great kick to the day. Lastly, the beach staff are very pleasant and always smiling despite the high temperatures.
The team and service is what it makes here. Very nice location and the rooms are good too. Breakfast is excellent. Beds are good. Rooms are a bit aged and could be renovated, especially the shower. But thatu2019s something Iu2019ve experienced in most of the hiltons. I would come back. Because of the location and friendly staff.

Great location. Staff are very helpful and courteous. House cleaning can be a little late. 5pm isnu2019t uncommon. Rooms are large and clean. Noise from neighbouring rooms can be loud at times. The executive lounge is great for afternoon tea. Great fitness studio also. Next to the building is a huge building site. Despite asking for a room on the other side of the building I got a room facing the bullring site. Very very loud all day. Doesnu2019t effect the beach or pool area but the balcony area of the room canu2019t really be enjoyed. Rooms are sold as sea view but are partial views at best.nOverall I would recommend the hotel. The staff make the place memorable.
Beautiful hotel with excellent hosts. We missed our flight and they extended our stay at half price. It was a great experience. The house keeper, Caroline was awesome.
Amazing apartments: spacious next to the beach and pool. Tasty fresh breakfast and safe. Large family apartments with cosy lounge and fully furnished kitchen with cooking utensils. Free safe in each master room where you enter your own 4 digit code. There are 2 or 3 bedroom apartments with numerous bathrooms
Hilton 5 star in Dubai is a brilliant resort. Swim up bar, pool, beach right there. I was in heaven. The lounge access was awesome, I loved it there.nI would definitely return and stay here again. Thanks Hilton.
Amazing hotel. Been staying here every year for 4 years before the pandemic and the staff have always been amazing to us. Hotel is in a great location.nArrived this morning after getting no sleep on the night flight and though check in was not until 3pm. Ayman on the reception not only gave us an early check in but also upgraded us to an amazing 3 bed apartment. All staff are truly amazing and an asset to the hotel. Will continue to stay here every time.
We stopped at the Hilton on the Walk, the staff were so attentive and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast buffet is second to none, with crapes and egg stations. Concierge did a fantastic job of sorting excursions and reception were so helpful with room arrangements. Lunchtime and evening meals are available at several satellite restaurants which, between them, cater for every taste.
Hotel location is great! The rooms are clean and pretty up to date technology wise. The executive lounge staff is amazing! Brenda and Shilpa are very friendly and hard working! They really make my day after a long day in the office! The rest of the team does a great job also! Look forward to bringing the family out next time so they can enjoy everything the Hilton Dubai the Walk has to offer!
The entire hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The outdoor area is very cozy and is all served by the bar. All staff were very friendly and always greeted the guests. They also responded to individual requests. Only the room service was not always on 5 star level. On the whole I am satisfied and will gladly come again to the Hilton Jumeirah beach Dubai Hotel
I have enjoyed my stay and the staff at Hilton are very polite and full of respect and always ready to help. The security and house keeping and the front office especially Reinhard, Caroline and Heba were very warm and helpful at all times. Looking forward to come back. I recommend Hilton if coming to Dubai
I read recent reviews prior to booking our stay and had reservations about the property. I'm so glad we chose to stay here. Our flight was delayed and we missed a night of our stay to arrive at 5am the next day. The front desk was wonderful with getting us checked in quickly. We were checked into a 2 bedroom Seaview corner apartment, which was updated and very spacious. The Executive breakfast kept my family happy and filled. The location is also perfect for evening activities. But what stood out was the staff, especially the ladies at the breakfast. They were all wonderful, the chef brought my 2 year old something sweet each morning and the ladies, especially Carolina made sure we were well taken care of Thank you all so much for a great experience. We will be returning.
We stay at hotels all over the world, frequently. I have never had as wonderful an experience as I had staying at the Hilton at The Walk in Dubai. Karim and Nawal provided us with extraordinary service. And I do mean extraordinary. Those two professionals represent the Gold Standard in hospitality. The property is spectacular, but it is the staff that make it truly memorable. Thank you so much for attracting and retaining the best people.

Visited the Hilton for dine in at Mango Tree which is a Thai Restaurant. Awesome food and drinks. They also have different packages to choose from. Saturday Brunch, We got the package of 249 aed. Which includes house drinks, starters, main course , and desserts.nnCustomer service is very good, Ms. Aye was our server and was great. I highly recommend this Thai Restaurant.
The lady answering the phone isnu2019t professional at all, plus she doesnu2019t know any thing about the hotel, she keeps connecting me to other people who donu2019t pick the phone, second time i called she didnu2019t even hear me out, directly told me i will connect you againu2026 donu2019t make people sick of such simple things, hire qualified people to represent your name well!!!
Great place to crash in on your vacation to Dubai! The staff are as friendly as they can be, setting an example for others out there.nThey made our stay most enjoyable and the apartments were spot on! Very spacious and cozy at the same time.
