Sheraton Mall of the Emirates

Requested an early check in, like at 09:00 AM due to flight arrival time. Got extra Nespresso cups. Very thoughtful and appreciated. Room, food and rooftop pool are great too. 5 stars all around.

Last time staying at this hotel and Sheraton overall. super bad quality rooms couldn’t sleep at all of other door slamming from cleaners and guests every few minutes none stop and very thin walls. Hotel reception was bragging about giving me a room with a coffee machine that i never use anyways which made me feel so odd as this is a 5 star hotel and must have one anyways. Rooms smells very bad too. I tried to ask for late checkout which most hotels try at least to extend till 4pm or promise to try their best at lest, but they rejected even to consider my request and said they can only extend one of my rooms maybe till 3 which i rejected anyways too and hate to be treaded this way.nnHotel manager at reception was very rude replying and talking without eye contact specially when i told him I have a feedback at checkout, zero care and respect.

We had a disaster experience with the hotel and its management. We are loyal customers of their restaurant Besh but our last visit was beyond disappointment. We left our cars to valet as usual and at the end of the night they just told us our car key was lost. Someone literally tried to steal our car by stealing the key from valet while it was 100% hotel's responsibility. Hotel just trowed away the responsibility on the valet company and told us to claim all our losses from their outsourced valet company. We are very disappointed considering we were the customers of a 5 star reputable hotel in UAE.nrecommend anyone to trust and leave their car to valet in this hotel. As anyone can try to steal your car. This happened to very close friend if mine and I will make sure all social media platforms are aware of this issue.

Great service, super people working here. The entrance is a little difficult being by a busy mall, free parking, and quick too. Restaurants are great. Would have liked a non-smoking section, but that does not seem to happen over here.nnIf you like a quick entrance into the mall this is your spot.nnWould have liked a hot tub upstairs and perhaps the pool area to be open past 7pm.

During our visit to Dubai we stayed in Sheraton Mall of Emirates Hotel for 9 Days.nnOur experience was outstanding, the location of the Hotel is great, it is linked to the Mall of Emirates, which is very helpful for taking food, kids playing or watching movie.nnThe room was clean, have good environment, with good view. The room service was great with excellent staff.nnThe staff were friendly, kind and responding well to any issues.nnWe tried the main restaurant for breakfast in some days, the food diversity was good, the quality is excellent.nnI booked the rooms through Booking website. The price is a bit high, but the experience was great.

Stayed here for 3 weeks when we first moved to Dubai. Was a great stay, the club lounge team made us feel welcome every day (Thanks Sally!!). The cleaning/room service team were very kind too. Fantastic water pressure and heat. Perfect location to acclimatise to Dubai as it’s directly connected to the Mall of Emirates (which is big like Dubai Mall, but more approachable imo) and directly connected to the Metro.

Stayed at this hotel for the second time and really like it. The location is perfect with direct access to the mall. The breakfast buffet was nice and the room spacious and clean. Good value for money. Special thanks to Mr Ramadan who really went the extra mile to make us feel at home!

The place is very nice from the location to the rooms and services, attached to MOE mall. Attractions from the mall give you opportunity to never get bored.The hotel is clean, well organized and with impeccable service in all establishments. The restaurants are very good, in particular the Turkish restaurant is delicious with affordable prices (obviously compared to the average in Dubai). The staff is friendly and helpful but above all efficient.

This is a 5-star hotel worthy of its star rating. Luxurious feeling through walkways. Helpful and accommodating reception (we got an upgrade due to Marriott membership status). Helpful cleaning staff. Direct access to Mall of the Emirates. Does it get any better than this? Nope. I wish I had taken more time to take more pics.

Visited in January, and wanted to make sure to fit in this review. While this hotel is not in downtown, the connecting hallway to both the Mall of the Emirates and the Dubai Metro made it a good homebase during my stay for Expo 2020 and sightseeing in Dubai for the first time. The hotel has lovely rooms, with spacious and clean facilities. The rooftop pool is gorgeous, and has lovely views and cannot be missed! The spa was also very pleasant, and the massage and spa time I had was a great way to relax after a flight. The breakfast buffet was varied and satisfied various diets, which was appreciated and delicious. The staff at the lobby and front desk were EXCEPTIONAL. They helped me A LOT, made me laugh, and were such a joy in a country and culture I wasn't familiar with. Their assistance in finding a clinic to administer PCR tests for our return home was life saving and I cannot thank them enough for their efforts in that regard. If I ever return to Dubai, I will definitely consider staying here again! Thank you to the staff for making my trip such a treat.

