Perfect stay for me. Good location, good staff and amazing pool experience. The decoration was so pretty, specially that cute bakery shop. Check in was quick. Rooms were aptly spacious and had all amenities. Must stay

Room 3012nI thought our stay was a good value for money. We got an upgrade to a bigger room and were able to visit the beach club and theme park. The room and bathroom were perfect, beautifully decorated and functional. The only problem was that the toilet had a bad smell and the fridge was not cooling, but they quickly replaced it. The lobby is also beautiful, staff friendly. TV channels had a good selection. The breakfast was a bit chaotic and food choices were average.

Adding to my previous review, as I think I need to provide this feedback to help the employees of Hilton Yas island.nnI'm giving a 1-star rating, however please note that the rooms are really good, spacious and clean, staff are friendly and facilities like kids club, gym, spa etc are done in a good manner.nn(1) Checking-in is a big mess (2) Half-board dinner is not worth from a value-for-money perspective.nn(3) Breakfast is also quite chaotic. There are long queues to enter the buffet area. I heard the lady in front of me complaining that it's the same everyday, and the usher said that it's true and she'd need to complain to her manager. Finally I asked the usher why there is no capacity planning done to accommodate the guests, the usher said it's the same everyday and it's a management issue. The usher used to work in another hotel in the same area, and it was really good. But in Hilton, the management is not listening to employees' complaints and instead instructing them to ask customers to sit outside (40+ degrees & 70%+ humidity) or come for breakfast by 7am.nnThis feedback is about Hilton Yas Island management. The employees are friendly and nice. However, they need to be supported by the management to make sure they don't need to keep seeing upset customers.nnHilton management, please do something about your capacity planning both at check-in counter and breakfast restaurant. You have a good hotel with very good staff. Please support them with proper capacity planning.

We found that Hilton Yas Island is a very nice and well placed hotel. It is very good that Hilton has two other sister properties on the island, where we were received as guests to use their facilities.nVery good for the children to be given a daily access to theme parks.nThe room was very good and clean.nThe staff were very kind and helpful.nWe visited the executive lounge on a daily basis and we really felt like at home.nThanks to all the staff.

I had a nice time with my family children 6, and 9 years old. I got complimentary tickets to Ferrari world, waterpark.. etc for each night. The room well cleaned and comfy included coffee maker, and sofa bed. The breakfast has many options for adults and kids as well. At all I will visit again and thanks to Islam, and Harry for their support.

We had a wonderful stay with our boys aged 6 and 10. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Everybody was so nice. They truly understand the meaning of hospitality! The breakfast was amazing! We went for the half board offer and really enjoyed the food.nA big thank you to the ladies of the kids club. The boys loved it!

Check in was quick, room was well lit, bed was comfortable and room service was prompt. Breakfast was delicious! Excellent variety of choices and very friendly. We went on the weekend and it was packed but it was well served. Overall a very nice experience!

We had a great time in Hilton, Yas island! Loves itu2026. The hospitality was very nice. In particular there was a waitress at their restaurant named Anusha. She was very kind and accommodating with my special needs son. Appreciate the care!

Amazing stay! The hotel is beautiful and the service is even better.nnThe food,the management and the vibe was nothing less than great.nnThe general manager Mr Nadir even welcomes the guests to the hotel and that says a lot. Not to forget the Duty Manager Ahmad made sure our stay is amazing.nnAll the staff are great!nnA beautiful staycation.

Only one thing tarnished Hiltonu2019s name in my experience, and thatu2019s because of one of their bellboys. As soon as we arrived, someone assisted us. Things got unpleasant when this bellboy took our things and just threw them in the trolley. I gave them my birthday cake and I clearly said, it was a cake and to handle with extra care, however, I saw that he just hang it on top of the trolley. As soon as I saw it I took it from him but I saw the cake was already smashed inside the box. It didnu2019t look like a cake anymore. Secondly, my friend prepared a gift which was a flower arrangement and in the center were real gold jewelries, a necklace, a bracelet and a set of earrings. I patiently waited for the bellboy so we could go to the room together, but he got angry at me saying nobody will take it so I can go ahead. Those were gold jewelries which were really exposed because of the flower arrangement. I just wanted to make sure that it was safe. He just left it in the lobby, I stood beside it because nobody was looking after it. But this bellboy shouted at me with an angry face. There was another bouquet of flowers that he just also threw on top of that jewelry and flower arrangement. The mannequin head where the jewelries were arranged fell off. When we reached the room, it was already falling from where it was glued. Thirdly, there was a bag with my shoes in it that he just also threw where the flowers where. I chose Hilton to celebrate my birthday but I was so disappointed. They tried to fix my cake but I specially ordered that cake. They replaced the raspberry cream toppings with a commercialized strawberry jam. I tried to enjoy my stay but these things are really disappointing. Guest service is really important no matter how good the hotel is.

