Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel

I'm a long term stay resident at Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel. Living here is a similar experience to staying at a hotel, but for longer periods of time. The location is great because you are only 10 minutes away from the airport, DIFC, Downtown, and the Dubai Mall. The hotel is beautiful with great amenities. The service is great and consistent. The rooms are very spacious and modern with great open layouts. Meanwhile, the finishes, furniture, and appliances are luxurious and premium quality. All suites also come fully furnished which make living here low maintenance. It's perfect for a busy lifestyle.nnThe staff is very kind and friendly. Vinay from housekeeping is always accommodating and helps ensure that my place is always spotless. George from Sales ensured my move and living here has been stress free. 5 star luxury living at its best. I highly recommend it.

I stayed in Dubai for Business trip for 3 days, and i booked in this hotel.nThe rooms are spotless and neat, the Supervisor named Louie is superb and nice.nOverall i could say it recommendable for anyone who wants to stat in a short of long vacation.

The best hotel ever from the interiors and amenities to its hospitality service, I will surely recommend to my friends and families! Special mention to the lady at the reception named Monalyn, she was truly professional, accommodating and very hospitable! She attended our needs anytime and provided answers to any of our queries even if its silly one :). This hotel is the definition of comfort, luxury, serenity and awesomeness !

I recently stayed two nights at this hotel in January 2023 and I have to say, it was an absolutely amazing experience. I give it a full 5 out of 5 stars. The Food & Service was top-notch, and I have to give a special shoutout to Mona & Karim, both went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. Overall, it was a truly wonderful stay and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is very nice and welcoming! It's not only good for the stay but also amazing for celebrations. It was wonderful experience for me as well as my family.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We stayed for one night for a friends birthday, we stayed in a studio apartment and they delivered a birthday cake in the room.nMy friend had a massage which was amazing and we spent time in the jacuzzi.nThe room and the hotel was incredible and modern.nWe hope to come back soon.

Stayed here for the first time and it’s such an amazing hotel! I’ve stayed in many hotels in NA and Europe and this is by far the hotel that stood out the most. Customer service was great, and Gheith at the front desk was exceptional - very polite, courteous and accommodating! Naseem was also very helpful. Will surely stay here again when I’m back in Dubai.

Most amazing hotel, I and some friends had a very fun time.nThere is a lot of help. From the reception, especially sorry, I did not remember the name. Come on, the nationality is Syrian, but she helped us completely and was more than wonderful in providing assistance.nWonderful room. Swimming pool and the staff there are much more wonderful. Room service too. and a plan to return again.nThank you Rotana and those in charge of it.!!!

We stayed for couple of days to see my sisters and relatives and it was exceptional! Welbert on Front desk did an amazing job! The check in with him was smooth and everything was explained right. He answered our questions with confidence and gave us the impression that he really cares about us and he genuinely made us felt home and welcomed!nWe also had our breakfasts in their restaurant and goodness it was great! This was our second hotel for this trip and Al Jaddaf Rotana made it to our top list! We are surely staying again!!!

I just went for a cup of coffee at the lobby, the place is very comfortable and welcoming. The coffee is great, the ambiance and cleanness. Definitely going back!