The hotel is very well placed and the staff is friendly, however the rooms could be in better condition. Even though it is obvious the rooms are thoroughly cleaned, the fact the hotel is rather old prevents them from looking crisp and clean. The hotel does offer convey access to the mall and a private entrance ensures arriving to the hotel remains unaffected by mall traffic

Stayed here for 4 nights , comfortable, good staff, nothing fancy, rooms are a bit old but clean, bathtub with shower. Standard and good but will find better hotels at the same price. None the less, price is high due to its access to Mall of Emirates. Breakfast is good but could be better. Comfortable!

One of the best places to stay in Dubai not just because the hotel is great but also bcuz it's in the Mall of Emirates with direct access. Rooms are great and always perfect temperature. Service as you would expect. Dining options are good.

Due to my tight travel schedules, posting this after a week. Foremost thing, the therapist (Eka) did an amazing job in addressing my pain areas and removed muscle knots. She has a super strong hands, you will feel pain at times during the session but end of the day, its worth every penny. What an experience and truly professional massage. By the way, spa is quite clean and has Jacuzzi as well to relax after the massage. Highly recommend Eka! Try it out ladies and gentlemen you wont regret the experience.

Spent one night at The Sheraton MOTE last week and was quite disappointed in the experience. Realistically, this is a 4 star hotel and doesn't even come close to being a 5 star.nnThe rooms are quite basic and old fashioned with nothing to set them apart from any other anonymous hotel around the world. The bathroom had a shower / tub combo, which again, in a 5 star, I would expect a stand alone shower. Single sink rather than a double.nnBreakfast was nothing short of a fiasco. Nobody shows you to a table, so it's kind of a free for all to get a table. I selected a table and went to get some juice, by the time I got back, someone had taken my table. Coffee is self serve, so you have to go up tp get it yourself, which again, is far from 5 star.nnLastly, there absolutely no enforcement of mask wearing in the hotel. Most people didn't wear masks in the elevator or at breakfast, even when going to the buffet. The lack of caring from the staff or management on his was disappointing.nnThe big plus for this hotel is the connection to the mall, which was very convenient, so if that is important, this might be a good choice. For everything else, the hotel is painfully bland and mediocre.

The staff are friendly, the decor is luxurious and the location is convenient, close to everything! Only getting 3 stars from me as the pool area for such a big hotel is very small and there isnu2019t anywhere nice to sit at night to smoke, relax and chill. If youu2019re not eating at any of the restaurants at night, you either have to find elsewhere to relax outside the hotel or stay in your room.

Good place to stay. They have a balcony at level 5 where people can hang around, sit down, smoke, drink and etc. So recommended to those who wants to visit Dubai for a week or 2 stay. A Big Shopping Mall is just behind this building at level 2.

After much research ended at this Marriott property and was not disappointed. Location is important if you do not have a vehicle. This property is on the Metro line and attached to the mall so there are lots of restaurants and fun activities like Ski Dubai. The staff at the hotel are top notch and service is wonderful. If I come back I would go here again.

Love this Hotel, the location is excellent. I stayed there for 10 days. the rooms were very nice and clean, kind staffs and incredible view from my room. And of course right next to the biggest mall of Dubai that made everything so easy for us. from metro to restaurants, shopping and much much more.

Staff is Amazing, they have gone above and beyond every time I have stayed here. its a very convenient location. connected directly to the mall it's easy access to shopping and Entertainment. but overall the service of the staff takes the cake for me!

Stayed here in 2019n- direct access to the mall of Emiratesn- friendly staffn- our room was upgraded for free and they gave us a romantic package for freen- room was cleannWe had no issues whatsoever with our stay, 3 years on and we were planning to stay for 9 nights but the rooms were sold out sadly.nnDefinitely recommend staying here, location is so good with the shops and metro being so close.nnDubai is awesome.

I loved it. The rooms were nicely sized, service was friendly and efficient. THE FOOD was excellent at their Lebanese restaurant. I had a very pleasant stay.

One of my favourite hotels in Dubai. Hotel location is excellent and connected to the MOE. Staff are friendly and polite. Rooms are nicely furnished and equipped and spacious too. Prices are always reasonable all over the year. No faults so far and this is my fifth stay.nHighly recommended.

Great hotel attached to the Mall of the Emirates, which creates a good, central location for meetings. Downside is they only have one restaurant, yet one can always venture into the mall for options. Staff is wonderfully accommodating and friendly. Would visit again.
