Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate

2 stars for the hotel and 5 stars for Maria at breakfast.nnThe hotel itself definitely wasn’t worth the $$. Zero amenities in the room and the pillow/blanket had some pretty obvious stains on them. They only offered to lend an adapter (after telling me to buy one at their shop) when I pointed out that the USB charging port was broken.nnThe kids club was okay, my two year old was happy. The breakfast was pretty good and Maria gave excellent service to myself and my toddler. 5 stars for her but the hotel itself only gets 2 stars.

I was scared because it was a 3 star but it was awesome! Easy check in and check out. Perfectly clean and room was simple but modern - perfect for someone on business or jumping in and out. Only complaint is they needed a hair dryer (which you might could get at front desk) and better lighting at the bathroom mirror - other than that I was so relieved to find a clean bed for the night in an affordable spot halfway across the world from home.

The hotel is nice. Very elegant and classy. The service is top-tier. All the members are kind and welcoming. It closely located to the airport so it is the best place to stay if you have a layover. This however does make it far from the main city. It is also very close to Dalma mall and the national aquarium. Some healthy past times. The rooms are very small, however you do get what you pay for. I had dinner. The dinner was full buffet and was cooked to perfection. Really enjoyed myself.

Very good overall service. Excellent approach by the reception, especially Mary who helped us out with our lost and found items. Great breakfast menu. Very accommodating life guard on the swimming pool. Facilities are clean and organize.

Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations.Great staff most comfortable beds ever. Amazing location . Bar makes amazing martini's and the restaurant makes a lovely breakfast. Would highly recommend for couples mixing work and pleasure. Thanks for rajkumar ..

Breakfast was good but will give opinion to just improve some options for vegetarians. This property has very nice swimming pool & Belgian bar. I enjoyed my stay.

Great service. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff is very professional and always willing to assist, especially Ashis. I've been staying at this hotel for 2 weeks and he's been a great help for anything I need regarding cleaning, bringing me extra water and being flexible with cleaning times, and also very polite.
