A luxurious hotel with amazing views. A very clean room and a great bathroom. Nice swimming pools, although the way there is a little long and there are no easy to use changing rooms. The beach part is so so. The spa is outstanding. The breakfast has a really good selection.
By far the best hotel I ever stayed in!!!! The staff is so friendly, everyone was so nice but I want to give a special thanks to Linda from breakfast, Ajay from the pool restaurant and Rhys who welcomed us at the reception. We stayed with our little girl three days in this hotel and it was perfect, nothing you would miss. Breakfast was just amazing! Free water and ice cream in the afternoon at the beach. I stayed in a lot of hotels but this was the best until now. Hope to come back one day. Thanks again to all staff!nJulia and Andi
We spent 4 nights in this outstanding hotel and my partner, my young daughter and I had a memorable experience. From Arrival to departure the staff has looked after us outstandingly. Often they anticipated our requests. We have also noticed that the staff look really happy working in this hotel and have a very genuine approach. We will definitely be back!
Undoubtedly the best hotel I have ever stayed. A Place worth its name, The room was magnificently decorated, had all the amenities you expect in a top 5 stars hotel, was enormous and cozy. Beautifully preserved. The room, the swimming pools, the SPA, the several eclectic and excellent restaurants, the facilities and the building itself are breathtaking. Obviously, the staff is courteous, efficient, discreet and will do all they can to ensure you will have an unforgettable stay. I would rate it 10 out of 10 real 5* . Thank you

This has been the best and most luxurious hotel experience we’ve had. The hotel is perfect and can’t be flawed. Excellent gigantic rooms, luxurious amenities, phenomenal breakfast, beautiful lobby (with a pianist playing), nice staff, phenomenal view, great location. There is an immense attention paid to small details, which makes your stay luxurious.nnEven the check-in experience is great. Did you know they serve complimentary drinks while you wait at the check-in queue? You really can’t ask for more.nnWe were lucky and privileged to experience the luxury of Level 45, a hotel within a hotel. This is a new and innovative luxurious hotel experience. We were invited for tea and cakes at 3pm, which was amazing! Access to level 45 is by invitation only.nnWe send our regards to Kareem from level 45 and Avinash for taking care of us and making our stay comfortable.
Came here a few months ago and was blown away, staff are exceptional even security and cleaners and also feels very personal with some staff even remembering my name! Rooms are spacious and have everything you need, view is amazing, mini bar is great[a little pricey] and the bathroom was excellent. Breakfast is perfect, huge range of food to pick from and again, staff were incredible. Definitely coming back next year

My recent stay at Conrad Etihad towers was fabulous. The staff was exceptional!nSpecial Thanks to Mr. Ahmad for concierge services he told us great points of interest while there. He has been very professional!!.nnAnd Special Thanks to Ms. Balqis at the front desk too was very professional and accommodating upon our arrival at the hotel. My children loved the hotel ambience. The hotel staff kept contact from the very beginning and quickly responded to anything we asked. Excellent customer service!!! Keep it up!nnHighly recommended.
I traveled a lot around the world. This is one of the best hotels I've ever been. Service is awesome. Food is amazing. Great great great hotel for all aspects in Abu Dhabi. Really not far from perfection. I will definitely go back.

My husband and I spent six days at this beautiful hotel to tour Abu Dhabi and attend the World Expo. The service is impeccable from the front door to the front desk. We were always politely greeted and given prompt attention. Breakfast in the Rosewater was some of the best food weu2019ve ever eaten and the Arabic coffee is delicious. The Rosewater staff went above and beyond to attend us. The views of the sea and the city are spectacular and the rooms are very comfortable. Luxury accompanying comfort is a hallmark of this Hilton.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Conrad Hotel. The rooms are large sized and the cleaning is excellent too. The service is an absolute blessing, we really appreciated how nice and caring everyone was. Especially while working under such hot temperatures and over such long shifts.nWe felt welcome from the first second on. The food is a 10/10 and definitely a fine dining experience.nThis holiday was a nice experience and we will definitely come back.

"Excellent hotel with excellent location, located at the Abu Dhabi Corniche, extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Mr. Antony, he made sure our stay was more enjoyable with his advices & hospitality. They made arrangements and provided us a cake to celebrate my wife's birthday, Special thanks to front desk team. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! All staff were highly hospitable and friendly."
First of all I Appreciate the manager who gave us check out time till sunset.. staff are friendly especially Antony, perfect destination for couples or families. rooms are neat and big and coming to the view from the room which in unbelievable. Breakfast had lot of varieties, pool is good my son enjoyed a lot in it.
Great staff who made me feel like home. Good facilities and nice little beach for a swimming break. Nice pools (I didn't use them though). I especially enjoyed the gym which was above average as compared to gyms found in similar category hotels. All in all I had a great stay of several days and I'm already looking forward to return there in my next trip to Abi Dhabi.
Thereu2019s a lot of staff which is a good thing and they wouldnu2019t miss to assist you if you need them. The room was gorgeous with a fantastic view. Rosewater restaurant bfast was divine. We ate a lot and it was worth it. The best one was the pool and beach area. Loved it. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
