Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort

It was an excellent choice, we had an amazing stay and even I have extended my stay to 3 nights. The staff were really friendly and helpful, from the check-in team to the room service, the restaurant and the facilities team.nnThe variety of pools is wonderful. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel is outstanding. Various kind of food and it was delicious. The SPA was wonderful.nnThe only thing which can be better is the time it takes for check in. Looks like more staff are required and maybe to provide some beverages while the customers are waiting. Nevertheless, the check in team are really nice and supportive.nnThanks for the great holiday.

Beautiful beach front property with so many amazing amenities. The well appointed rooms are outstanding including a luxurious bathroom offering everything from large walk in shower with rain head shower system to a soaking tub. Our personal outdoor area was beautiful and functional. All of the property is stunning with plants, flowers, lighting and extreme cleanliness. Dining choices, beach services, pools areas are abundant and the entire staff are exceptional in their commitment to service.

I really desired to give this hotel 5 stars but a few things prevent me from doing so:nnI was placed in accommodation opposite a room occupied full of children who were screaming their lungs out. I could hear this loud and clear in my space. I called concierge to address this and thankfully they did sort it out by asking them to keep quiet. However the children moved to the balcony and continued their escapades in the echoing open night air. Atmosphere ruined by the time I got to the ground floor, could hear them loud and clear along the pool side where I approached the restaurant.nVery unpleasant.nnUnfortunately the restaurant was fully booked, never mind this canu2019t be helped so I decided to order room service. They took my order with pleasure. The food took a significantly long time to arrive, again I understood the hotel was at fully capacity so I was patient.nThe food while edible was a disappointment. They bought me the wrong pasta dish and it was cold and congealed. I believe it had been cooked somewhat 45 minutes prior and sat in a service queue for an erroneous amount of time. I was so hungry I just ate it, begrudgingly. I did bring this up to the manager the next day as politely as I could. However no offer of reparation was made.nBreakfast the next morning was a delight, fantastic selection and very delicious buffet. I could eat from it all day. But I could tell the staff were anxious and stressed due to the high volume of guests. Understandable but for it to be so obviously expressed does take away from the experience of a relaxing and serene vacation.nnApart from that I found the pool staff very pleasant and kind. Especially the gentleman named Eddison doing a great job.nI found the club sandwich and the Cob salad extremely divine.nnDespite all this I would definitely return and hope this time for everything wonderful except some general annoyances.

It worth every penny! Very luxurious and beautiful place. High tech and care a lot about the environment. The food was exceptional. I indulged in the room comfort that I didn't experience the beach. I will certainly do next time. A very good place for relaxing.
