Fantastic hotel.nThe grounds and facilities are exactly what you would expect from this brand.nA very relaxed Butler service. Too relaxed.

To say it straight away the hotel is perfect.nIt's just in the wrong place.n1 km away is a sports airfield and opposite in the south-east on the mainland is a party area with incredibly loud music.nBut now to the hotel the staff is exemplary only rarely seen better. The restaurants are exceptionally good.nThe rooms are of a high standard. The green areas are more than exemplary.nThe hotel offers a free transfer with the bot to the mainland, which we often used.nAll in all a very, very good hotel if it wasn't for the background noise that was very annoying for us.

We ate at the stay restaurant, the atmosphere was ext, the service was excellent too.nWe took the 4 set menu and 2 more dishes for 2 persons. We were very satisfied with the food. The deserts are delicious. Wine was good. The dishes are so nice you do not want to eat them.I highly recommend this restaurant for couples.

Went there to dine at 101. The experience was exceptional - food, ambience and service. Needless to say, the location was beautiful with an amazing view. For those who love rabbits, you will find plenty of them around the property :)

I’ve been in Dubai for 10 years and I can say that The One and Only hotel has always made my experience unforgettable!nI always come here either for a dinner with friends, business dinner or just to relax at the pool and beach! The staff are AMAZING! I’ve never experienced such nice people with such a humble personality!nThe service at the restaurant is impeccable! I recently noticed that the pool and beach service got even better. The amazing team comes around the pool and offers you complementary refreshments, cold cucumber to apply on your eyes, Evian face mist, sunglasses cleaning to make your experience extraordinary especially in Dubai heat…nI recently met their new General Manager Emanuela who came to my table while having my lunch. Introduced herself and chatted with me for a bit! I’m sure the pool experience because better since she joined.nWishing you all best of luck! You deserve it! ❤️

Amazing resort. We have stayed there twice now and absolutely love One&Only The Palm. The staff are wonderful, every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to look after us. The swimming pool is fabulous and even on days when it is extremely hot, it is a pleasure to swim in it’s cooling waters. The rooms are beautiful and serene, and are immaculate. The gardens are lovely and an added bonus to see pet rabbits around the grounds in the evening. Breakfast is always enjoyable with a great variety of choice. Room service is also excellent and the food arrives at the appropriate temperature. Looking forward to our next visit to Dubai and we will definitely be staying here again.

It feels safe and well managed. Itu2019s location makes itnsecluded yet with easy access to u201cthe rest of the worldu201d.nnIts a work of art, beautiful, sophisticated yet genuine.nThe staff is at your beck and call and you never have to ask for anything.nThe rooms are beautifully decorated and and to the standard of One&Only hotels.nEverything is taken care of w a smile.nThe pool area is the most beautiful in Dubai.nThe Sea food restaurant 101 is elegant and the food is superb.nThe gardens are manicured and I like the rabbits that help maintain the grass it gives this place a genuine feeling.nnIu2019ll recommend this hotel and hope to visit as a guest soon again. Been here in April 2022. Definitely the most quiet hotel I have experienced so far in Dubai. Loved the outdoor area with the beautiful pool and the little bunnies running around!

I would have liked a better deal, I don't like the experience of the place or its flavor at all

Very beautiful hotel that lives up to the standards of the One & Only hotels. The ambiance is lovely, the design is immaculate and the staff are professional and friendly. Rooms are very well appointed and the entire experience is amazing whether you are visiting or staying at the hotel.

Beautiful location on the palm, design and use of open spaces and greenery was stunning. Definitely one of the best hotels in Dubai.nnUsually go there for coffees/tea/lunch in their venues and haven't stayed there yet.

I am currently staying at this resort. The warm reception and butler service is amazing.nDisappointed with the seafood restaurant, where the service was very poor. The spa treatments are average and definitely don't stand up to all the hype and expectations placed in their advertisements.nnBesides being jet lagged, I have to now contend with pricey but poor service... how very disappointing...nnI do hope the experience gets better as the days go by...

We were spending some time at the pool. You can take a day pass. It is a great hotel with a wonderful landscape. Nice lunch. Super service !

To many children playing ball in the pools. Had to wait three days to get into the adult only pool area. Some of the restaurants are terrible. They don't even know what "Linguine" is and serve you spaghetti !!. Been several times before but now would not return. To expensive for what they are offering

Located on one of the edges of the palm, the restaurant has a beautiful view to Atlantins and Dubai Marina, the food is very tasty, great drinks too. Professional service, great music and good vibe, you will definitely like it.nnOne mention, the starter tuna tarter had a powerful ingredient that covers other all the taste.

Went here for afternoon tea. It's a nice setting, as we sat outside. This was supposed to be a treat for my mother and aunty who are both rather elderly. However the service was very slow and it was not very busy at all. We waited nearly 1 hour for our afternoon tea to arrive. Considering it is a set menu and you cannot make any changes and none of the food requires cooking, you would expect this to be rather efficient. However the tea were warm, not hot. When the tea was served, the waiter then took around 10 minutes to bring the milk. This wasn't great as my family members are diabetic and the waiting did affect them. This is a five star I think but unfortunately not 5 star standard. All in all we liked the setting so 2 stars for that, but I would not recommend this for an afternoon tea experience.

Is a very lovely point of palm Jumeirah also they a have a nice restaurant
