Although I did not stay at the hotel as a overnight guest, I did book in the restaurant. This is an amazing experience for anyone who is wanting a nice meal out. There is a a large and unlimited buffet serving a wide selection of bread, fruits, vegetables, meat and a gargantuan dessert table topped with a generous alcohol menu. You sit on a large soft leather seats around a well decorated and luxurious looking table all while listening to an amazing live musician. The staff are always have a nice smile and are so polite. To sum up, I will definitely come again.
This hotel is beautiful and extremely clean.nWe had great lunch and dinner in the in restaurants.nI had a lovely massage at the SPA, abd room was very clean, staff are kindly.nI will definitely come back❤️❤️❤️
For a 5 star hotel, you come to expect a few perks but unfortunately you get none here.nHere is my experience in my first day.n- I had to go inside and tell the bell boy to come outside to get my luggagen- I had to call housekeeping 2 times over a span of 45 minutes to get an extra blanket. Even the one they brought was old andn- In every hotel I've been to, closets in the room have hangers for your clothes. At the H you get NONEnnBasically you could save a lot of money by booking in a 3 star hotel and will most likely get the same service
Superb hotel… the event area downstairs is great, and we stumbled across the sky bar which turned out to be an awesome night out (big thanks to Hector who was ace, and indeed all staff there who clearly are very talented). Highly recommend
We stayed at the H Hotel for 5 nights. My room was not on the highest floor, but with a beautiful view, comfortable bed and I am very happy with it.nThe coffee machine is a little weird.. It lives its own life :) And there was no hairdryer and no sockets in the bathroom... or I just didn't find them.nnSometimes, when you open shower it takes minutes to get warm water... sometimes it comes only after you open the water in the bathtub first, and then in the shower... And it's okay if you are not on hurry, but in the mornings it's a little bit annoying...nnEven with small issues like this the stay was overall very pleasant and I love the property.nnThank you for your hospitality,nWith a smile and kind regards,nIulia

I visited the The H Dubai couple of times with family and friends. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The staff are all wonderful. However Ms. Beverly really standout for giving a good service. We received a warm welcome and greetings to her when we arrived. She always demonstrate and her willingness to anticapate guest are highly impressive.
I highly recommend the eat and meat restaurant. They offer international cuisine. And the ambiance is so sophisticated. Service by cherryl is impeccable. And Beverly in the lobby also do extra mile to assist us and suggesting good place to visit in dubai as we are not familiar with the places. Definitely willnvisit again. Thank you for a good service.
I'm so please with the good service of all the staff. The greetings and assistance of the concierge lady are highly impressive. The warm welcome of Ms. Beverly is so professional and well trained with her job. Keep up the work and continue to give a high standard service.
Rooms are pretty great. Old, but with new amenities. TV's were modern, room facilities were excellent. The Executive Suite specifically had a great view of one of the busiest highways of the UAE. Service was S-Tier throughout. Pools were a highlight of the trip, especially for the kids. Breakfast buffet was comparatively smaller but with a huge variety. Location of the hotel is excellent; very close to the airport, close to many famous landmarks (Dubai Mall).

Special thanks go to Diana, Kamal, Ali who made our event memorable. Easy access to the location and at the heart of the city make this hotel unique. I would love to make it 5*, however few things need to be upgraded such as cleanliness of the washrooms at the banquet hall. Though it wonu2019t affect to their reputation much. Food served during the event is delicious. Thanks for catering team. Keep it up good job!

Second time in this hotel. Nice spacious rooms and comfortable beds.nThe valet parking staff is always available and nice. Imtiaz was always there to make sure our car was ready when we needed it
H Hotel Dubai is very hotel. I have visited there More than one. I am experienced when I am visited. it is really nice hotel. I got best treat from their staff. They are trained and professionals to behave their customers. It is really nice location. I will visit again very soon as I can.
We booked for our family. We were excited to reach but when we went to hotel room we were disappointed as it was smelling and we got parking view though I booked for city view and at reception also we requested them to give good view room but when we entered room services were incomplete and view was not good outsidenThe property seems old though well maintained ,staff was polite and room service was quick so all and all average experience
