Check in, check out, and all round service was on point. Wide selection at breakfast and food was fresh and tasty. Staff was so cordial.nnHotel was clean and well kept. Minor detail- upon arrival the smell of the room seemed old. Though mild, out did not deter from the comfort and ambience of the room. Makeup lighting should be included since non existed.nnIn total the experience and service is excellent

Five star experience all around. Amazing hotel, close to everything. Every need was cared for. Great restaurants and bars on property. Almost felt like a cruise ship it was so self contained. You know itu2019s good when the locals say they love it!

Stocks of water tea and coffee were always replenished . So were bathroom accessories. Even if we needed anything one call and they would be there . Room service was on time everyday and worked meticulously.nRoom was huge and so was the bath room and views were spectacular.nWith automated curtains and lights things became easy.nThe pool was great to work out as it had adequate length .nLoved the hospitality and everything else. ❤

The real test of service quality is the responsiveness to concerns. I spoke to the guest services and highlighted my concerns and within minutes I got a call from Housekeeping supervisor and everything was spic and spam from then on. The hotel has spacious well laid out rooms with a lovely view. Breakfast spread is among the most elaborate.

Beautiful hotel. Stayed in one of the suites for a couple of days whilst visiting for work. Stunning accommodation. Everything you could need and way more. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and great attention to detail.nnStaff wonderfully helpful and warm. Hotel has a plethora of restaurants to choose from and a comprehensive room service menu.nnLovely pool area and gym.nnLocated on the creek with easy access to get out for a walk.nnCan't praise the staff, both seen and unseen for all they do to provide a wonderful experience.

Lovely, very attentive personnel, amazing views and variety of amenities (gym, hair salon, spa, pool, 3 functioning elevators). Everything was really clean and they fixed up our room everyday ! People in the lobby were nice and kind.nnMeals on the buffet were good (8/10) and had vegan options, always with someone cleaning and keeping the space in order.nnOnly thing I didnu2019t love was that the room key got locked twice but they always had a good attitude to fix it immediately!nnVery close to everything ! Such a beautiful and iconic hotel. Amazing value and has so many amenities that most hotels around the world only dream of having. Rooms are very luxurious and some have the most breathtaking views of downtown (picture). The Executive Lounge is also the best I have seen compared to any other Marriott and is a great place to go for breakfast as well as their afternoon tea or happy hour! Overall this JW does not disappoint and is another crown jewel amidst all the amazing hotels in Dubai.

I have visited this hotel many times for their restaurants and once my sister on a visit to Dubai, stayed here and I visited her in the room.nThis has different categories of well furnished rooms and they are well serviced. Beautiful views of Dubai all around from the two towers. It used to be the tallest hotel building in the world a few years before.nAt business Bay, it's walking distance from the metro station, public buses don't actually come to this place. Taxis are available round the clock.nAlways busy in the lobby. Reception counters are long and helpful.nI have taken food in Rang mahal & Kitchen 6 many times, including yesterday.

First time visiting and a Marriott platinum member so the experience was top notch. The service in the executive lounge was perfect with the servers remembering our drinks and being so friendly to our kids. The executive lounge has a wonderful view overlooking the water canal and it's so peaceful with a cup of tea or coffee. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from as well and the prices were fairly reasonable. I'll definitely stop by here in the future.

Stayed there for 35 consecutive days! Absolutely amazing and friendly people who treated us like family. They were very accommodating to all our needs and even wrote us a good-bye letter with their signatures when we left.nThe hotel is new and is very clean. Always beautifully decorated and well-kept.nI would definitely pick this hotel over other ones.

We went to the Wanderlust brunch and loved it! Funky setting, great food, lively atmosphere, good range of drinks and cocktails, the staff were all really helpful and the price is better than many other Dubai brunches. Would definitely recommend trying it!

Nice hotel in special location. I attended a course and the facilities are good and staff are friendly. The lunch buffet has wide range of options too. Some of plates and cups are not that clean they should take more attention to it

One of the best hotels I've been to.nStuff is incredible, everyone is there for you if you need any questions or help with anything they are there to help.nThey are cleaning the rooms twice a day, the rooms are really big and comfortable.nThe food is great, a lot of restaurants in the hotel and a really good club as well.nDefinitely will be back.

This is one of the best hotels, that I have ever been to. Listen and listen to me well if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would have given it. Let's start from the service, everyone is smiling and always welcoming. They provided us with all of the information we needed. I emailed them that one of us had a birthday and they gave us the 65-floor room with not any charge, I had the room on the 45 floor. The 65-floor room was mind blowing, the view was amazing. Rooms have everything you need. Everything you need!. I ordered arrangement for the birthday from the hotel they nailed it, it was very very good. Top class hotel

Great location in Dubai and a wonderful hotel all around. Clean and comfortable, with staff that really try to make your stay as good as possible. Loved the gym and the pool area, and the restaurants are among the best in the city. We particularly enjoyed the renowned steakhouse, Prime 68. We celebrated a wedding anniversary there and the restaurant made the evening so very special for us. Highly recommend, if you're looking for a place to stay.

Well, kitchen 6 is the restaurant in Dubai that I end up visiting every time I want to indulge in binge eating great food from around the world. The concept is amazing and when you experience different cuisine in a single day... it's always a memorable day. Great place to visit with family and friends ud83dude42

Very convenient high-class hotel in a perfect location. Spacious rooms with the amazing view. Great variety of restaurants and bars inside the hotel. The hotel staff is kind and helpful. I am more than satisfied with my stay. Definitely recommend it.

Had a brilliant stay, I arrived at the hotel at 3am after a very long travel day and not a great experience at Dubai airport so just wanted to get to bed asap! We weu2019re greeted by Abhishek at reception and he was so polite, and genuinely nice to talk to. He upgraded our room so my daughter could see the sunrise in the mornings. The room was large and very clean with lots of amenities. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, i would definitely stay again and recommend
