Amazing reception and service, Mansour and the team represented stellar customer service and made our stay super memorable. We were celebrating our double birthday and had the most amazing time here. I look forward to coming back and recommend absolutely everyone to come see this place.

Amazing service and staff! 5 star restaurant cuisine and inventive activities including; camel rides and falconry, to name but a few. I think the real value is to spend time at a luxury resort situated in the middle of a wildlife reserve. You will enjoy comfort and rustic elegance inside this luxury desert oasis. There are indigenous wild life all around you as part of this unique interactive experience. In my opinion, having a luxurious private villa and pool to relax in while looking out over the vastness of the desert is unlike anything you will have experienced before. That being said, the location is remote by design. It takes a little extra time, approximately 30 minutes, to drive in from the external gate of the wildlife preserve to the resort. The road into the resort is a little choppy as it is designed to keep speeds down to 40 kilometers per hour to protect wildlife from potential harm. So expect a few bumps on the drive in, but also know a fabulous luxury resort awaits you inside.

Perfectly Splendid! We had an incredible experience! Highly recommended! Suite 5/5 we love the super king size bed, decor and the private pool with a phenomenal view. Service 5/5 Absolutely amazing! Thank you for going above and beyond Roshan, Catherine, Pubudu and everyone else behind the scenes. Also we enjoyed the golf cart rides getting us from point A to B. Food 5/5 delicious and large portion Activities 5/5 we had fun on the wildlife drive, watching the falconry, and camel trekking

Excellent spot to unwind for couples and adults in the middle of a desert nature reserve. Connect with nature in a way you would think is not possible in Dubai. Gazelles walk around your tent freely. Oryx and birds are all around the area in plenty. Beautiful desert. Sunset is a must view in the desert. Thing to note is that kids under 10 years and below of age are not allowed.

This hotel is simply incredible. The check-in & customer service by Mansour is nothing but exceptional. I am a frequent traveller and have never had a check-in experience like this one! The suites are secluded and you feel alone in the desert. I hope I get to return to this place in my lifetime.
