Jumeirah Living Marina Gate

I've traveled a lot and have stayed in plenty of hotels and I must say, this was the best. The staff was the best I've ever came across, I miss Patient and Aung, the first day we gave them our orders and we never had to repeat it, when we went down for breakfast our utensils were already placed on our chair we sat in the mornings. The guy at the front who sells tours was so engaging, wanted to know how our day went, he was like a friend. The receptionists,the valet....everything was perfect at this hotel. I felt like I was staying with friends who really cared that I enjoyed my stay. I already have my next trip planned to come back, I could write a whole book about the staff and the best customer service I've ever experienced......you guys deserve a 1000 star review.

Luxurious, spacious rooms. The beds are incredibly comfortable.nThe location is perfect, at the North end of the Marina, with a Carrefour supermarket just around the corner.nnToo bad the pool has limited seats, which get taken in the morning.

Hotel was very clean and their cleaning staff did a thorough job cleaning the room every day. I needed a room for a single person and got better than I expected. All staff was very friendly and attentive. I used their laundry service and they did a good job.nnI would not hesitate to stay here again the next time I am back in the area.

I had 5 star service at this hotel. I didn't expect the level of service and reception I got. Only regret was I didn't stay long enough in this place but I would surely be back. Everyone was pleasant from the receptionist to the people in the breakfast room, room service....everyone. the rooms were neat and modern and I even got a complimentary cake and roses on the bed for my wife's 40th birthday. Enjoyed the sauna room and infinity pool too with my kids. Absolutely love it

Bugs and flies. The hotel is filled with bugs and flies of all kind. On my 3rd night, I woke up with 20+ bites all over my body and it’s wasn’t mosquito bites. I walked around the apartment and realized that the apartment is filled with bugs and flies; I was so frustrated that I didn’t before the bites. I informed the hotel and the first response was we’ll send someone with a sprayer! After I emailed the manager he called, apologized, and guaranteed they’ll move me to a better and ‘clean’ apartment. Packed my things and went to the new apartment and, without even looking, saw bugs and all kind of flies in the kitchen, bedroom, and the bathroom. I took videos & pictures and sent it to the hotel; but of course they don’t have a solution anymore because all the rooms was filled with bugs. I checked out immediately after that and went to another hotel and they didn’t charge me for the upcoming night since I left. However they didn’t refund me for the horrible night I had; and they tried to offer 25% discount or a free night in the upcoming 3 months which I refused because no one want to sleep with bed bugs.nThat’s it, the most horrible experience.n*Photos in my profile since they won’t let them appear here.

Spent 2 months living at JLMG - friendly and super helpful staff, good restaurant with somewhat annoying birds are the terrace. The best views of Marina from the hotel's infinity pool and great rooms to live in

Had the best stay at this hotel last week! A huge appreciation for the staff on the call centre & reception! I checked out of a near-by hotel with a bad experience & they accommodate me & my family in a great 2 bedroom suite within an hour of my call! Clean rooms & great view of the city, i had the best experience with the valet service as they were super fast & highly efficient.nTheir breakfast was great & they have the friendliest staff whenever u need help.nnThey also arraigned a small celebration for my sister in a very very short notice, so u can ensure that ur wishes r their commands within the fastest time frame!

Big thank you to amara lounge team especially to mr. kiran his service is out of beyond and lama his is very helpful and friendly. The food is amazing, the view and the pool was perfect. Definitely will come back again.

I had a great time Jumeirah Living Marine Gate. The staff is very professional, friendly and kind. Breakfast is also great and from the swimming pool, you have the best view of the Dubai Marines.

Excellent hotel, has a pool for both kids and adults and a warm jakozi, breakfast was amazing and has different options. Customer service is excellent.

Even during Ramadan, they continue to drill boldly during the day without permission.

No have words to describe the beauty of this amazing place...

Breakfast is very good as well and from the swimming pool, you have the best view over Dubai Marine. Excellent customer experience. Many thanks for your job and service. This review if for the Amara Lounge and their food. The most abysmal add day breakfast I am yet to have McDonalds does a better job. The straggliest piece (one) of Asparagus you have ever seen and hash browns with the consistency of mud and bread that is more like chewing gum than food.

Why do I have to stay in the shadow near the pool when there is available place on the sun but I canu2019t move my sunbed there just u201cbecause manager said itu2019s impossibleu201d. I came to dubai to have a sunbath! You have the sun on the pool only for 3,5h and I canu2019t even enjoy it properly! Really disappointed.

The apartment and location is great. But the parking very tight difficult corners and paths, the machine card sometimes not working. The staff in the reception for residential they never smiling and say hello they all like stress working there, and also to people from Asian like my wife her family they never say hello. Hotel stay was good, rooms are fully equipped. But their restaurant Amara Lounge all day dining is a disaster. The food served was not fresh and taste wasn't great. For the price they charging, they could serve way better food.

Overall hotel is good. Stayed with my spouse . Rooms are wide. Views from restaurant is breathtaking. Food is fresh and delicious, had tried green curry and several more dishes which was so good. Service are so friendly especially Ali who always there to go extra mile and have a smily face. I recommend terrace area.

A great place for rest and relax. Great pool with beautiful view and good spot for nice pics! You can dine and have lunch at the Amara restaurant, where the food is delicious and the prices are good. And Ben can give you the best service, super professional in a smart and elegant way!
