This hotel is stunning! We stayed in the blockbuster suite for one week and absolutely loved every aspect of it. The staff was welcoming and friendly, breakfast had many options and it wasn’t too far from many of the attractions. I highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic facilities and service. Truly 5 stars!!!nFabulous value.nAmazing views.nnHad 2 technical issues, but didn't ask them to solve them because stayed only for 1 night, but I'm sure they would have solved them if I would ask (water in the shower weren't hot, and the fridge wasn't cold enough).
If you want to get a hotel with a beautiful room, go for it.nHuman attitude from the reception and service providers is equal to 0.nBefore I arrived at this hotel, I stayed 4 nights in an equally beautiful 3-star hotel with service and treatment as usual in hotels with zero complaints.nYou still have a lot to learn and improve. 5 star hotel providing a 5 star experience.nGreat rooms, viewes, pool, and staff.nAlthough the hotel is close to the center, still a car is recommended to travel around the city, as it's located by the highway.nBreakfast is good, though repetitive.n10/10 would come backnnWould especially like to mention positively Aaron and Victoria which were extremely helpful.
The hotel is new, clean and beautiful with an excellent service.nThe view from the infinity pool is magnificent, and the gym is a bit small but well equipped and clean. However the location of the hotel is not so accessible for pedestrians, you can walk but there is no comfortable sidewalk nor a convenient way to get by foot to the center of the downtown area (dubai mall).

Very new and highly decorated hotel, at the center of everything, I would like to give this review to the staffnGoma from room service was great, lobby and G floor were informative and the hotel manager checked with me that everything okay at the first time we encountered on the elevator.nThe pool is something. One of the best!nnSo I would definitely come back when have a chance to visit DubainnThanks!
Super recommended hotel, the location is great, the service is perfect and I had a really good staying.nThe crew took care of EVERYTHING even before I arrived, the room was prepared according to a birthday event, and they were in contact with me even before I landed in Dubai.nMany thanks to Anja for the perfect service.
Amazing location. It's new but one of the best. They have one of the highest pools too. If you're looking for place to do staycation, put this in your list and try it. They have restaurants and spa. The interior is so classy, the service was superb. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel!! The rooms are Huge, comfy and clean.nThe pool is amazing!nThe breakfast is so rich, plenty to choose from.nThe staff is very helpful and kind.nThe location is perfect.nThank you paramount for the amazing experience!
Great building, good area (not so much walking area), but you can tell that the hotel staff is very new. Not great communication and several issues came up in the first night. Gym, sauna, pool, rooms are very nice but I expected a little bit more from the managers.
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The gym is amazing, staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is beautiful with a bathtub. The bed is also very comfortable.nnThe hotel is brand new, so we understand that the staff was a bit slow and did not know what to do in certain occasions. I told the reception 2 times that the coffee machine in the room was not working but they didnu2019t try to fix the problem. After 3 days I asked the boy who cleaned our room and he fixed it finally.nnOther than that, it was a great stay. The location is also very good.
