We had a very good experience staying at Two seasons hotel. We reserved the apartment. The view of the terrace was wonderful. Service is amazing and workers are super helpful.nnThe prices were good based on Dubai price range.nnWould stay again for sure!
I had booked an apartment and it was just awesome. The interior is wonderful and the beds are cozy. The view from the room is spectacular. They did have kitchen and two balconies. Try to get the top floor to enjoy the view.nThe morning breakfast was also good. The location is great.

Don't need the car have the train station at two seasons Hotel. My family book the car very far from airport 🛫. This hotel the best. This hotel the Gabriel stay first two seasons hotel. This room is the best 3004 also can see the sea 🌊 and sand . Your family must book the room 3004 . Have two room and two toilet and table and kitchen and stom room I will vote 6 star. Overall the hotel is good. Breakfast, swimming pool, gym are all good.nHousekeeping staff and concierge staff are very nice and helpful but both receptionists and restaurant staff at breakfast were obviously busy and working so hard that they don’t welcome or smile at guests especially the cook who prepares omelets. I say good morning and smile but he looks at me with anger. I then ask for 2 omelets and he starts preparing them without saying anything and not even ask me if I wanted all vegetables in it or not. Even the guy in charge of the restaurant was not happy at all.nAlthough I had a wonderful communication by email with Mr Abdul Fattah before arrival but when arrived, I was checked in by a lady who was extremely busy and had no time to say welcome. She was either looking at the screen or on the phone and took ages to check in. I asked for extra bed for my son and paid for it but we only got it at night after contacting the front desk several times. I hope that lady got happier when her team won the match.nI have been to a lot of hotels in Dubai and have always felt welcome except this time. I know the hotel was fully booked but hotel staff should know how important it is to make guests feel welcome whatever the situation is.

I liked the room, big, comfortable, modern with great view at the Marina and the Palm! But for the price I paid, breakfast should have been included. Also the elevators are an issue. You wait long time until they arrive.
Overall nice place. A little crowded lobby area.nnStaff can at times be a little unprofessional. I complained once to the hotel manager and his reply was that they have a lot of new staff and trainees. One lady at reception once ignored my position in the line and offered to the lady behind me. When I objected, she seemed confused like what's the big deal, she even gave a disgusted look which is totally unacceptable from a staff member towards a guest.... yeah well, I guess they don't care much.nnAll Apartments have balconies. And at times this can be a problem as guests spend long time on balconies socializing in the evening and early morning especially when weather is nice which will make a lot of noise to any neighboring rooms.nnI signed up for their club membership and for the whole duration of my 4 weeks stay, they could not figure out how to get me the membership card or the dining discounts.nnGym is nice however they sell memberships to the public, so gym use is not limited to hotel guests and it can get crowded at times.nnRooms are spacious. The smallest would be one bedroom apartment. That's the nicest feature of this place.
Back in the day this place used to really be super nice, clean & organised! On my last stay I was almost avoiding touching stuff in the room considering the visible lack of proper cleaning, the non-smoking rooms section lobby smells of strong smoke odour & to top it up they no longer offer Valet parking!

We booked Two Seasons as part of the deal, it was our first family holiday out of the UK with our 2 years old daughter.nOur apartment was on the 40th floor facing the city side, it was a nice view of the city.nThe hotel's location was perfect as you are in the middle and perfect for travelling by metro, the station was only 2 min walk from the station.nThe hotel's food was great especially, Noodles and Sushi, ground floor cafe serves Starbucks so you don't really miss nice coffee.nThe Pool was on the 8th floor and very well managed.nThe hotel staff was excellent and they were happy to help you when you need, always available on a phone call.
Best for family. Large rooms, good facilities and amenities. If you are looking for hotel apartment..its highly recommended

We booked at to-nights stay at this hotel. The main reason why we booked this hotel was the pool. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance when we arrived. We were not informed about this as was obviously quite disappointed. The manager in charge ensured us that the pool would be open the following day, and offered us a free breakfast. Not to any surprise the pool was not open the following day and clearly would not be open in the coming days.nWe had buffet in the restaurant together with 4 other people. Unfortunately there were several flies in the food. Again a disappointment.

Great hotel with wide apartments. Lifts are very fast. Breakfast is complete and abundant, even if they don't have any cappuccino or espresso.nRoom service is good but too slow.

