Amazing hosting for events.nThe team was professional.nThe place is clean.nThe food is delicious and there are various dishes to enjoy.nThere are healthy options, as well.nThe meeting rooms are well-equipped based on your desire.nThere are enough seats, also, outside the meeting room.nThe prayer room and toilets are very clean. With quality facilities.nnAbid and Ahmed were among the main catering hosts. They were very friendly and professional. Also, they make the tea 🤩 (they use TWG tea)

What a great stay. Highly recommend it everyone who wants somewhere in the sun but close to the mall. We spent most mornings at the pool. Special mention to the lifeguards Ragesh and Shyam who took extra steps to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.

Arguably one of the best located hotels in the city. The venue is excellently managed. Catering is of outstanding quality and generous. This is a great location to hold corporate events and conferences. Highly recommended.

Luxury hotel. I had been invited for a wedding. Nice staff.nThere is a problem with the elevators. One of them only going to the first floor (events halls) so you have to wait the chance of the correct one to come down to groun floor.

I went this morning to breakfast and because the hotel is very busy, I did not finish my breakfast yet and I was looking it to the food in buffet, I return back to my table and I found another guest is on my table. The staff did not manage to solve the issue and I felt so embarrassing and I left my food and get out of the restaurant. It is really not the Address standards they way they treated me. Also yesterday I went to the breakfast and no one asked me about the room number because they were very busy. I saw also some flyers on the nuts section. This is my experience in the breakfast restaurant.

Excellent service from start to finish!!!nAssel st reception was extremely helpful, gracious and kind. She helped me through my service and payment.nSusan the Therapist was awesome at her craft. She instinctively knew the depth and strength of massage for me. Facial was excellent!nMust return at every trip!!

Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff specially to Reggie who was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great! Will recommend to my colleagues and I will definitely stay there when I come back!

Great place to stay if you’re looking to be close to the Dubai Mall. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all the things to do in Dubai and it’s very easy to get a driver from the hotel staff in the front. You can literally tell them which car you’d like to be driven in and they’ll make it happen.nnThe rooms are wonderful as well. Lots of space in the bathroom and very accommodating. The room service staff were great as well. Everyone spoke English too so there wasn’t a huge communication barrier.

The stay at the Address Dubai Mall was excellent! The location couldn't have been better! The service is very friendly and professional! Thanks to all staff members at the pool (lifeguard, service in cabana). Saman you did a great job! Thanks a lot!

Some of the best support staff I have seen. The thoughtfulness of the staff is awesome. Even when cleaning your room. Sometimes they leave small gift when you return. They learn your schedule and work around that. They were all so nice to my kids I could not ask for better. I would totally come again.

Amazing stay!! The location is great and has an easy access to The Dubai Mall. Dubai mall is surrounded by several hotels with indoor and outdoor bridge connections, however this Address hotel is the only hotel with complete direct access which was very convenient.nnI had a 10 days stay in an interconnected rooms with my family. Made my reservation through their hot line and had competitive price.nnRooms were of a very good size, well equipped with everything you might need, all in good shape and function. Rooms had a great isolation, excellent AC and cozy comfortable beds. Views were on the swimming pool.nnWifi was excellent and fast, my kids enjoyed the huge swimming pool in a daily manner, didn't try their breakfast buffet however ordered twice in room dining and food was amazing.nnThe most thing i like about this hotel is how they pay alot of attention to guests satisfaction and always encourage you to report any unpleasant experience or complaints specially supervisors of housekeeping who were doing an extraordinary job making you feel a VIP guest.nnThanks for everyone in Address Dubai mall hotel, see you very soon.

I had the opportunity to have their business Iftar as organized by my institute. The whole experience was fabulous. My favorite part was food. It was delicious and abundant. The standard of service and the ambience was top notch. Loved every moment there!
