The hotel is very beautiful, not only from the outside but also from the inside. It has a great entrance area and you are warmly welcomed. The room I booked (it has an update) was very comfortable and beautiful, but I gave it 4 stars because Hoer and there would be room for improvement, but nothing that bothers you, just small things. The hotel has a great location, everything is very close and there are always taxis available on request! (It's also worth walking because you discover great smaller supermarkets ) not only yas times which is also close. Highly recommended
I will give the hotel 4 stars as it needs an improvement regarding the availability of the room. We booked for 2 rooms but only one room was available. We understand that the hotel busy but we already given allotted time for the hotel for their rooms to be prepared as we already checked in late. However, the buffet breakfast was superb. Thanks for my parents for their great compliments to the food and to service of the staff. Mr. Anthony (the bell boy) was also kind as he assisted us during the check out.
My son and I chose to stay at the hotel as we were attending a conference, the hotel is awesome to say the least and it’s not just the amenities it’s the people most of all.nOf course the room was phenomenal and the food was amazing but the people experience is beyond amazing. From the moment you enter and meet Renee and Amit at the valet to the reception we’re every single person is more than pleasant and helpful. Their smiles are real and genuine. Even the maintenance workers moving around are hospitable and pleasant. We totally felt at home thanks to the awesome human beings of the W Hotel 🤎🙏🏼
Stayed here for ufc280. The room was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the view of the marina was fantastic, room had everything from coffee machine to ironing board. Had a bath tub and also walk In shower so ideal for those who prefer that. Room included breakfast which was good. The staff are excellent and very attentive. Would most definitely stay here again as I enjoyed it that much. Reason for 1 less star is some left the socks in bag that housed the hairdryer. Which was hilarious but also a little rank 😂.
This hotel set right in the beautiful marina and has an F1 race track running literally right through it.nnThe hotel is very large and is lit up beautifully at night, you can’t miss it from a distance. Upon arrival they have security staff out front whom will jump at the opportunity to assist you in getting into the front lobby and to the desk. The hotel staff are quickly to greet you and welcome you in. They are very busy at times with group bookings so you may have to wait if there is an arrival of a tour bus.nnThe lobby is very impressive with its modern decor and brightly lit shops and dining areas. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout and once again outfitted with modern decor throughout. It was obvious they take every consideration for the safety and comfort of guests.nnThe suite we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous and very very large. The ceiling to floor windows overlooking the marina made for a beautiful sight anywhere in the suite, even the powder room. The wrap around balcony was a delightful touch. Moving around the suite was very easy with the modern controls built into the wall which operates every light, curtain and other functionalities of the suite.nnThe hotel was very quiet upstairs, easy to relax and sleep comfortably, and offers many other amenities such as a gym, spa and great location.nnI highly recommend this hotel for any stay in the city
Wonderful hotel and great staff. The luggage boy Antony was full of positive energy and receptionist were friendly and attentive. Great view on the sea side it’s worth every Durham.nnBreakfast was fantastic and full of variety.nnActivity in hotel you should not miss is the carting on the track.
I'm glad that W maintained if not, make the property better in terms of service.nnFrom having respectful valet staff at our arrival to very accommodating front desk. Also kudos to Mr. Kero for making our night stay a bit more special. After knowing that I am celebrating my anniversary with my wife. He made sure that the room will have a great view also gave us complimentary drinks. To top it off, he sent a velvet cake to our room while we were away. Talking about good surprises.nnThe rooms are clean and as good as new. The pool area (for adults) is really well maintained. I also want to thank the life guard on duty (forgot his name) that helped my wife when she got a minor cut while we were swimming.nnFood is amazing. The breakfast selection is plentiful! And the view from Garage restaurant is just a nice touch when you're just about to start your day.nnThere's barely nothing to complain about. When we got the upgrade, unfortunately there was no king size bed, so it was me who agreed on the joined beds.nnOverall, my short stay was really good and my wife and I will definitely be back!
Stayed for 5 days in 2 rooms for the family. Overall was an okay experience for a 3-4 star hotel, not a 5 star hotel.nnGood: rooms are spacious, food is okay.nBad: I had to fix the TV in one of the rooms (no one came to fix), the sink in one room was blocked and not fixed throughout the 5 days (no one came to fix). Room service put new soap on the last day, we ended up buying our own through the stay. Not enough staff for the guests in the lobby area and the buffet prepare to wait. No one answer when you call for room service. At one point, we requested 3 taxis as the staff kept putting other people in the cars while we picked up our luggage.nnWill stay somewhere else in our next visit.
Itu2019s located in a great location. The facility is perfect including breakfast with great service. The room condition was not THAT great as W hotel like a scratch on the wall, a broken handle in the bathroom, and water leaking near the toilet. But overall it was a great to stay :)

