One of the best stay experiences in a while. Very courteous staff and a great stay experience. The rooms were clean and spacious with a generous amount of light. Clean linen, crisp room service and great house keeping staff. The breakfast options were a bit repetitive, but good food and quick and responsive service.

The hotel was created by skilled professionals. The hotel stands out from other hotels with its beauty and coziness, and that's what attracted me. I can safely say that the hotel environment and staff services are excellent. In short, the hotel adds more beauty to the beauty of Dubai. If you want to enjoy such beauty, please visit and see for yourself

We stayed at this hotel late July 23, for four days as a couple.nOn arrival staff were friendly and helpful. We were booked in promptly and settled.nThe room was fine, some of the furnishings are beginning to look a little ‘lived in’ for me though. The shower was absolutely terrible - as other reviewers have said, the water was cold and we called reception. They told us to run the water for TEN minutes first, never mind the water shortage or the environment! The water never got hot, it was lukewarm at best, and the water pressure was terrible. No way could you wash your hair here. That resulted in me feeling less than clean for my stay, therefore I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.nFood was ok, nice clean restaurant but nothing to write home about. There was a lovely bars doing good drinks on the second floor, although a lot of the snacks were out of stock.nThe pool is tiny! We ended up going to another hotel and buying a day pass to use theirs instead. Pool staff were helpful though and towels are provided.nIt’s a no for me, I wouldn’t stay again I’m afraid.

I had very small cut in my finger during shaving, i asked the hotel for medical kit and after 5 minutes , the head of security was checking on me to see if everything was ok. They gave me excellent room with very nice view.nThe hotel was super clean and the food was great.

My time at the hotel was fantastic, starting with the complimentary upgrades to suites with spacious balconies for me and my two friends as well as a room next door for my other friends. The hotel is lovely, offers everything you could possibly need, and is close to the metro and supermarkets. The reception team was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Ayesha, Albert, Peter, and Godfrey, who provided us with excellent service!!!. All are great people who take the time to meet the needs of their guests! They added enjoyment and entertainment to our stay. I'd definitely suggest this hotel and would stay there again in the future.

The front desk personnel and the other staff were courteous and competent. Breakfast was delightful with an ample variety. The location is quite convenient. The bed was quite comfortable and well equipped. The room is a bit small, but it was comparable to the amazing deal we got non the price. The view is lovely

The staff is exceptional. From the people at the front desk to those who run the breakfast buffet and everyone in between. They’re friendly, go out of their way to offer to help, and they treat you very well. The food at the breakfast buffet is decent with many options. It’s still just buffet food, but we looked forward to it every morning. Clean, warm, fresh and lots to choose from. The pool is small, but closes at 10pm which is a huge plus. We also found not many people used it during our stay so it wasn’t crowded. We rented two rooms and both were clean and well kept. My biggest complaint is the bathrooms. They’re tiny. You can’t comfortably fit two people in at once so if you have children who need help be prepared for a tight squeeze. The showers had low water pressure and the glass wall (see picture) doesn’t stop water from getting out. Also, the tub is on a slant so you have to lean forward to actually try to get the shower on your head, without getting water on the floor. Both bathrooms were like this and we all found it awkward (even the kids complained about it) It’s not a deal breaker and we’d stay here again because the service was great, but if you care for a luxurious shower and getting-ready-to-go-out experience, you won’t find it in these particular rooms. The beach that’s included requires 24hr reservation so we couldn’t go on a whim, but when we did go we had a great experience. The beach was clean and beautiful.

Good hotel but there is some noise outside the hotel in late night.
