I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre and it was truly a remarkable experience.nnFrom the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm hospitality and attentiveness. The hotel's luxurious amenities and stunning views of the city skyline made my stay unforgettable.nnThe room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The food at the hotel's restaurants was delicious, and the service was exceptional.nnWhat really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were always available and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed.nnI highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Dubai. The hotel has a charming atmosphere... the lobby area is more like a lounge and the seats are well spaced which makes you feel at home. Service in the lobby Cafe is excellent. There is a nice cigar lounge and also an outdoor terrace to enjoy the nice weather times in Dubai...the location is great...walking distance to DIFC restaurants and stores, a few minutes away from the Dubai mall by taxi ( or you can walk it in about 10-15 mins max)

It was a great hotel.nI was not good at English, but this concierge patiently listened to my requests and fulfilled them.nThe cleanliness of the room was excellent and polite. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. (Especially the freshness of raw vegetables and fruits was good)nThis hotel has many staff with high quality hospitality.

One of the best hotels in Dubai.nThe room was so nice and comfy, and all the staff were amazing.nThe food there was also amazing and delicious.nOverall, I had really great time in this hotel, and totally recommend anyone to book it whenever they come to Dubai, and this will not be my last visit.

I was attending a business breakfast. Stunning decor. Staff were really top notch. Food selection was good and coffee served strong :-)nNot noisy and tables are not close together so it's very good for a meeting and discussion.nLocation is perfect for DIFC.nHighly recommend.

Beautiful hotel with service to match. The room was spacious and the bathroom was perfect. The hotel in general and the bar in particular has an excellent ambiance. The best part was the amazing floor to ceiling windows with a panoramic view of Dubai’s financial district from 45 stories up.

WA never fail to amaze me with their excellent service, always a pleasure to be here. Staffs from every department made me feel so welcomed. Especially bull & bear team Chef Oub, Assistant Manager Joy, Natia and Maya was very attentive and made sure I start my day with incredible breakfast.nnMy room was also upgraded to King Premier and everyday housekeeping did an excellent job. Truly an amazing hotel.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. the interior design are outstanding. itu2019s really special I never seen something like this. I have been around the world and staying in many hotels but this one catch my attention

My spouse have been a lifetime Hilton Honours Diamond member and WA has always been a brand of choice. It is an great property in an upscale area. The interaction with Mr. D. Walia was frustrating to say the least. The way he communicated does not comply with the group standards. Laking ability to offer solution to the simplest of the queries or simply to listen to what the guest has to ask. Namely disappointed.

Wonderful stay! Well appointed room and excellent service. Weu2019ll come back again. I think this hotel is much better than Ritz or Four Seasons across the street.

This hotel is pristine. Location was great for us, close to the everything we wanted to see and do. Views from the room were nice. ALL staff were friendly , personable, helpful and kind. They went above and beyond for us. Breakfast was good, Iu2019ve had better but it wasnu2019t bad by any means. Rooms were fresh and clean.

By far, one of the best hotels that I have stayed in.nnSomething to note that if you order breakfast to eat in your room, it is considered as part of in-room dining, and will be charged separately and is not included in the room rate. I asked and was told that this is how it is at all Waldorf Astorias.

I have stayed 7 days at the hotel and I have been delighted by the service. Every team member pays close attention to the guests, I have had the feeling of a very good team spirit. In addition to that, the breakfast buffet is extremely rich, my room was squeaky clean and last, taxis keep on driving by the entrance so it is easy to find a ride to any place in the North of Dubai (The Dubai Mall is less than 10 minutes away). If there are no taxis, Uber will do the job very smoothly or the concierge will help to find a solution.

Fantastic. Better than most Four Seasons I've stayed at. Large suite, well decorated. The breakfast restaurant was excellent.

Great location just a few blocks from World Trade. Front office staff was more than accommodating. Hilton Diamond acknowledgment at the front desk. Olivia was able to check me in early with an upgrade as well.nnPremier suite was fantastic, the walk in closet held all my attire with room to spare. Shoe service turn around with a fully booked property was within two hours.nnBull n Bear had a size able breakfast menu with a great international continental selection. I was a frequent patron of the cigar lounge which doubled as a great way to meet with clients in the city.nnDuring my stay I needed to accommodate more guests than my maximum room limit. Property manager was able to secure a room downstairs within 3 hours. Crypto moves fast but Waldorf bent over backwards to accommodate my business needs.nnOverall I felt I was treated better here than most Waldorf properties in the west. Hotel/room was greatnnIn room food was inedible (gummy bears and dates). Rather old and gross. Best to avoid touching in room food/aminieties and hit any cafe.nnI informed the front desk and got a nice call back apologizing.nnPersonal assistants/front desk dont pick up phone calls.

Very sophisticated hotel, loved all the decorations and attention to detail in every corner as well as the chilled music. Food was great! The staff should be more attentive as we were trying to get their attention a million times.

As someone who has travelled throughout the world and has stayed at many high end properties this hotel is one of the top three I have stayed at. The location is accessible to everything, the rooms where high quality and the customer service was impeccable. I stayed here for 9 days in June 2021 with my family in a two room suite. The breakfast was impeccable and the hotel views were amazing. The most important aspect for me was how wonderful and welcoming they were to a family traveling with children. I would highly recommend staying here and go down and eat breakfast at Bull/Bear. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I absolutely love this Waldorf Astoria property. The levels of care that the entire staff goes to in order to ensure your experience is what you want is remarkable. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. From entering the property to the rooms, the attention to detail of the overall aesthetic is superb - I love the decor and plush furnishings. The pool, with its' St. Tropez bar, is phenomenal; it's relaxed and the views are great! I will be back...and back...and back for sure!

What a brilliant hotel. The rooms are spacious and fresh with a truly wonderful bathroom. The staff are so welcoming , friendly, smiling who can't do enough to ensure that your needs are catered for. This is a hotel worthy of a ten star rating.
