Had no expectations coming here and was pleasantly surprised.nnStaff have a real focus on service! Especially the cleaning staff at Rm 1028, 21st November customer service from this lovely person was exceptional, I do hope she get an opportunity in FOH. And the very observant waitress taking care of coffees in the morning you are amazing! Thank you all for adding to an exceptional room with an exceptional view. Close to all options. Well done 👍🏽
It was an pleasant and great stay during my recent visit. Staff was very responsive and arrangements. I was picked up from Airport in late night and dropped to hotel.nnOn food side, we are vegetarian - breakfast options were good. During dinner, there were customized dishes for us and that were too delicious.nnHotel is connected to city center mall, great way to shop.nnOur vacation became memroable with staying here.nnThank you Aloft and team.
Best Hotel on this side of the City, fully new build, great rooms, excellent views has its own cinema, which has convertible roof, beautiful Suites, some suites have their own cinema projector and sound system. The hotel is connected to one of the best and most practical malls in Dubai. 10 min away from the airport and 15min to the beach. The kids loved the whole experience specially the Pool. Highly recommend for business or leisure, for family or singles and for short or long stays. We loved it 😍
Perfect location attached to most convenient mall. Excellent service. And beautiful modern and new rooms that are just great. My favourite hotel in Dubai that is also excellent value for money. Would give it 7 stars if i could. No complains whatsoever. Only note is if you're paying cash at hotel, then make sure you have local currency when you arrive. Cause the exchange rates aren't the best, haha.

We went here for an organization training and used their meeting rooms. The staff were very helpful especially the one assigned to us, Suhail. The food offering were ok, I think it can be improved. The coffee machine was broken during the time we had our event so the coffee service was understandably slower since they had to prepare it from the other side of the hotel. Overall, great ambience and facility for corporate events.
I had an excellent stay at the Marriott Aloft Dubai Creek. Every staff member I encountered were delightful and eager to help! I would specifically like to mention few names- Raniya, Alisha and Tejas (Chef) in the restaurant. They were extremely helpful and polite.nThank you! Will recommend to my relatives.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel with my husband as the place is clean, spacious, and feels at home. The staff members are kind and very helpful especially Evangeline and Saidi who helps with suicases. The breakfast was always very good and whenever you called for room service, action would be taken immediately. Being next to the mall is a plus as it simplified shopping for us. We have already told some of our friends about this hotel.nKeep up the standard.nGeraldine
Very pleased with the hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful and responded quickly to any problems I had, particularly Maria. Rooms were clean and of good size and breakfast was very much enjoyable. The hotel is located directly next to Deira City Centre, providing quick access to shopping and dining. Prices are very reasonable. I very much enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it. I will definitely be returning

If you're visiting Dubai on business or pleasure, I highly recommend Aloft for your stay.nIt's close to the airport, adjacent to City Centre shopping mall, the staff are friendly and always willing to assist with any of my requests..nnMy room was clean, modern design with great views over Dubai Creek and Dubai..nnThank you Aloft for making my stay hassle free and pleasant:)
We enjoyed our time on property for a week while visiting Dubai. The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast every morning was delicious and offered a nice variety of fresh and cooked selections. Our favorite was direct access to the mall where there was a wide selection of restaurants and eateries and a large supermarket. This made is so convenient to get items within a 3 minute walk from our room without having to go outside. We would highly stay here again on our next visit.

The place is clean, spacious, budget friendly and almost complete. We love it and we enjoyed even its just an overnight stay. Please put soap and shampoo in the walk in shower rather than placing it at the bathtub side. Other than that everything feels perfect! We will Definitely recommend the place. Keep it up!
Love the swimming pool with the good view. The staff were friendly and assisted where possible.nnThe call bell at the pool box did not work and for food order you have to notify the spa staff to call for someone to take the order. The food though was delicious and staff are usually very nice. We usually stay at Aloft Hotel at least once a year now and pleased with the hotel.nnThe hotel holds a parking if you have a car and the hotel location is very convenient and you can use various means of transport around like metro is only few minutes walk and taxi are available 24/7.
