Pullman Downtown Dubai

I stayed here in October and it was our best stay. I enjoyed a lot with my friends. Staff is very friendly and caring. Snow in the gold lounge is very friendly, helpful and caring. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Enjoyed my stay. Nice rooms. Great location. Friendly services. Clean. Breakfast was great, they say they serve it till 11am, but they start cleaning up at 10:30. I would recommend staying away from the hotel taxi, and taking an RTA taxi, half price.

Ended up in Lolita Pool Restaurant. What a find! Cool place. Music level was perfect - background ambient, not too loud. Restaurant had an ambiance of relaxed guest chatting with no loud sounds, but with perfect ambiance. Will definitely return. Excellent service by Sankar - enrolled us into the rewards program - was very attentive.

Wonderful service and staff the kitchen staff was all amazing, breakfast was continental and great. Ahmed the concierge and Abdel at the reception were the best. I actually enjoyed my stay and plan to come back.

Almost everything was great. Very clean place and nice staff. The breakfast was super. Other options including swimming pool were all great. The only problem was the long waiting time before we could check in. I absolutely recommend to go there.

Spa @ Pullman - ReviewnWas torn writing this review because I really wanted to like this place so my expectations were high. Would I return? Yes, but only if they improve.nnWhere they excelled:n-The lady who welcomed us at the check in desk was nice and friendly and warm.n-The facilities are great.n-The massage bed was super comfortable, one of the best I’ve ever been on.n-The masseuse was really nice.n-The post-massage relaxation room (pictured below) was nice/comfortable.nnWhere they didn’t excel:n-The rooms are not sound proof- you hear the noise from the hallway, the clicking and clacking of cutlery and cups/saucers, and worst of all, heard construction noise and drilling on and off throughout the massage, which completely ruined any sense of tranquility or relaxation.n-Massage started 30 minutes late due to a previous client who showed up late, which caused a delay.n-Massage finished about 10min early (booked originally for a 90 minute massage)n-The experience and customer journey (when you enter to how you’re directed and how you flow from stage to stage) needs improvement. Found myself wandering around waiting for someone to guide me to what’s next. Had to re-enter to the front desk (in my robe) to present my payment midway.n-The robes are too short - seems like I received one made for women as mine went only a foot or so below the waist coverage.n-The “underwear” provided rips if you sit down or stand.

The hotel is very nice and clean and the pool is beautiful. All the workers are very nice and helpful. Obaid was especially nice and helpful especially considering our group was 10 people and he made things very easy for us. I highly recommend anyone coming to Dubai to stay here. It is also very close to many tourist sites and the view from the hotel is amazing. Great area and amazing hotel.

I had an amazing stay at the Pullman Dubai Downtown. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff ( Abdul and Stanlin), to the buffet waiters. The facilities were clean, and easy to use. The ambiance is breathtaking. The views from my room was nothing short of amazing. The hallway scent was always something I looked forward to perceiving. They were always willing to help. I would recommend 100%.

A wonderful hotel with friendly, helpful and attentive staff. The Pullman Dubai Downtown is situated next to a small lake surrounded by shops, restaurants and exercise path. It is a very short walk to a Dubai Metro Station serving Dubai and the Tram Station serving the Dubai Marina. The rooftop pool and bar at the Pullman provide a quiet, sunny place to lounge and relax. Only one floor below the pool, enjoy a workout in the well-equipped gym, relax in the steam room, take a seat in the dry sauna or sign up for a couples massage in their tranquil rooms. Finally, the breakfast buffet is amazing! There is something for everyone - found at least 6 different cultures represented in the delicious options provided. I wonu2019t stay anywhere else when visiting Dubai!

Chris was a very nice man he made sure that we get our room early when we arrived and was very friendly and polite. We enjoyed our stay here a lot and would like to come again. The hotel room was nice as well and we had a great view!

We had a very lovely dinner at the Lolita bar. The view was quite breathtaking honestly, the place is cozy and very homely, and warm in spite of the current weather. Special thanks to our bartender Martin who made us some amazing drinks, and even went ahead to recommend his personal favorites. Such a hospitable guy. Definitely an asset to the hotel. Very nice located, stunning city view from the pool and the rooms, modern and good atmosphere and very friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner was always great. Our waitress Christina was just awesome! Enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

It was my first time here and the place is awesome. Might not be a packed crazy place but thatu2019s not what I was looking for. It was chill with nice music and of course most important is the service! Jerome was awesome! He made it so memorable that Iu2019d keep coming back here!!!
