Jumeirah Al Naseem

I came in to have a day at the Summersalt beach club while staying at a hotel nearby. The staff at the beach club were lovely and after a great day, I was leaving the property the same way I entered when a security guard stopped me to ask to see my room key and proof I was staying there. I said I had just been at the beach club and he yelled at me extremely rudely that the hotel was for guests only and I wasn’t allowed to be there. Well I had paid to visit the beach club for the day and I was just on my way out! No need to speak to people like dirt.

Incredible hotel!! Amazing experience and service from all the staff. I've not stayed at or been to a bad Jumeirah hotel. Exceptional location and restaurants. The rooms are gorgeous, clean and well looked after. The pool, beach and area around the hotel is excellent.

The first hotel I stayed during my trip here in Dubai. Definitely one of the best. The hotel always has this scent that refreshes you and so many pools to choose from. Also has the best view of Burj Al Arab

One of the best resorts we have stayed and we stayed in several!nnThe grounds were beautiful and the service incredible!nnThey definitely make you feel like royalty!!nnWe had an amazing view of the Burj Al-Arab and our room was beautiful!

We only visited the Restaurants there but the Hotel looks amazing. I would definitely like to stay there. It has a very fresh and modern look.

Visited for Turtle Rehabilitation Centre. I would firstly want to thank you for your exceptional services, room setup and amenities, food quality and assuring costumeru2019s satisfaction. I joined the hotel to celebrate my birthday at, and what a wise decision I made. The way the hotel celebrated by adding small touches in the room was remarkable. The smallest things we asked for were also there such as the beach flip flops and beach bag which was a plus. Quality of the shower set by Amouge was also great, I took some back home.nnAnother thing I want to note, is the great handling of lost and found for items I accidentally forgot at the room. When I called asking for them they called me back in exactly one minute and gave me a reference number and advised of process for claiming. I just wish that they have emailed me that there are some forgotten items in my room rather than me realizing then calling.nnThe only thing that Iu2019d wish to see next time is getting to know more about the E-butler. I never heard of it and got to know itu2019s services.

Mr Davies especially was extremely helpful during our stay along side the rest of the amazing staff! The ambiance throughout the hotel is on a different level and surpasses the majority of other hotels in Dubai!nnSuper family friendly environment , the private beach was phenomenal alongside all the facilities that Al Naseem has to showcase for their guests! Highly recommend. Staff were amazing and they do really go above and beyond. Breakfast was great and we really enjoyed the adult pool and the beach. I would recommend dinner at Rock Fish and Pierchic while you are visiting. Thank you for the outstanding 3 nights - we will be back!

Perfectionism! Everyone is so friendly and helpful you gonna feel like a queen. The restaurants, lobby, interior design the whole hotel is a must see. I love every part of it.

It was a wonderfull trip. The hotel was so nice, the room was really comfortable and clean. Everyone from the staff takes care of you.nThe food was delicious. Hope to Come back!

One of the nicer hotels in Dubai. The facilities are clean and staff is very helpful and courteous. The hotel features a great selection of quality restaurants. I took out one star due to a minor incident involving the valet service and my car, which to be fair, was handled admirably by hotel staff (albeit I lost a few hours of my day due to no fault of mine).

VIP hotel where you will find VIP guests very often. Hospitality at it's best. Friendly and co operative staffs. Best place to stay if you can afford it as it's premium priced hotel but provides value for that money.

I enjoy with my family and friends a lot that day. We lunch in the Rock Fish a very good Sea Food brunch and later on we was in his perfect treated pool, late in the evening. You can enjoy the fresh and clean water of the pool to 20:00 pm. The Service was perfect as always.

I visit this hotel for dinner, beach and gym The hotel is very classy, premium and nice. The service is good. Its expensive but its worth it.

The Hotel was amazing. However the service is not up to the hotel level. Also I have requested their loyalty card, and they have told me they will provide it to me, and that was 7 days ago and I have left Dubai and no one came back to me till this moment!!
