Museum of the Future

About Museum of the Future

The structure is a work of art in terms of architecture and engineering. It confidently bridges the gap between the past and the future by incorporating cutting-edge technology into traditional art forms. The structure speaks Arabic,' with His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum's poetry rendered in Mattar bin Lahej's calligraphy on its facade.

The Museum builds on the UAE's visionary culture, which in less than 50 years has transformed the country into one of the world's most advanced nations. Museum of the Future is a place of tolerance, welcoming people with a wide range of cultural, philosophical, social, and spiritual perspectives.

Fun "museum". It's quite an interactive experience. The first part is all explained in English and I wish they had some sort of translator for foreigners as a lot of people were chatting without paying attention to our guide. They take you on an elevator to the top floor and you work your way down. Make sure you visit each floor as there is not much signage.nAlso they do not explain you can walk around at your pace after the first part on the top floor.nThere was no sign to the outside deck and we had to wait some time to be able to access it as it was very busy and they only allow a certain amount of people out there.nThere is a great area for kids at one of the lower levels.nOverall fun and entertaining. Buy tickets in advance!

I have mixed feelings about it. Indeed the outside architecture is magnificent, but the inside is less thrilling. I guess children will enjoy it the most, but if you think your visit in Dubai will not be complete without seeing this 'museum', I assure you there is no need to panic. For adults a visit to an actual museum will be better.

Cool place to visit, better for the kids rather than for adults. Make sure you have at least two hours to visit the museum (be careful with the visits at 5 pm as the museum closes at 6 pm). Great souvenirs and kids playground. Don't forget to visit the balcony!nReservations are available on the official website and you have to buy tickets about two weeks in advance. Highly recommend!

Truly awe-inspiring. The architecture on the inside and outside was breathtaking. The 3 D printed models and videos helped bring the vision of the future to life. The tour guides are actually experts in their fields. I spoke to Patrick (tour guide/botany researcher) from plant incubators, I didnu2019t realize that all of this is actually currently researched, and this museum is a prototype with backed-up research. It totally changed my experience; I would recommend you chat with the tour guides about the science and research behind everything. Theyu2019re very helpful and insightful. All in all, an excellent experience.

The Museum of the Future is indeed one of the best places to be. The idea which they're proposing is revolutionary, and even at a rudimentary stage; with the exhibits, the vision they wish to show is truly magnificent.nnOne has to visit, if not for the idea that you see, then for the exhibits. It will give your senses a much needed unwind.nnThe name truly doesn't do justice to what lies within it. It is a marvel and if the vision they have planned comes to fruition, it'll be quite the feat!

One of the most beautiful structure in the world, the moment you see the piece one will realize there is not corners in that building. Inside there are visions of the future, but it would have been more interesting if they have used 4d effects in themu2026 few of them has it , most of them are just beautiful videosu2026.the inside structure is mostly in white which gives a serene look. There are few robotic elements here n there. Kids will love the most i feel.overall it was a good time with family.
