We were invited to attend training at this hotel. All facilities are good however the food they serve was extremely bad and of low quality.

Very poor service. I stayed one night.nReception staff was good.nBut treatment at restaurant and house keeping room service need alot of improvements.nI had stayed other Rotana hotels which were very good.nBut this was very worst.
I booked this hotel bcos of its strategic and centralised location in dubai near business bay metro which makes it convenient for my guests. Fares did very good job in welcoming my guests upon check-in and makes sure my guests are comfortable with their room as they are going to stay 9 nights by calling to the room after they enter room. He even kindly extend late check out. Humorous side of him makes my guests happy and feel welcomed. Thank you. I will recommend this hotel for those new in dubai.
Very good experience in this well located hotel. Staff at the top. Just the breakfast not the best but otherwise it was perfect.

Really good hotel apartments, looks very clean and cozy. They have basement car parking.nThe prices are reasonable compared to the rooms and location.
Really nice hotel with a fantastic crew! Arrived to a warm welcome by Abdul he was very nice and assisted with all luggage to the room. The pool/gym guys were all very nice and hard working as well, Isa is a great guy and took good care of the pool area. If I own a business I would want both of these guys Abdul & Isa working for me!!

First of all i want to thanks all the staff , they are very welcoming, nice and generous people, special thanks to Mr Alaa and Mr Abdul.nThe facilities they offer are very important like a nice outdoor pool, gym, restaurant and room services as well. The location is very important and it is near to Business Bay metro station, also you can find near to you many other shops which maybe daily you will need, like a big supermarket, a cafe, ice cream shop just ten steps out of hotel. Overall me and my family are happy staying at Villa Rotana hotel, nice hotel and great value.
