Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean to perfection. Swimming pool and private beach, fitness, bars restaurants are available. But what makes it special? The building itself is magnificent. But the special feeling is provided by the staff. The take care off everything for you and are always friendly and kind. The guys at the front door will make your life easy, receptionists will help with everything, rooms clean and drinks cold. Breakfast was good, everything you want. Dinner was a lot off options every day. And then the desserts, who makes them has hands off gold and loves his job i guess.And the service during diner is great. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday it’s perfect luxury, you don’t have to leave the hotel everything is there with a smile.

We purchased buffet breakfast at the hotel via Groupon, as it was u00bd the price of paying directly to the hotel.nnThe hotel is quite far away from anything, so if youu2019re looking for food or shopping, the closest mall is about 2km away.nnAlso, at the times the lifts are incredibly slow. They seem to isolate the lifts down to 2-3 public lifts, and generally the lifts themselves are slow. So you can sometimes be waiting 5+ minutes. With social distancing, it means you also can miss a lift because itu2019s already got many guests in it.nnBed is super comfortable, as are the pillows! Very lush!

They truly helped my mother with many things.nOne of their staffs named “Yope”, he helped us a lot!!!!! God bless him! We were waiting on a mailed package which had been postponed, but he helped us to contact the post office and pick up the package. He put so much effort into this and helped us to get the important document on time! Otherwise all our plans would have been ruined and it was almost impossible to get a hold of post office staff from another country.nMy mother’s English is broken and she wasn’t familiar with the country, but they absolutely made her feel safe and helped her a lot!!

A gorgeous hotel to stay at with reasonable prices (assuming there is no event or weekend, they tend to have numerous discounts if you work for certain companies too) Very helpful staff. Very well maintained rooms with amazing views (i suggest the emirates palace view over the sea view)nYou can't really go wrong with this hotel.

Nice room with impressive view, excellent food (breakfast and diner buffets were always amazing) and good facilities. Little beach for the size of the hotel. Overall good service by the staff but lack of consistency. To be avoided by couple during holidays since the facilities are crowded with families, not the best way to relax.

Modernity with a touch of sophistication. they nailed every part in getting the poshness without leaving the culture out of the context. the room is very big, considering we got the smallest one. the bathroom is very fancy, nothing is shabby basically, and the balcony is like no other balconies in that area or in the city, to be honest. it has stunning views, a big floor area, the works! the breakfast options were great as well. the pool was amazing, our daughter loved it so much that we spent hours in the pool! will definitely be back for more!

Had a great stay. Amazing staff and service. Breakfast was generous. Very clean and spacious rooms. The one thing Iu2019d like to note about is I wish the pool area and the breakfast balcony is a non smoking area. Also the pool area had lots of tiny ants. Still a great place to spend a vacation in Abu Dhabi.

The site was perfect anyway where you can reach a mall, walk around etc but somehow I got some points so I couldn't even give 5 star. Anyway maybe I expected to much but the name is well Known all around the world so definitely they got a good reputation

Dated rooms and general look of the building. Housekeeping unresponsive. Booked view room and got the view of a construction site (the other side to the Emirates Palace), so don't bother. Location close to Corniche which is nice. Would not return.

Last night of 4 staying in this beautiful hotel. Broad family with children of all ages and we all had a wonderful experience. We went for half board and the food at breakfast and dinner was very impressive with a very wide range. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and overall we were very happy with our choice of this hotel. Would definately chose this hotel when staying in Abu Dhabi. 5 stars and even more

Happy to share my experience at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel.nThis amazing hotel is located next to Emirates Palace, the view from my room was just WOWud83dude0d Clean, spacios living room nice colors and decoration. The bed was super comfortable and bath in the middle of the bathroom is great. They had Arabic night at one of the restaurants, live performance,lady with the angel voice! Great food and shisha!nI will definitely come back in the futureud83dudc96nThanks for everything

stylish hotel with (very) small private beach and additional pool area.nthe reception staff helped us out with a contact to a Covid test and was very helpful at all times.nwe had booked half board for our stay - and were very satisfied.nwe received two reasonable three-course menus on two evenings.nthe food was good and adequate.nthe menu was the same on both evenings, but that didn't bother us.nthe breakfast was very good, the buffet was constantly replenished, even just before the end of the breakfast time.nproblematic was (Corona conditionally) the topic with the coffee order.njust order the next coffee when the first one is 'delivered.nthe room was spacious, well equipped and the view (from the bed and balcony) very impressive.

A great hotel in Abu Dhabi with fantastic service and a great pool! The breakfast was varied and fresh. There are three restaurants on site which provide lots of options. The Turkish restaurant is a good spot for Shisha with lots of outdoor seating. The beach area is very small compared to other hotels in the area but the infinity pool makes up for it!nThe customer service was prompt and attentive.nnNB: I have included some pictures of Emirates Palace which can be seen from the hotel entrance.

We had a nice breakfast with the kids. Good selection of buffet options and live cooking station. Very good espresso coffee. All this at a very reasonable price.

We chose to celebrate our 20 th wedding anniversary at Grand Hyatt, Abu Dhabi. We brought a customized cake from outside and had the delicious dinner from Grand Hyatt. They didn't create any fuss about bringing cake from outside. Rather they were very cooperative .......They made our day really awesome....Ultimate in customer delight....

Nice place and excellent lobby. Clean, tidy and following safety measures based on current situation. Amazing lobby area! Was quiet when i visit. I felt little bit disconnected as could not found friendly staffs. Some how lost in area but couldnu2019t see anyone to ask and go back to reception to approach. Not really helpful guide and informations.nIf you are visiting this place, remember that P1 is for 1st floor and P2 for 2nd.

One of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi.nI was was stayed with family 2 days. The services are amazing. Reception staff are very friendly and polite, their detailed explanation is amazing. Rooms services, restaurants are excellent.nSwimming pool is one of the best attractionsnReally wishing to come back
