The recent stay at the 5-star hotel in Dubai was below expectations and did not align with the standards of quality and service that we have come to associate with a hotel of this caliber. The initial interaction with the front desk representative, Anna, was unsatisfactory, as she displayed a lack of hospitality and failed to offer a solution for the late room readiness, despite it being New Year's Eve.nThe room itself, which was priced at a premium rate, was noisy due to its proximity to a construction site and did not provide the level of comfort and luxury expected from a 5-star property. Furthermore, the view from the room was not in line with the hotel's standards.nWhile the location of the hotel is convenient, the overall experience was not up to the standards of a 5-star establishment in terms of service and room conditions. We hope that the management will take necessary measures to address these shortcomings and provide a better experience for future guests.

My experience is worthwhile. I had comfort in reading inside my.room, and good Internet to carry out my assignment and business. My room view gave me much inspiration, seeing moving cars filed in lines with lights on, couple with the city lighting and its razzmatazz.nHotel staff are courteous and efficient in their dealings, helping out to book taxis for guests.nThere is wheelchair accessibility entrance. There is box room at the reception area that makes your luggage safe.

The hotel has helpful staff who go the extra mile to make one's stay comfortable and cared for. The housekeeping staff, incredibly, were accommodating. Breakfast was sumptuous. Every team member (from the guard at the entrance to the porters I happen to pass in the corridor) has been constructive. Additionally, the room in which I am staying is lovely. The hotel rooms were quite spacious. The ambience and surroundings are good. The hotel is well-maintained in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. The hotel is also well organized in service of anything. I could not speak more highly about this hotel! My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and were greeted with some of the best customer service. Not only did our host upgrade our room but he also provided some incredible food recommendations! I will definitely stay here again..

One of the best hotels in dubai.nVery clean, the service was amazing, i had a complain about construction noise on the bay, the next day they upgrade me to higher room on the other side.nI enjoyed the breakfast with its variety options.nthe only thing that can be said is perfect. And this hotel is highly recommended

We had an excellent stay at the Radisson Water Front in Dubai. We traveled with our two young kids and the staff were exceptionally friendly. We particularly appreciate Liza at the Business Lounge who was simply amazing and provided highest quality customer service.

Truly loved the amenities, though an old hotel and under renovation when we visited but still able to keep the luxurious and comfy feeling plus all awesome and friendly staff. And the gym was small yet an exquisite. Definitely will come back!

One of the best hotels in town.nThe location is in the walking distance to Dubai mall that makes it ideal for travelers.nStaff are welcoming and have excellent hospitality. Building is brand new and rooms are clean and modern.nI enjoy the stay, each time I come here.

Great experience. Nice location near the bay area. You can have long walk around the waterfront. Two night clubs nearby added advantage for party people.

A lovely experience, wonderful staff!!nnI loved everything in this hotel. From the moment you enter you will literally feel at home!nnThe only downside is that you can hear your neighbors as the walls are not thick.nnBesides that, everything is amazing there - House Cleaning in specific!

We had our quilting retreat here, and were very impressed with the location, conference room facilities, food and service. We will go back there for sure. A big thank you to all the staff who assisted.

We had a nice time in this hotel, the breakfast is good, croissants & cappuccino is the best ever!!! Staff is very nice, clean hotel BUT we came for a week & asked the 1st 3 days for a room change with a balcony & they totally disregarded it we were willing to pay extra and still nothing, our room had a leak and wet my sneakers and shoes; they fixed it as soon as we told them. We came along way to enjoy & that kind of upset me. Apart from that everything else was good. Very quiet, respectful & helpful.

An honest review:nnStarting with the positive things:nn* Rooms are high quality very comfy, big and well equipped.nn* most staff are nice and pleasant.nn* breakfast and service during breakfast is amazing, lots of options everything fresh, waitresses will all the time approach quick and offer drinks or other things such as omelette.nn* good parking.nn* fine location at business bay.nnThe negative things:nn* almost every electrical outlet is problematic and if you come from different country your devices may not fit and will require an adapter.nn* huge minus is the construction site just in front of the hotel, there are tons of trucks and noise starting from 07:00 at the morning and until 21:00 at night, if you come to work just like I have from the room most of the time expect lots of noise.nn* the pool is extremely small.nnOverall the experience was quiet good, this hotel has much more potential, cant blame them for the noise but this is a huge issue, if they can upgrade the acoustic and make the doors of the balcony more sound proofed it could make huge difference.
