Hyde Hotel Dubai

Perfect stay! The hotel is well run and the valet and concierge service was great! Aleem and the team were excellent and always greeted us with a warm welcome no matter the time! Very bad treatment from the management , i book 3 rooms and i asked for extra bed , they said i have to pay for it first and i asked for them to bring the card machine but they said i have to come down , so i kindly ask them to wait for a while so i can change because i am going out and i will pay for the beds on the way down , they said that they will not bring them before the payment so i went down to pay and they bring the bed 1 hour later . I have been to the best 5 star hotels around the word and non of them treat you that way.nThe story doesnu2019t end here , i go back up to my room and discover a leak in the bathroom ceiling and call the front desk for help and they send the technician to fix it , it took them 20 min to figure out that it was an actual leak and then another 20 to tape the pipe , meanwhile i call the front desk to ask for another room because my wife and kids are waiting and they answered that i have to wait because they are fully booked. But surprisingly when i go to many booking websites and they have 8 different Kinds of rooms available.

Had a great stay. The hotel was very clean and had a beautiful view from the balcony. Breakfast was delicious.nAll the Staff are very good especially Thanks to Mr Aleem and his Valet Team .We will come again Soon

The hotel is very nice and clean. We stayed here for 11 days and it was such a nice experience.nThe breakfast is very delicious and they have everything you can think about. The staff is very nice especially Crystal. Crystal was always super nice and amazing. She made our experience in the hotel even more comfortable.

The hotel is amazing with a unique styling and great facilities. Staff are friendly and helpful, and outstanding room service (especially the buffalo wings). However, I couldnu2019t help but notice an odd thing. a motion censor is used for the closet, so whenever you pass by the closet it will lit up. Also, a door contact was used on the roomu2019s door so whenever you open or close the door (doesnu2019t matter if youu2019re leaving or coming in) all lights will just go off. I am pretty sure the application of those instruments were used oppositely!ud83dude02

Had a great stay. The hotel was very clean and had a beautiful view from the balcony. Breakfast was delicious and Crystal was always so helpful and kind each morning.nnI do wish the staff at the front desk were more accommodating with checking out later, especially when flights going home are delayed.

The Japanese restaurant here is quite good but expensive though. I not so sure about the hotel staying as I was there only for dinning. The food is really good and the great view of the sea view.

Nice venue, spacious room. Good lighting in the room, big balcony with seats for smoking. The interior of the room is modern, fresh and chic. The bed was very comfortable. The room came with bath robes, slippers, complimentary coffee/tea/water. Their service was quick. Overall very good.

I wanted to personally thank Ola at the reception ,at Hyde hotel Dubai. I came in early to check in after flying in from Canada & she was wonderful. She helped me by checking in early, found me a great room with a nice view. Moreover she explained everything about the hotel from gym, to food, to attractions around the hotel. She is a superstar and great at her job. I hope she gets recognized

Went to Hudson tavern on Wednesday night. They have great selection of food and very delicious wine. Highly recommended in Downtown area

We conducted our first ever event of Future Ready Moms in Hyde and I would like to commend the staff headed by Emily and Pramod. They really made sure they are always available to assist up to the end of the event. Food was also amazing in Cleo restaurant where we had our lunch. We also did our induction of the officers of Philippines Entrepreneur Club in the same hall. Kudos to the entire events team of Hyde.

Great and brandnew hotel. The reception is always a bit crowded and not very quick. On the contrary the staff from the bar at the pool is very attentive and kind. The lifeguard brought towels when we got out of the water and looked after us in such a courteous and sweet way. They are doing an amazing job and that's the reason we would definitely come back to Hyde Dubai.

We really loved everything about the hotel: the location - so close to all directions, we did everything within max. 25 Min distance - the beach, old Dubai, Dubai Marina etc. We are so happy to have chosen Hyde hotel!nThe people: you need to come and experience this by yourself - extremely friendly, helpful and cool! Simply: best staff ever.nThe food: we just want more! Cleo Restaurant is a must!nTo sum up: thank you for the perfect holiday Hyde Team!

Literally it was my best stay experience I've ever had in Dubai.nIslam did a great help on the reservation and Gigi was incredibly helpful and made sure we got the best moments during our stay which is happened, she is so amazing.nDefinitely Hyde Hotel will be my only and preferred hotel for all future visits to Dubai.nThanks Islam,nThanks Gigi,nThanks for anything can happen team.
