AquaFun Water Park

We had a great time here the place was truly great and we really had fun. their name indeed is perfect for AquaFun. I would like to commend the staff also for a very warm welcome especially RYAN & DONDON even though we left something on the beach side and we return late evening they are still there to assist us even the place was close already. Would absolutely rate 5 star here

Brilliant experience with exceptional staff. Incredible helpful organizing a group booking prior to arrival. On the day, the Teena was helpful and accommodating from start to finish - nothing was too much trouble. The Aqua Park itself is fantastic and certainly great value for money. We will definitely be back.

I had such a great time!!!!nYou get whole day to play on the inflatable water park which is actually a really long time considering youu2019re using all of your upper body strength to climb these structures. You can also pay for more time if an hour isnu2019t enough for you. Youu2019re provided with a life jacket which you have to keep on, and there are life guards stationed on all structures which made our group feel safe. Best place ever, we really enjoyed it, it was fun even if you go group of 2 or more. Please take a water with you because if you want a water you have to come back to the beach side to drink water. And you can pay there no need to book its walk in. there are many game need to be strong to pass it and others are easy, but over all itu2019s good for 4 years and above. Even the adults will enjoy it too much. Hope you go and put your review about your experience. You can take a go pro camera with you so you can take a best moments of your life. I advise to wear long sleeve with long leggings better to not get injured.nnYou will go by swimming no boat will take you there, so at least you have to know the basic to reach there, no need to be a good swimmer.nnI would like to thank the staff and aqua fun management for the best experience ever and best organizer. Was an amazing experience, one of a life time experience in such a wonderful place. I enjoy especially the customer service which was a top notch service. This beautiful lady convinced be to get a pair of beautiful socks which was so helpful as the temperature increase the surfaces became hot. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you guys!ud83dude0a

We went to the park on a Saturday morning and it was wonderful. Waruni, MeMe and Auvin were there to guide and explain the process. They gave us great tips and made our day fun. You can safely keep your bags in their lockers and enjoy the floats. The life guards are also very nice. They kept motivating us and made us try the fun areas. When it’s too warm they splash water too. Since it’s a multiple entry we came to the park during sunset again. It was enjoyable. Waruni gave us some tips on the area as well. A wonderful experience. Must try!

It was our first time trying it and it was one of the best experiences weu2019ve had in a water park. We had so much fun and the staff (June and Brian) were so absolutely friendly and so much fun to be around. They helped us whenever we needed help and took care of us all the time and made sure of our safety through our time there. I would highly recommend everyone to try it out.

While on holiday in Dubai we went to AquaFun Water Park and it was fantastic. It was very hot the day we went and the staff made sure they were throwing sea water onto the attraction to keep it nice and cool. It's not a cheap attraction BUT the fact you can spend all day there is brilliant. Make sure you are physically fit and have no aches or pains as you get a good workout.

What a wonderful experience I had with friends and family's, I was so happy with welcome respect from the amazing staffs especially Hakeem, Auvin and Meme, we were assisted by them on how to go by everything! We really enjoyed the fun with the lovely environment and a super view. Really felt fulfilled and satisfied.nI will recommend aqua fun to everyone.

So much fun! Michael was amazing and guided us through the entire obstacle course helping us and encouraging us along the way. He so willingly kept my phone safely on him and took tons of pictures and videos for us. It was such a fun time and I definitely recommend this activity.

Super fun outing with kids. The life guards made sure the float was wet and cool everywhere as it was a hot day. Such a great and attentive team! Edward challenged the kids, gamifying the experience which took everything a notch higher. Thank you Aqua Fun team!

A really fun floating park on the JBR beach. Since I first tried, it doubled in size spanning around 200m of fun and adventures. Slide, climb, swing, and balance. Apply a lot of sunscreen and better yet, wear protective clothing (for skin protection from sun and rubber burns). Pro tip: remove your watch or risk losing it.

Went to Aqua Fun in Dubai yesterday with my 6 year old daughter and had the absolute best day. The obstacles are challenging but fun. The staff were incredibly helpful and monitor attendees closely to assist ASAP when needed. Huge thanks to June who spent time with to teach us how to tackle some of the harder sections - he really helped to make our day super fun and safe!

The best water park experience! Don't hesitate to try this park it's not your typical experience. I was about to go to Wild Wadi or Atlantis but this was by far the best! Plus there is so much to do in JBR not stuck in one location. Will defo do this again and again!

The staff make the experience so much better as well, all have a smile on their face and probably a bucket of water to try make the course in front of you even more slippery!! Highly recommend upgrading to get the video recorded option as well as itu2019s such a funny thing to watch back, and is such good quality! If youu2019re in Dubai, I cannot tell you how much you need.. NEED to give this a go!

We have visited the park three times previously and again visited today. We were extremely disappointed. The inflatable course is completely covered in barnacles which we were not informed of until we were out there. If we would have known this before going onto the course we wouldnu2019t have done it as this was not something previously causing an issue. Today however we both suffered injuries, I fell on the inflatable and deeply sliced my toe on the barnacles and my partner used the step to get back onto the inflatable and suffered multiple deep cuts to his shin. This caused pain and discomfort. Once back to the hotel we really began to question what we paid over 200aed for as we were on the course for less than 30mins because of our injuries and instead spent the evening with plasters and bandages on. The u2018first aidu2019 rep assisted us but didnu2019t offer any form of apology or even any water. We brought water with us but this is besides the point. I also question how sanitary the life jackets are as mine had a stench to it. I personally will not be going back or recommending this to anyone else, itu2019s seems to be past itu2019s best.nnResponse to your reply- I do not appreciate your level of sarcasm. I had previously left a 5* trip advisor review when I first visited. As mentioned though our experience yesterday was a 1* at best. Iu2019m pleased to hear you are investing in your business however this makes no difference to myself or my partner from the experience we had and injuries suffered. Thank you for the offer of VIP passes however we donu2019t wish to return and will also not be in the country. I would like a refund for the pain you have caused by selling a ticket to a product which is unsafe and not fit for purpose at this current moment in time. I fail to believe that you are complying with the relevant health and safety legislation. You also need to make drastic changes to your customer service. Your on beach staff are rude, when we found ourselves with injuries you were not apologetic and then upon responding to my review you were sarcastic. This business really leave a lot to be desired. Please contact myself via email to discuss further or I shall leave honest reviews on social media, trip advisor and other relevant platforms. I also note similar one star reviews, I believe you have paid locals to leave you 5* reviews.
