Andaz Capital Gate | Abu Dhabi

I was planning to stay only one day and I ended up staying for three days. Top notch hotel, I stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels, but Andaz hotel is easily one of the best hotels I have ever been in. My room was super clean and the design oh just wow. The breakfast is great, I loved the French toast, you have to order it from the waiter. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I loved the free vallet parking experience.

The room is very comfortable and . cleannAll the workers are community of professionals so nice sweet . The breakfast has a lot of varieties to choose from and enjoy the view and the meal. One of the best stays in Abu Dhabi. This is my second time in this place, and we even got a better room this time.nnWe really enjoyed our stay here, the rooms are very well insulated from noise and the hotel lobby and breakfast areas just looks fantastic.nnThe bed is very comfy and the rooms are just perfect. The architecture of the building is outstanding!

From check in to check out, the staff were outstanding! In particular Ahbishek the Director of Rooms, Denise the Assistant Manager and Alfred the Barman. Every request was catered to with professionalism and flair. We enjoyed a few days there with our toddler for my husband’s birthday. There was a surprise complimentary cake on his birthday, which was so tasty! Our daughter was made to feel like a Princess and we appreciated that. Luckily for us there was a LP Champagne evening brunch and our daughter was genuinely welcomed. She was in her pj’s as she sleeps early, but a special meal was prepared for her. It’s the staff that make the difference!! Thank you to this great team for making this birthday celebration so memorable! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excellent 5 star hotel with all the usual creature comforts n amenities. Great F&B; outlets, fully equipped gym, roof top pool and wide spacious rooms- this hotel has also well trained staff providing great service with care n politeness. Service was always prompt n professional. An international standards hotel at reasonable rates/costs. Location is not too far from the city shopping malls if one is inclined n transport via taxis etc are not too costly n readily available. All in a very pleasant stay n will not hesitate to revisit in the near future.
