Desmond, Kelly, Wes, Timothy, Chucks, Musa and Chris. Find them and get to know them. They will elevate your experience ten fold! The staff, as well as spa, far exceed our expectations. They are just as spectacular as the building itself. I appreciate all the hospitality from the staff. Everyone went the extra mile. The restaurants on the property had amazing food and drinks and just an awesome vibe. We had a Chic suite room that really encompassed a 5 star experience. Do yourself a favor and get the breakfast option! Not sure what you're looking for if not Me Dubai. We were sad to say goodbye. We will return.

I have been to over 300+ Hotels in my Life and i think i found the best experience here. From the futuristic rooms to the more then amazing staff, everything was 12 out of 10. Special thanks to Ismail, for clearing the Taxi complications. Never had a Staff of a Hotel with that much kindness and focus for customer satisfaction. When you are in Dubai, there is no other Adress to go.

This hotel has amazing architecture but what really stands out is the service. The entire hotel staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We felt like the entire staff knew us personally. The bathrooms were excellent as were the rooms. I would like to give special thanks to Musa from security, Chucks, and Chris who went out of their way to be kind, especially to our kids. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very stylish and futuristic looking hotel lobby. I did not stay here, just passing through. There are some chic restaurant and cafe in the hotel. It's located closely to dubai mall but not a walking distance in the summer. U will need a car if u staying here.

Have been coming the Opus for over 2 years now and have never experienced a valet that is as friendly and prompt as the employees here. Always attentive, friendly and make it a point to remember all the guests in order to support the hotel and the consistency of the level of service they provide. Especially fond of the night duty supervisor Vikrant that has always been on top of things regarding guests and keeping the order and wait time for receiving cars to a minimal.

We stayed at Me Dubai in March.nAbsolutely loving it. Beautiful design!nThe most exceptional thing about this hotel was the staff and service.nStaff are super friendly and helpful. They went to the moon and back to make sure we are having an awesome time especially Lakeasha and service desk staff. Thanks to all of the staff for making this beautiful hotel an awesome place yo stay.

Amazing experience with this hotel, it was definitely unique in style and the service of the hotel staff was impeccable, they went over and beyond! The smart system for the controls of the room were very modern and convenient. Location is great and food was pretty good too. Special thanks to Chris, Hassan and the Aura Team!

A lovely experience, wonderful staff!!nnI loved everything in this hotel. From the moment you enter you will literally feel at home!nnThe only downside is that you can hear your neighbors as the walls are not thick.nnBesides that, everything is amazing there - House Cleaning in specific!

Beautiful hotel! Very creative inside and outside. I was here ever so times. Today in Central bar for tapas. I donu2019t eat meat, so I got vegetarian options so easy! Thank you for that!
