Emirates Palace Abu Dhabi

We visited the Hotel just to see its magnificent interiorsndone with golden decor. I must say the Hotel is worth visiting. We were so amazed to see this beautiful place.nWe also tried one of their Signature Coffees at the Cafe inside the Hotel. Even that was a very good experience. The staff here is very good.

Definitely a 5 star Hotel. The place is awesome, clean and peaceful for both guests and visitors. Hotel personnel's treats both visitors and guests the same. Visiting the palace is free of charge. Slippers and shorts are not allowed for visitors. You can ride bus number 34 to get there.

Everything is high quality. You must visit to experience the quality. Anyone can use cafe and you can enjoy cafe latte with real gold flakes. Parking lot looks cheap comparing to the hotel. I thought I want to stay at this hotel. Some of facilities were under construction so it was very noisy near the central of the hotel so be careful to stay at hotel except night.

Undoubtedly the best hotel I have ever stayed. A Palace worth its name. I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a Palace suite and the room was magnificently decorated, had all the amenities you expect in a top 5 stars hotel, was enormous and cozy. Beautifully preserved. Don’t be skeptical about all the gold that the hotel displays, because it is discreet and very elegantly exhibited. Besides the room, the swimming pools, the SPA, the several eclectic and excellent restaurants, the facilities and the building itself are breathtaking. There is even a beach with imported Algerian sand to delight all guests. Obviously, the staff is courteous, efficient, discreet and will do all they can to ensure you will have an unforgettable stay. I would rate it 8 stars.

I was positively surprised.nnThe staff was great, very attentive and always trying to improve our stay, specially in the restaurants.nnHotel rooms were renewed recently. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, one of the best that Iu2019ve slept on in years.nnDespite the hotel being so big, it felt relatively easy to move around with the kids. The hotel is surprisingly very kids friendly.

Everyone might mention about the beauty of emirates palace, but I would like to note the beauty of the staffs there.staffs are so professional, friendly and welcoming, not just a few of them,but all are equally super friendly ,dedicated and helping.Haven't seen any place with such a fantastic staffs,really appreciable.Doesn't matter if you stays there or are just visitors,they treat everyone equally. everywhere you will find staffs who readily comes to help or guide in whichever ways possible.nnAmbiance , construction all are marvellous, has a royal touch in everything ..

We had the best experience of our lives staying there for a night. I would recommend to stay atleast for 2 nights because you will never finish exploring the beauty in a single day. Words and pictures won't explain the beauty of this place unless you see it with your own eyes. The receptionist Anna was so kind to take us through everywhere round the palace and the staffs there were so wonderful.nnWill surely visit again

Emirates palace is the face of ultimate luxury... Exterior architecture is nice. Interior is very rich in all aspects. The main thing highlighted is the restroom. It is ultra neat and clean and also the accessories and toiletries are very class. Overall lighting and colour combination is golden warm.

Go for the pool! We had a great experience at the pool, water slide and lazy river. Gorgeous tropical views with views of the skyline in the distance. There is a button at every chair to call a waiter to bring a drink or towel. Better service than any resort I've been to. They even hand out mango and pineapple popsicles at 1:30 and 3:30pm! They were preparing to have a full water balloon fight, but we had to go. I enjoyed this every bit if not more than Maui! Also love the live grand piano music in the cafe area. I ordered the 24k gold hot chocolate and it was beautiful. Also the breakfast is amazing. Perfect place for a honeymoon!

Amazing, opulence, and pure grandeur! Initially a palace turned hotel. This visit was priceless. Had the opportunity to sip coffee and tea sprinkled with gold flakes that added a sparkle to your lips. Served with a coconut mango cheesecake ud83dude0b I felt like a queen ud83dudc78ud83cudffe

The experience at Le Cafe was wonderful. Our group sat together just across from the Cafe and enjoyed our coffee and deep chocolate delicacy, both amazing! For those that didn't do coffee, Green or Black tea was available. The ambience was wonderful as we sipped and ate while listening to the most amazing pianist play beautiful classical music. We took a quick tour of the amazing lunch buffet for reference in our next visit and then proceeded outside to take some amazing pictures of this breathtaking establishment. The service was definitely top notch and we loved every moment of this awesome indulgence.

Stunning, amazing customer oriented!nI have been staying at the Emirates palace for a couple of nights.nThe u00abu00a0three bed room suiteu00a0u00bb is a marvelous place to stay, beautiful attention to detail, perfectly suited amenities and incredible view on the beach and presidential palace.nStunning attention from Mr. Raza and his team and also two of the ladies from Reception.nnI had a perfect stay and will be back without a doubt.

Emirates Palace holds a special place in my heart. By far my favorite hotel experience. Everything was exceptionally excellent. The staff were polite, friendly and professional. Reception to the hotel was awesome as we were offered fresh dates with a choice of tea or coffee upon arrival. I got a fresh red rose as well before making way to the room. The hotel is very clean and magnificent. The breakfast buffet was very rich, fresh and delicious with variety ud83dude0b to choose from. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to be back here. We visited Emirates palace for a afternoon tea, this place is unbelievable, the ART is just out of this world, such a luxury place or lets say it is a PALACE to be honest. the afternoon team is well crafted and you will enjoy it, we had the pleasure to walk around the place as part of the afternoon tea. a great place to capture some beautiful pictures - RECOMMENDED

Love the place, atmosphere, restaurants, the interior and exterior. Its just a beautiful place to go and hangout with friends and family.nThere are many places you can take amazing photos. Kids love to run and play in that area.

Stephanie at the front reception was amazing.nnTo be fair, the whole experience at this resort was exceptional. At the same time, Stephanie really went above and beyond to help us have a wonderful birthday and anniversaries week-long getaway. There was some confusion at check-in, and as you can imagine that can sometimes cause some tension. However, Stephanie was responsive and understanding and helped de-escalate everything and got our amazing holiday getaway back on track. This place is truly a slice of paradise. I donu2019t know who is in charge of training the staff here, but they should be highly commended. The staff are what make this place truly specialu2014 they all seem to be empowered and trained to help make the guest experience as wonderful as possible... even the man that ran the pool gift shop was thoughtful and attentive. Well done Mandarin Oriental and emirates palace on making this place exceptional.

The staffs are excellent.The location, interior, exterior, ambience and the view is amazing. The Emirates palace has two wings - west and east, which are enormous and you can take your time exploring them. I stayed in the pool view room. The pool is well maintained and kids will enjoy playing in the pool. Pool is large and gives a relaxing experience. Hotel has very nice restaurants.nRooms are nice but can be made better for the rating the Hotel has. Room Interior is average and balcony can be maintained better. Each day the security needed a confirmation that we were inmates. There should be an option (maybe like a card/token), so that the security's does not have to stop for verification every time we go out and come back.nOverall the experience was great!!

This was my first time staying at Emirates Palace but not my first time visiting. Every single time I visit I enjoy my time immensely. The stay was luxurious! The room was grand and pristine. The food was outstanding. I would love to mention a few people that made my stay even more excellent: Charles at the reception desk, Benedict the butler assigned to us, and Sunita the server for our dinner. I cannot express how enjoyable the stay was, and how amazing the staff was!