Everything from the start we arrived after 3pm with anthree year old child to check in, the room was not readynand we had to wait in the reception with no excuse ornapology for the wait. After my wife persisting andnwaiting on the reception desk they offered four freendrinks instead of giving us the room asap. The servicenwas lousy, the housekeeping was the worse they tooknthe dirty towels and left us with no towels and we had tonwait for more than an hour just for towels. The kids zonenduring check in the receptionist explained how its ansupervised area for the kids when we went to check itnout the person welcoming us was not friendly at all andninformed us she isn't responsible for any of the kids andnthat its not a supervised area. The sun deck (familynpool) was the worse we went up to check the wet decknand its completely the opposite of it needs more carenand up keeping.

Upon arriving at the hotel after flying 14+ hours we were warmly welcomed by Anthony who was all smiles and genuinely happy to see us. I was wondering if it was someone I might have met before. He took care of the bags and walked us over to check-in, He even arranged a taxi to take us for our Covid test that same evening. For the rest of our stay he always greeted us by name and was very eager help in anyway. Anthony really made us feel welcomed.nShout out to the crew at Garage restaurant who were also very friendly, on point and prompt taking care of any request. Brunch was hands down one of the best .nRoom was clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the marina and race track.nThank you W Hotel we will be back.

A great place to go.nI went there with the intention of enjoying a nice view of the racetrack as a racing fan. And I am not disappointed at all! Lovely place to enjoy the racing.nNext day I repeated to celebrate my anniversary with a brunch. Good mix of Asian, Peruvian, Indian and local cuisine. What I didnu2019t find was more options for steak but overall happy with it.
W=wow wow wow. I have to say this hotel exceeded every expectation I had, and I am hard to please. I stayed here during the F1 2021 weekend and I had the BEST weekend for a very long time. My room had amazing views, the hotel left daily in room treats, and generally just loved this hotel! Hopefully i will get a chance to go back in 2022. And a big shout-out to DONALD, we owe our great experience thanks in large to him.
Okay, so I must say that I was rather skeptical when hearing that I'd been invited here. I was expecting a pompous and pretentious atmosphere, however it's VERY beautiful, hip, trendy looking yet casually pleasing to the eye. It has first row views right onto the Ferrari track (that's why it's famous). The waiters do their MOST to make everyone feel comfortable and seem to have the talent of anticipating when clients need something (usually another drink ud83dude02)...Such a pleasant surprise. I'll be back with my husband and in-laws.
Excellent layover stay on my way the Maldives. I got an amazing suite upgrade for my Marriott Lifetime Gold status. Room was probably top 5 that Iu2019ve ever stayed in (Ritz Carlton Gongzhu is #1). Restaurant was good and the rooftop bar had sick drinks and hookah with a glowing view of the F1 track. #love
What a service! No valet and the excuse for that is Covid. When I asked for an explanation it was that they want to reduce contact. Obviously they donu2019t want to make an effort to test their staff daily, spend money on hygienic measures and cut staff cost. I had to park at the very far end of the parking as it was packed. Going up to the room, we were welcomed by the smell of mold in the corridor and the room. And that was only the first impression. I wanted to grab a bite and a drink before going to bed and was turned away from the lounge after waiting for 10minutes because it was already full. I was sent to another restaurant (garage) which they should have called garbage instead considering my experience. I waited for 15min to be attended and then I spent full 22min before I decided to leave since no one bothered to take my order even after making eye contact with some of the waiters. At the breakfast you can expect a similar queue. If I was Marriott, I would have withdrawn the franchise. Never going back again and wouldnu2019t recommend it to my worst enemy.
I have had great stay with amazing support from the staff specially Fabio in the reception, big thanks to him for making my stay fantastic and his colleagues as well. Very clean and spacious room. Room light theme colour is so relaxing. I have planned to celebrate my wife Birthday here, surprisingly we receive a piece of cake from hotel to our room. Thanks for that.
The experience was really great at viceroy. I went there with my family friends. We had really fun there. The rooms, the ambiance, the view from the room, the terrace, the swimming pool, the restaurant and the food. I loved each and everything about viceroy.
