Paramount Hotel

This is great and beautiful place in the Dubai, room of this place was very wide and good looking and clean. Crowded place and people like it's food and look. I say it's service was very good. It's view in my eyes every time and I share it's reality with others room service was thumbs up and neat clean place. Very good atmosphere and people attitude. I and my children enjoyed very much of this place. Location also wonderful. Many more things are in my memories but in short this is great place.

The staff at this hotel has been amazing. Prince is the security guard on the pool deck and he graciously took some amazing pictures of my friend and me. Breakfast has been excellent every morning. Rooms are well-appointed and clean and the location is great. My only complaint is the elevators, you can wait up to 15 minutes to get on an elevator and get to where you are going.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The hotel is luxurious and gorgeous. Our room was huge and the bed is one of the best ones we have seen in a hotel. The room itself has a lot of fun features with lights and drapes etc. The only downside will be that quality of toiletries, the body wash, shampoo and lotion is not that great considering its a 5 star hotel.nnThe morning buffet is exceptional and has a lot of varieties. It's extremely kid friendly aswell. The pool is fun and is quite long. We overall had a great experience as the staff everywhere is also quite attentive.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Warm greeting, very personal touch, attention to details, amazing food. Mostly we were impressed with room interior design. Simply wow! You feel as a movie star. Lights, camera, action! We will be definitely coming back

The best phone reservation experience I’ve had when calling room reservation, this is the only answering machine that I found fun for listening and the waiting time for an operator to pick up didn’t bother me.nnThe hotel was clean, furniture and room amenities were in excellent condition.nnBreakfast was very good, hotel staff at any place were nice and accommodating.nnFew observations to consider for improvement:nn1- Room AC was too cold and thermostat adjustment didn’t help to control the temperature, we could either keep the AC on or off.nn2- Hot water in the shower/ washroom was warm but not really hot as suppose to be.nnIn overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Have stayed multiple times with this hotel to which my needs have been fulfilled greatly. The hotel has a great and luxurious atmosphere. The rooms especially stage room and upwards are incredibly stylish and modern and would be appreciated by all. The food is very nice. An additional add on, the waiter Owen in the restaurant was very kind professional and I was met with a great hospitality. Recommend strongly.

We were in this hotel for almost a week. The hotel has a beautiful, luxury reception and lobby. it is a new and clean hotel, but the bathroom soap holder and towels in our room were old. Even the shampoo and conditioner in the room was not good quality.nnThought it is a 5 star hotel, the room’s mini bar was empty and almost every day we had to call the room service to make up the room.nnThe buffet breakfast was really good and everyone there was so nice and helpful and they gave us amazing breakfast experience.nnMost of the time elevators had so much delay but what to do!nnThe room were huge and the bed was really comfortable.nnThought the staffs were so friendly and nice, the services like valet parking and service at the pool were so slow. It caused me to change my mind to order food and drinks when I was using the pool.nnOverall, it is reasonable to be 4 star hotel not 5 star specially when I compared it with other 5 star hotels in Dubai

Very nice hotel! It has a classic mixed with modern style. The room was clean and comfortable with a big and comfortable bathtub. Hotel staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. I booked a room with a free breakfast policy ( delicious and plentiful ) . The cost for one night stay at this hotel is really very satisfied!!! I will definitely go back there again

Of course, this five-star establishment is magnificent, sumptuous, the decoration is neat and very refined.nSorry, I have no complaints.nAnd I am particularly touched by the kindness that I received from all the people who work there with whom I was able to talk a little. For me it is very important.nMy short stay was absolutely wonderful.nA huge thank you to the Paramount hotel and the lovely people who made me feel so welcome.

I love the service here at the Paramount Hotel. Our server Allan was amazing! He catered to our every need and addressed my coffee concerns. The upkeep of this hotel went beyond my expectations. Housekeeping was phenomenal, clothes were folded, bed was made, and towels were fresh and clean. Iu2019ll definitely tell family and friends about my wonderful experience. Amazing hotel, loved our stay there, we had a spacious, stylish room with the city view. The restaurants are top notch, delicious food and 5 star service for sure, including a breakfast buffet with a great variety of food. Nice pool area and kids room! We traveled with a 8 y.o. daughter who enjoyed both equally. Very friendly and well trained hotel personnel. Definitely will go back there again!

Amazing amazing ud83eudd29 the customernService is A1! Not one time did I need for anything while being served. We had a variety of servers but Allan was amazing! Extremely friendly, great care with serving and taking anything unnecessary stuff no longer needed from our table. I will add his amazing pleasant attitude made breakfast even better. Lovely experience - went for breakfast. The variety of food and quality is really good! Was amazed with the nuts station (Iu2019m pistachio addict and pecan lover - prefect combination with ice cream offered right there). Great coffee! Hello everyone. I usually don't write reviews but I have to write one for Amine. He was a sweetheart to all of us during the stay. He provided excellent services and never failed to wish us good morning. All these small nice things about him made the whole experience so amazing. This is a must stay!!! I am from the United States, and was concerned with my place of stay prior to arrival. Once I arrived here in Dubai I immediately felt at ease. This hotel was probably the best decision I made in terms of hotel stays abroad ( I travel a lot). EVERYONE here at the resort is amazing. From the the valet, to the front desk reps, to the cleaning staff and restaurant host. I am honestly impressed with everyone. Their knowledge and precision is what makes this system flow like a well oiled machine. Brandon at the front desk is my new best friend. Anthea the manager is great and so is Mina as well. The restaurant has a server that I called the Hookah master( sorry I forgot your name). Bezu the valet individual is also someone that needs to be mentioned here. He always ensured that I am able to find a taxi and he personally waits to see that the taxi is on time.

The Hotel is incredible. I love the Theme of Paramount. Everywhere you the small things and pictures from Hollywood. But the best is the breakfast and the very friendly team Everywhere.n@Alissa from breakfast was one of the most friendly team here. She always take care of every guest needs. Thank you for that.

Great hotel. Good breakfast. Great location from downtown & the Dubai mall. I would recommend getting the breakfast included in your stay. There is happy hour everyday from 4pm - 7pm. And there are different things everyday going on within the hotel. Room service was great within our stay.