An absolutely fantastic holiday, with our extended family of 15 (8 adults and 7 grandchildren), at Hilton Hotel Yas Island for 10 days in April 2022.nThank you especially to ALL the wonderful staff at the Hilton, so welcoming, friendly and professional throughout. Itu2019s nice fresh property, breakfast buffet was also good.nWe received room without balcony, which was upsetting considering hotel didnu2019t feel full. I forgot some personal belongings in the room, and called back same day after check-out, but unfortunately could not recover it back.

Wonderful hotel. Very comfortable and in a great location for families. Staff were amazing and I would like to thank Josephine who looks after the pool area, and Ranga from the Pool Bar for the great service. Lovely to be able to walk along the bay in the evening with a great array of restaurants to choose from. Will definitely return.

Amazing weekend in Hilton Yas Island ud83eudd29 we loved absolutely everything starting from smooth and fast check in, spacious beautiful rooms with sea view, the beds are mega comfy, great breakfast, everything was perfect. The hotel has very big kids club. The hotel team is always there to help with all inquiries. Will definitely come back!

This hotel was extremely nice! All of the staff greeted me every time I walked past. The staff for the breakfast buffet was extremely nice, they had my coffee order memorized. The chef found out I like to try new and local cuisine and would give me a new dish every morning. I will definitely be staying with them in the future!

This is a shining star among all the stars on Yas Island. It's hard to stand out amongst all the activities and venues available on this island but Yas Hilton has done it. Rooms are excellent, with great views. Restaurant options give you the ability to experience a variety of dinners each night. Less than a football pitch to walk to Etihad Arena and the new Yas Bay area. Quick shuttle to the golf course, Warner Brothers, Yas Marina Circuit, and Ferrari World. Perfect getaway hotel.

Execution is not up to the Brand.n1- Booking was not easy, 4 attempts were neededn2- On arrival the electric plugs of the entire room were not workingn3- The cleaning has not been done at all during my stayn4- I have asked to the bill to be sent to my email, this has now been 5 days since I left I still have not received my bill, I can't process my expense reportn5- I always asked communication to be sent in English, and I received the satisfaction survey in FrenchnThe restaurant though is extremely pleasant, next to the pool,and the food absolutely delicious, the restaurant staff has a great sense of service.

We are so happy and satisfied to this hotel. They gave us more on what we expect. And Big thank you for helping us to celebrate our son's birthday more special. Thumbs up to all the staff of this hotel. They cannot wait to come back very very soon. Highly highly recommended

I would recommend this hotel to everyone that I know. I had a wonderful experience in this hotel. Everyone one was so kind and friendly. The rooms were luxury and super clean. The breakfast was delicious and wasnu2019t crowded. The pool was big and everyone was spread out to keep social distancing. All in all, I had so much fun in this hotel and I am definitely coming here again!

Excellent service from the moment we pulled up to the hotel through every encounter we had with each staff member. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. The Best service we have ever received from hotel staff. Everyone was friendly, beyond helpful with answering questions or requests displaying exemplary hospitality throughout our stay. If I had to rate this hotel from 1 to 10, it would be a 10 plus plus plus. Thank you Hilton for such wonderful service amd even more amazing experience.

Great stay at the Hilton Yas Island, new hotel with a few things like beach still to open. Nice practical rooms but what made this stay was the well trained, super friendly and professional staff. Breakfast spread was top class, definitely recommended for Yas Island trips.

Nice stay... Best one is their swimming pool.. Neat and clean rooms. Theme parks complimentary tickets was an additional advantage.nIn room there was no dental kit, bathroom sleepers and bathrobe..which is expected in such properties..

The hotel is so beautiful. It makes me think of the Louvre style.nnVery nicely decorated with water features at the entrance.nnThe staff is amazing! So polite, helpful, friendly and welcoming. Especially at the lobby cafe sitting area. I sat there a lot to work and everybody greets me by my name, and remember my favourite. It gives a sense of home. I have been so well taken care of. Thank you !nnThe buffet at the restaurant downstairs is awesome ! It is varied with lots of choices and it is smartly split into stations so there isnt too much queues.nnI just love the place ! I would come back and definitely recommend it !nnI can't wait to see the beach front side.

Pool was lovely. Hotel room was very basic and had no drinking glasses, toothpaste, toothbrushes, robes or slippers. Fridge was not cold and toilet had hairs on the floor. Shampoo, shower gel not big enough for two guests. Would not stay there again. Air conditioning was poor and room was very hot. Lay out of room was odd too.
