One of the best hotels that i have stayed in ever.nIt is very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly.nThe lobby is very nice to simply hangout and have a cup of coffee.nIn room dining is tasty.nnHighly Recommend.

We stayed here 3 nights. Grace welcomed us like regulars and was so friendly and professional. The hotel was 5* clean and every member of staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure you were happy. Great food choice across 3 restaurants and a brilliant rooftop pool with music, a bar, food to order and 2 really helpful lifeguards. We would definitely stay again.nExpectations exceeded!

It’s our family favorite hotel since 2017, Mr. Mahmoud, Mrs. Naaela and Mr. Islam are so helpful and kind. The Rooms are big, comfy and clean. The lobby of the hotel smells very nice and they have Starbucks coffee which is important to me 😍 the location is perfect. My family loves this hotel and we never booked at another hotel since it opened!

I would rate this as my worse ever stay during my whole tenure as a Hilton Honors .nTo start with, the check in experience was at a substandard. While I have paid the rate for the suite, the other room was with points which I believe I could use them not to told multiple times that you used the points with a smirk. Leaving this, I asked to have both rooms in the same floor which unfortunately, they pushed my preferred room from the 12 floor to 3 floor. I have accepted as I had no choice and as is, wasn?t happy about how I was greeted. Upon arriving to the room, the bellboy arrived and while offloading the bags, one of the bags tires got broken due to the way he hit it with door. He apologized and we ignored the issue. We noticed that there were so many uncleaned areas (have a full album of photos to support). So we asked the house keeping to clean up but nothing offered. In fact, one of the house keeping staff spoken in a very rude manner to my pregnant wife and was rushing her to leave the suite as he wanted to clean the room (which he did just as horrible as his other colleagues)nOn the second day, I have asked to get the broken tired marks and to also do a proper clean up. Nothing occurred of course and to add to it, some left over dirt from the previous client was at the suite. I have marked those and showed those to the reception and explained that I have a toddler that anything she touches or find will put in her mouth and I have stopped her from eating so many rubbish that was on the suite. Honestly the cleaning and the rooms amenities were totally below any acceptable level.nOn my last day, I went to the room and surprisingly, I found someone?s else bags all crowded in the room corridor. I informed the reception again and had to wait closer to an hour to get this issue sorted without giving any explanation.nCheck out wasn’t any better than the check in. Unfortunately, it’s the opposite standard that anyone is used to in a four star establishment.

I had a really great stay here.nSadly it was just for one night. The staff was extraordinary friendly. They did the best possible from the reception to the housekeeping over to the service staff.nI was able to checkin early in the morning as diamond member. Really enjoy that.nnThe hotel is fresh and modern. Great and spacious rooms which are very clean. The bathroom is really nice too.nnI only used breakfast and it was great. Loved the selection and the quality. There was nothing to be missed.nnOverall a great experience, and at my next stay in Dubai ill come back here for sure. Thank you for this stay.

Great hotel which is clean, close to Dubai mall, has some good restaurants but more importantly the service is fantastic.nnWe had an issue with our room but this was resolved by an engineer within 15mins of informing the front desk. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the concierge who went out in 45degrees to get us a taxi or direct us to the local shops/eateries.nnThe lifeguards by the pool were strict but fair (no bed reserving) however very attentive and helpful.nnWe would definitely stay here again.

Overwhelmingly helpful staff with warm welcoming spirit. Room is fully equipped with everything a guest need. I’ve got an upgrade without asking for. It’d remain my best choice in Dubai future visits.

The hotel is located in an accessible area and around at 25mins drive from the airport. During my stay, I found this place very clean, accessible and friendly. The staff is very welcome and keep this hotel very clean. The quality of food is also good, however, it depends on your choice and liking and disliking.

I would like to start of with saying that I have had an amazing stay in your hotel. And a big thank you goes to Ms. Pauline, she had been very welcoming, nice and an amazing person overall. Wishing to come back soon.

Cozy and clean little hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious (we had a family room with two bedrooms). The location was also central. I recommend! Good value for money.

Enjoyed my stay here everyone was very friendly and helpful every time I encountered them from bell guys to room service and front desk. Perfect location in downtown business bay are close to Dubai mall and many more attractions. Only issue I had was my bathroom shower was clogged after I check in it was addressed right away just wish that wasnu2019t the case. Nice breakfast and lunch options as well as pool and lounge areas.

My stay exceeded my expectations! The staff was GREAT and room accommodations were wonderful. Clean and safe and centrally located. Really great spa services and bar area so everything you need is here. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Canu2019t beat the accommodations and service for the price!!!

We didn't know if this hotel was good, so we just booked it for 3 nights. But once we stayed at the hotel we were blown away by the amazing service and how nice and clean the room looked. Upon arrival, everyone at the reception desk was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Sujata and Samuel our house keepers, made sure we had everything we needed during our stay taking good care of us. These factors lead us to extend our stay at the Double Tree for another two weeks.nnIf you want an amazing stay, with amazing service, in a very good location. Stay at the Double Tree by Hilton - in the Business Bay.

I honestly couldn't have asked for more. The staff and ambience of the place made my stay memorable. My family and I are happy to have had Khan as our representative. He made our stay easier by facilitating resources and option for our trip. Overall great experience staff also were great.

Marvelous! No words can describe how marvelous this hotel is. We enjoyed our stay so so much I was sad that I had to leave. They treated us like kings and queens. This is a 4 star hotel with a 5 star service. The room was so clean, the bathroom the decor are modern and nice. The staff is also one call away as soon as you call they will get things done for you and solve it. I am so sad I forgot the name of the guy that checked us in but he was extremely nice and helpful. He worked the night of July 2nd and looked Asian if that can help identify him. He truly helped throughout our stay. The staff at breakfast always anticipating our needs. I recommend this hotel and cannot wait for our next stay with them

This hotel is great, nicely equipped with furniture and bathroom equipment or finishes. The elevators are marked with braille signs for blind people yet The levels are not announced by voice, so this makes it difficult to know where you are after you commend a certain level, it might stop at others in between and if you are visually impaired, you would not know the level youu2019ve reached. The staff is very helpful, always there to help you. The restaurant with porch from level 2 is open until 2 AM and is equipped with air conditioners and a nice cozy swimming pool. Well-placed Hotel near the main points of interest from a tourist perspective. The clients are usually people working or doing business. It has got conference rooms, a cafeteria and other facilities at the main lobby. I would certainly come back, and hopefully I will find the feature of level announcement by voice implemented for the elevators

After staying at this property for a little over two months, I have to say that the individualized hospitality along with the smaller size of the DoubleTree by Hilton gave a lovely sense of it being a fresh, clean, and new boutique-style hotel. It is a nice change from larger hotels in Dubai that make profit over scale and large buffets at the expensive of overcrowding and lower quality. Nayla particularly made my experience so lovely with her individual check-ins and genuinely sweet attitude.

Excellent hotel. Very polite staff. Parking is ok. Getting access is a bit tricky. I love this place. Lively room, excellent view. 10/10. Would recommend.

Good hotel and good service.nBut they debited my credit card without any information, without invoice. Not really serious for hotel of this high class. Travel through the world a lot but never experienced something like this in the last 10 years.