Loved staying at the 2 seasons. Metro was just beside it , the rooms were amazing and well maintained . Cleanliness was maintained and room service was excellent. We had planned to stay for 8 days but extended our stay by two more days just because of how much we enjoyed at the hotel .nSwimming pool was great, with a nice jacuzzi beside it along with a wonderful view of the city and lovely pool for children .nnEverything is perfect in this hotel !
Recently had a stay for 5 nights . It is located on a very prime area. Metro Station is at walkable distance and easy to access any where in the city. I booked Grand suite - Sea view 2 bed room apartment. We had a very fantastic experience . Our Check in formalities was prompt and on time. Hotel staff were very kind and cooperative. Housekeeping staffs were excellent .Room cleanliness was very good. Wi-Fi Speed was outstanding . Sufficient parking lots .nPool was just amazing . Overall we had memorable stay. Highly recommended.
I stayed there back in two thousand twelve 2012 and two thousand thirteen 2013. itu2019s name was Gloria. I really loved staying there and my staying was continued for more than thirty days each time. I liked the left management as the have more than six high speed elevators.

This is an old poorly refurbished hotel. Service very poor. Before my arrival, I wrote to them 5 times in the same case and they did not write back even once. Cleaning at an extremely low level. The cleaners don't understand English and even if they say they understand it, they don't understand anyway. For 5 days, every day I asked for soap to be refilled in the shower and by the sink. After 5 days I received a hand balm :) total failure. I attach photos of the room, after cleaning. The door was terribly dirty. The switches are sticking. In the kitchen and in the room we used as a locker for suitcases, there was a very unpleasant smell, dirty windows and mirrors, walls and ceilings after renovation cracks in the entire hotel (rooms, lobby, restaurant), joints in the bathroom dirty, bathtub used so long that it cannot be washed anymore, the shower is stony. Food - low quality and same every day. Don't ego there. Pay extra to a better hotel and enjoy your vacation. On the plus side - great view and proximity to the subway.nStill - DON'T GO THERE!
It's a really good place to live in. Quite near to mall of Emirates. Not far away from Dubai Mall. Near to JBR Marina beach. Best thing is, Metro station is at doorstep.nCons:nRoom service is bit slow.nElevators are almost always occupied / full. You'll have to wait for mins to have your turn.nHave not come across good tea / coffee here yet.nThere are less staff members for live breakfast preparation. Only 1 person is dedicated to serve egg requirements / preparations of visitors. Therefore you have to wait in queue for long to have a fry egg. :/nI mean when you are paying that much, you expect this high level of service as well that i couldn't find there in two seasons hotel apartments. My hotel during stay in Malaysia was cheaper than that of Dubai but it was amazing in overall services aspect.
This is a great u2b50u2b50u2b50u2b50hotel. Very busy, it took me 20mins just to check in and I couldn't check in early because it's so busy.nnThe rooms are very spacious and clean. Great view of the city from the balcony.nnRoom service is quite quick and deals with all problems. Luggage was brought up to the rooms. There is a cleaning servicennMy favourite part was the sauna, and hot tub.
The hotel is in a very good location, close to the metro and easy to get a cab. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and with a great view. Definitely recommend!!!
It's a huge building with so many people. The location is strategic especially for business men. The metro station is right next door. You'll probably find it very convenient. I can't speak for their services since I didn't stay there, but I think they're ok. Judging from the lobby and the coffee shop.
Always here and the staff have never failed to be kind, helpful, attentive and courteous. Things are a bit old but the service has been consistently good as with the food. Great place to enjoy some much needed quiet time.n- Their theme nights at the upstairs restaurant are well worth the money and provide good choices toon- They are very accommodating to guestsu2019 needs regardless the requestn- Park downstairs in the covered parking if you aim to go directly onto the conference rooms. Park on the leveled parking to go directly onto the gym, restaurant, rooms.

This is probably one of my most favorite hotel apartments in Dubai. You know why?n1. Metro Station is just a stone-throw from the hotel's entrancen2. I always feel comfortable when I know I'm safe as even access through it's balconies have waivers for your own risks.n3. Facilities are well-maintainedn4. Staff are great! They deserve a pat on the back. Shoutout to Ms. Laima (not sure if I got her name right but she's in-charge in the reservation lobby). She has upgraded me twice and I'm sure the last one was because no room was available based on my requests. Thanks for the warm welcome! See you again soon. Cheers!

Very nice play to stay.nThe bedrooms are magnificent.nThe personnel is really nice as well, even tho we had some issues sometimes to communicate with them.nThe bedroom cleaning is amazingly efficient.nDon't forget to visit the all you can eat sushi downstairs, which is just delicious.
Housekeeping is good and accomodating staff
