I had the best hotel experience with Grand Plaza Movenpick!! I’ve never left a review for a hotel before but this time I had to. The staff members are extremely lovely and polite. Janaka made sure our room was kept clean everyday!! Even when we went out late at night, by the time we got back the room was cleaned up again. The concierge, the restaurant staff and the receptionists went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. They even offered to decorate our hotel room for my husband’s birthday which would have cost us a lot if we wanted to hire someone to do it. Thank you Grand plaza for making our holiday perfect. We’ll be staying in this hotel again during our next holiday in Dubai ❤️
We arrived at 1 am (on the 22.11.22) in the hotel, nevertheless the night staff present was super friendly, professional and very helpful. It was a super warm welcome. The whole hotel is very clean and the rooms are amazing. Especially the price/performance ratio is superb.nOn top of this, our morning and evening restaurant staff was lovely. Very professional, attentive and super friendly. This level of hospitality is really rarely seen. Especially Siti made a very positive impression and made us feel at home:) (And also the two guys that were taking us in at 1am were super nice, but sadly i forgot their names :()

It has been an excellent trip because of the staff. The staff always make sure were fine and satisfied. They book taxis for us, they make good food and theyu2019re very welcoming and nice.

The hotel is very beautiful, very professional supportive and welcoming team the moment we arrived. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Definitely will recommend it for others.nBoth breakfast and lunch were great, many variety to choose from.nI would like to thank every single member of the team for their very professional services and help during the stay.
Everything was perfect during my family stay in The beginning of Aug 2022. Service is on high level. Rooms are clean. Very nice compliment was chocolate time every day near reception area. Slice restaurant is amazing with very delicious food. Hotel location is not perfect but not very bad. A bit far from metro station. You will need to use taxi. But overall highly recommended!!! We definitely will come back again.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Very comfortable rooms, and beds. The staff is high end on service.nI had a great time here.
Slice Restaurant: outstanding service, food is just as tasty as home - Basque Cake the best, their pizza is far better then many places, high quality ingredients used, great value for the money spend. Special thanks to entire team!
The hotel is great, the staff is very welcoming as soon as we arrive.nThe room is very large, very clean with an impeccable quality of service.nThe breakfast is excellent with a great variety of products.nWe have past a good time during our stay of the swimming pool to keep calm on transats.nThe staff is very attentive.
Everyone is this hotel is so friendly - reception - everyone. It's a lovely, central hotel, but the staff here will be the thing that brings me back. It's important in hospitality that guests feel wanted - not served. Kudos to all for making me feel like I was a part of the family - especially important on business trips that can be incredibly tiring. Abid especially was a wonderful help, as was everyone at reception. Congratulations on a job well done!

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days whilst visiting Dubai. We were very well welcomed and accommodated throughout our stay, every cable, adapter, reservation, PCR booking was assisted as requested.nThe Spa and Gym were maintained to a high standard. It was too cold for us to try the pool unfortunately but everything looked clean and taken care of.nVery convenient location, close to the beaches and restaurants yet not too far from the touristic spots as well.nI would definitely recommend it!

This is an excellent hotel for business stays. Be prepared for slow service in the rooftop restaurant. Other than that food is amazing. The views of the city or sea are nice. Comfort and good taste is everywhere to be enjoyed, in the rooms, public areas and swimming pool (excellent morning sports). The staff is very friendly and mostly efficient. The spa is also good for business stay I had an excellent massage. The sauna is small and can be crowded. Location is good when you are in business in the media district, next to the palm and not too far from downtown. Prices are reasonable and Iu2019d pay for it again.
Amazing stay of a week ! Very well taken care of. Great hospitality , stellar infrastructure and amazing location. We stayed here for a week with our 8.5 month old child and the staff took extra care to make our stay pleasant.nA special mention to Mr Said and kenji ! Super amazing. The room is new, modern and clean. There is no doubt about the cleanliness and precautionary measures in their hotel. What made our stay most satisfying is the staff. We would like to special mention Raizel, who took care of us from check in to check out. Also, the only staff who was on duty in Slice resto in the morning (28 Aug), he is superb. Both of them were going outside the box to make sure we get what we need. Overall, Grand plaza movenpick is one of the best hotel to stay in. It's more than worth the money.

We were very pleased with the attention of the staff and the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel during our stay. Especially Mr John and Mr Aboubakar are very helpfull and kind. And breakfast is very delicious. Thank you for everything.
There's always a first time for something in life and this was my first time ever to the spa and I must say it was amazing. It was such a beautiful experience and I had such and amazing day. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family to visit there at least once for the amazing experience.nI would like to thank Movenpick staff as they were such a sweet heart. Firstly I'll thank miss. Connie who was the receptionist and miss. Catherine who was my therapist. Best hotel in Dubai with an excellent personal trainer in the gym. Pool is amazing. Rooms are huge. Staff is very friendly and accommodating
