Had an amazing experience staying at Four Points. The rooms, cleanliness, service were up to the mark. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant was really good. Also, it has very easy accessibility to various other restaurants and stores because of it's location in the prime area.

I stayed with my family for 6 nights during Oct1st week. I will give this Four Points perfect 10 and checks all the 4 dimensions (1st and last letter of both words – Four and Points).nF for Food – Best buffet spread which includes Veg/Non-Veg, Indian/American, best food options at restaurants with in-room dining options.nR for Room – Very spacious rooms with good view of the city from balcony with best in-class room service everydaynP for Place – Well located in the heart of the city with great connection to metro and perfect location to move around the citynS for Service – Great service in all aspects – Before you arrive for any specific asks, at reception during check-in, at restaurants, room service or during the checkout.
If you are looking for a hotel with exceptional service and a great location this is the property. The entire staff goes beyond the call of duty; always attentive, professional and efficient. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and have all your basic amenities. The on-site restaurants are very good plus there are plenty of other dining options within walking distance. We really enjoyed our evenings at the SkyBar Lounge which has amazing city views and a savory dining menu. The hotels location is central to everything in the downtown area, so many of the city attractions are within walking distance or just hop on the train which is very close to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.
Overall not blown away by the experience here. Let me be clear the staff was over the top in exceptionality and service. They did not fail at all. They took care of us with tremendous effort and was great with our requests. The hotel however looked like it was due for an update. It just felt like it was missing something. I expected more, simple things like a microwave were not available. The room however was always kept clean and the staff again is the reason this gets a 4. Breakfast in the hotel was okay but a bit expensive. You are better off going outside to get something to eat. The location is very close to the train station and the museum of the future which is great. You can also reach the Mall easily from the location of the Hotel.
Joshua is the Best !!! He's a waiter at M Floor. He does a really great Job. Always friendly and happy. Please promote him to a higher rank. He deserves that.nPS: Joshua when you read that, you will remember me. We spoke after my last breakfast by you. You've done a great job. Thank you !!!

Superb location, excellent housekeeping. The Indian restaurant Purani Delhi is too good for Indian food , equally good is the other restaurants in the hotel. Very nicely maintained and kept rooms. Very spacious bathrooms and the concept of two rooms adjoining with one entry is good for family stays. The breakfast is too good. Extremely satisfying as value for money.
Hands down a great Hotel and the price point good. The location is great, It's near everything. Your centrally located. Not to mention the roof top club and the Balcony views are phenomenal.
The manager is super efficient and runs an amazing team. The food and view are really amazing and the rooms are so lovely. All the staff are nice, respectful and dutiful and the prices are super super great. Itu2019s also easy to get taxis from there so thatu2019s a bonus. I would give them more stars if I could.
This hotel has really upped its service. Stayed here a number of times and because it was good, keep going back. This time was even better. The level of staff employed there are all fantastic. The manager should be applauded for having such a brilliant team and running it so well. Look forward to being back soon. Thank you for all the special treatment every staff member afforded us.
The staff was very polite a d to start with MR Ali who was at the reception guided us for daily tours from hotel.The hotel made our stay comfortable. The house keeping guy Gautam was very apt in his service and was always available when needed.The sky lounge was best when we had dinner , the ambience and food were great.I would certainly come here again and it made my holiday memorable

Not the four seasons but it does have its good points ud83dudc4d staff friendly and breakfast is nice but on our first night the comforter and pillows smelled like sweat from a previous guest. Had it changed the next day and then smell was gone. Other than that, great hotel with amazing views and no other issues
Four Points is a just right hotel in a great location with good service. If you are looking for value for money, this is the place. Great location near metro, a lot to do/eat around, close to the Dubai mall.nnRooms have a balcony which is great. Just ask for it be unlocked if you want to use it. The photos here are a view from our room on the 16th floor!nnPool is small but it is great that it is on the roof. I love their rooftop bar!nGym is OK and there is also a small Sauna.nnIf you are not a higher Mariott category so that you have access to a Z business lounge, then there is no place to work in/hang out at but the room.nnEverything is clean and the service is cordial.nnOne minus is that in busy hours, mornings for example, lifts are full and it takes quite a time to get into a lift.nnWe will be back :)

Visited the rooftop bar with a couple of friends. The view was amazing and the food was really great. We had a nice waiter and great service. The only issue we had was actually making the booking by phone, we had a very unpleasant experience as the receptionist couldn't answer to a simple question as: is there a table for 2 with a great view ? The answer was always a standard one... like: depends on availability ! Really ? WE were just asking if it exists not if we will get it. Anyway we managed to be 6 after all and sorted out with the great host we had at the bar. Please please ask your staff to listen before answer !
Stayed here with my family of 5 for one week. Amazing 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom suite! It was super spacious and clean. Service was so welcoming and comforting. Anything we needed was just a phone call away. Amazing lounge upstairs with great food. We will definitely book here again!
This hotel amazed me from the time I worked through the front door. Every staff member participate in making my solo travel to Dubai remarkable.From assisting me with places to visit to cleaning my room with elegance this hotel went above and beyond for me.nI have no complaints as I had a beautiful room with a view of the sea.nThank you to the entire hotel staff for showing what 4 star Marriott property is truly all about.
The hotel is situated centrally. The service and amenities are both good. There are scenic views from the top floor that is great at sunset and sunrise. The room service options can be improved.

All the staff are much courteous (especially concierge and restaurant staff) except for 1 person in the front desk!nnView from the roomu2019s balcony facing Sheikh Zayed Road is excellent! Breakfast buffet was not very wide spread and was simple, but the food was delicious! Located very close to metro station! Multiple restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity! Overall good place !!
We had an extremely wonderful time, having stayed there for more than 50 days. The hotel is extremely convenient to travel to any tourist spot or work location. The amenities are top notch. The rooms, bathrooms all were very good. The size of one bedroom suite was great.nSpecial mention to the great staff. Khalid was our house-keeping staff on most regular basis and he was super professional and ensured we are very well taken care of.nMahmoud from the front office reservation was very friendly and extended some very good goodies to us.nSanjay from long term stay was extremely helpful.nKudos to each and everyone. I will definitely choose this as a place to stay next time again.

Excellent location right in the center of downtown. Brilliant staff and hospitality.nnGood food in on site restaurants. There is some room for improvement for breakfast if they rotate dishes.

Stayed here for 5 days and it was one of the best hotels I have been to. The staff was super friendly and attentive. There are a lot of options at the breakfast buffet so everyone will find something they like. The hotel and rooms are clean and modern and provide a lot of comfort. The view was amazing as well. I would definitely stay here again.
Nice apartments, great standards compared to Sheraton properties in other countries, great amenities and a beautiful view of the Sheikh Zayed Road from a high floor if you are a fan of that scene of towers. Clean and tidy. Nice and helpful staff.
Hotel is good but no one is asking anyone where they are going even from visitors can use facilities.nThey dont have valet parking costumer has to go to park by them self then you need to walk because parking is in other building that's very strange.nEven in this pandemic they are not even bothered to check Temperature for the guest or visitors.
