Regarding Nurai Island, we had a good time with the family but don’t want to go there again.nnLocation of our house (501) was great though! Think price vs quality wasn’t good. Mainly because lack of staff and untrained staff. Also there were a lot of day guests, and I think 1500 dirham for a boat ride when we arrive is too much at night, very unfriendly service there.nnWhen checking out guy at reception started calling another person for other people’s bill. Told him he could also do it after we checked out.nnFood at pool mediumnFrapagini and Hooked food great, service F low not enough staff. Service hooked medium. Took long to clean our table.nnHouse was not well thought of, super slippery with stones outside and in bathroom, with kods dangerous , no plugs for phone chargers next to bed. - feels a bit ‘vergane glorie’ in Dutch PressiennDeparture boat took forever waiting on other people. Also overheard other people complaining about picking up luggage etc. There was also another boat they could have used but think not enough staff.nnAsked for extra beach towels, never came, after cleaning not enough new ones, we got more from the beach pooln.nTwice when do not disturb sign was on the rang the doorbell.nnYesterday we played tennis and rented the rackets - this morning early they rang again to come and collect the rackets while we have them back after finishing playing, they rant like 8:30, very unprofessionalnnYesterday they wanted to level out the beach in front of us with a huge tractor - told them they could do it today after we left.nnI really don’t mind waiting or if service is a bit slow but there were just too many things in these two days which happened that I just wanted to let you know.

Amazing service, really good food and drinks. Everything was better than expected. Special shout out to Shehzad, Michael and Zaw Zaw who went above and beyond to make sure our group of 30 were happy. Would fully recommend!

Everything was perfect, The stuff are kind and helpful, the private swimming pool is very clean and the view was magical.. Even the food is good.. 🫡

The boat schedule is inconvenient. As I would recommend they should add night shifts (at least 1 captain) to allow the guests to come back to their villa’s at night. The pricing for private boats in definitely overpriced for a 15 mins ride (1500 dhs) and keep in mind I am a guest that already has booked a villa.

The pool situation is not very good with the day pass. there’s only 2 pools available to you: one is a large (sort of) one where all the families go. As you can guess, its filled with kids all the time. And the other is across the resort and is deep but very small!! So ofc not suitable unless you want to be shoulder to shoulder with other people. These are the only 2 options for pools . Very disappointing. The food options were nice and that’s why it would get 2 stars. The boats are on time but the check in at the welcome center takes forever. Overall, NOT worth the money

Upon arrival we were informed that a child went the bathroom in the pool and they had evacuate it. It was disappointing that we were greeted with this information. I would expect there to be more control over where kids are seated and they should not be mixed with everyone. Some form of compensation should have been made.nExpected more for the amount we paid.

It was our first time on the island. The island is gorgeous! It feels like being on the Seychelles or the Maldives, super beautiful. We joined the Saturday brunch which was very delicious!nnUnfortunately we can only give 3 stars because of the service.nThe staff is not informed over the offers the island makes its guests. Our brunch included unlimited Softdrinks, however, we had to explain this to every waiter (even tho we were wearing blue bracelets indicating the chosen package).nWhen we went over to the second beach u201eSmokin Pineappleu201c and tried to order drinks there, the head waiter called Naser was extremely rude and insisted on payment because we would already have exceeded our credit. When asking for clarification he just repeated himself over and over againu2026 later then a colleague of him engaged and explained us very nicely that we have only free drinks at the main beach.nAfter the brunch time expired we came back to have a drink there. The guy Naser were again extremely rude to all guests and seemed extremely stressed due to a high volume of orders. This is simply unexceptable for a 5 star island resort.nnThen at 6pm all pool bars closed down because of the beginning of Ramadan, which were not communicated to the guests beforehand (usually these bars are opened till 10pm we were told).nnIn summary a really lovely island with a lot of miscommunication and middle class service.

The message was so bad and instead of being relaxed Iu2019ve been in pain for days. Itu2019s not the first review about the spa my friends also had the same bad comment. Make sure to evaluate the technicians working in spa. If they have the basic way or meaning of a message.

Beautiful location but the service is extremely disappointing!nStaff do not care about the clients at all. They need better management over the weekend.

The villa is spacious with a nice pool. However, the service of handling the luggage is terrible unprofessional, the furniture is dusty and a bit outdated.nRestaurants are normal and overpriced.

Excellant Vacation place outside Abu Dhabi. Recommended in Winter season.

Best Resort I have ever been to by far. Everything is of the best of the best quality from the villas to the bathroom amenities. Will be visiting again soon.
