Mercure Grand Hotel Jebel Hafeet

The view there is unbeatable, take it from me , I'm usually hard to get to like a hotel view...nService is quite quick ... the room from a cleaning stand point is clean , however I believe belows quality can be improved... over all I enjoyed staying there and I highly recommend it.

One of the major reasons for 5 Stars is the experience you get for the cost!!!nnVisited multiple times this place now, never been disappointed except for once when the main pool was closed!nnVariety of experiences for kids as well as decent fun activities to spend a day or two!!nnOne of my personal favorite especially considering the value for money

The hotel is amazing.nView is amazingnHygiene is amazingnBut i have a BIG COMMENT... WHY THE POOOL IS SO COLD!!! ESPECIALLY KIDS POOL!!nnit's supposed to be a mountain hotel so it will be a cool place all the year! Pool should be heated !!nMy kid and 4 friends kid got cold because of this matter 🙄

Nice hotel with prime unique location& view and affordable prices, fast easy connected Internet.nGood place for relaxation on the top of the mountain.nEverything was perfect, only dinner buffet is not good.

If you’re checking in, make sure you check the room and the washrooms as well. The hotel is clean and maintained but there are small issues such as flush doesn’t work or no water pressure. The service can be much better

Went there just to breath fresh air in a peaceful night. The view was amazing and the weather looks like the Spring season. The food was not good. A juice is more than enough.

Very beautiful place friendly staff really enjoyed stay. Extremely economical and worth stay. Family is extremely happy.

Staying here right now. Hotel is dreadful. Everything is dirty and unclean — toilet paper and hair on bidet left from previous guest and old soaps left on counters. There are so many signs about covid but they don’t even wipe the bathroom down between guests. You can hear sounds of slamming doors and screaming kids from neighbours constantly, only got 4 hours sleep. Two pools have no water and cannot use, but website says nothing. Don’t waste your money on the buffet breakfast — they don’t even have a coffee machine; instant coffee in a big vat only. I would not even pay 100 dirhams for this. I will never return. Accor needs to fire the general manager of this property. Great location ruined by bad management.

Great view u2014 the hotel is a win because its located in a great place, other than that, it is just a regular hotel

stayed here for 1 night for eid holiday. but it's not as what we were expected.n1. staff always knocking our door for wrong delivery (evening and morning).n2. bathroom drainage is not draining. our washroom is flooded.n3. pool has no watern4. breakfast is okn5. not all staff are friendly. we requested for the window table to be cleaned but he refused to clean.n6. we requested room cleaning since washroom drainage not working properly but no one came to clean our roomnnview is overlooking which is good, but stay is not recommended. not worth your money.

Comfortable stay. Neat and clean rooms. Great view at sunset and night life beauty to watch. Tasty breakfast buffet. Very friendly and courteous staff. Good activities for the children. Amazing family staycation to experience. Thankyou Mercure Grand.

Location was great, and nice view.nHotel ambience is perfect for us.nBreakfast options are also good. Employee from Housekeeping was very helpful. He is smiling and always willing to help.nRoom service was excellent.nI would like to highlight the Burmese Lady, Miss Khine; as our waitress, she did a great job. Our food was served on time, drinks were also served without delayed. She has consistency of service levels at all time.nPhine at the Spa was very kind, lovely and very helpful.nWith one exception (see below), the other receptionists are smile and lovely.nAt the spa, they have a lovely room that can be used for multiple purposenn🤷‍♀️Red Alert dealing with Maria. Sandrine & Ahmed from the restaurant. 😒nnThe receptionist named, Maria, had displayed poor level of service.nnI requested to give an alternative for swimming pool as it is out of service.n5 days before the check-in date, I called to the hotel for a Yoga space. She said she will get back to me but never did.nShe advised us to cancel the booking since she could not able to provide any solution to our needs.nnWe are looking for indoor place for yoga practice due to the weather outside. She said there is a place next to the pool, that she can offered as a favor. I would say that is not even an option for the weather like that. She replied, we communicate with you the pool is close if you are not happy then you should have cancelled the booking. Our group all had booked for 5 rooms total on that day.nnI found the beautiful squad room next to the spa that we can practice yoga. However, Miss. Maria seems does not know about her own work place that how she can use hotel facility efficiently.nnThe management seems to not care about the staffs' attitude.nnThe two staffs from the restaurant are undoubtedly at the wrong place.nThey do not know how to serve the guest. No greetings, No sorry, No menu knowledge.nBut they proudly do have skills... to argue with the guest with confidence and give a grumpy face while rolling eyes to each of us.nnWe had two tables at lunch time for us, we had ordered simple food but it was served after over an hour.nThe drinks was served after 20mins. The chicken 65 was cooked by expired coconut oil. we can all smell it. Chicken is like charcoal.nCompared to the dinner service, lunch and breakfast was very poor. Miss. Khine was alone at the dinner service with so many guests around. Nothing was delayed. We all are happy.nnI feel frustrated and stressed by all the things that happened to us.nThere are so many great experiences at this hotel but people cannot just deliver these to the guest. Real shame.

A Great place to escape to.nYou will find this hotel up on the Jebel Hafeet Mountain.nBreath-taking views, great hotel rooms and hotel pool! They are family friendly too. Thank you for a great time guys!! 5 star!!!!!

Just perfection! Perfect location " on top of a mountain" Perfect sunset, perfect view, perfect facilities and perfect staff! Had a great time with my family!
