Address Dubai Marina

I have no words to describe my visit to this hotel. I am definitely giving it a highest rating possible. The ambience was fantastic. The staff was simply great. The food , hospitality, service and the location everything was top notch. I can’t wait to visit again. The location at the Marina is so good. One is close to the beach as well, which is walking distance. The location is buzzing with activity till late night and the lighting around the area makes it magical. The hotel Is world class and one of the main reasons I will visit Dubai again and again.

Every now and then you have an amazing experience when travelling. Certainly this comes from the staff and the facilities that management trains and provides.nnFrom the moment of exiting the cab and walking to the front desk to check in is a wonderful journey ... helpful staff with big smiles ... makes you feel special and great.nnA welcoming refreshing drink, refresher face towels and exceptional hospitality from staff such as Ms Sheryl the front desk supervisor is what Address brand is all about in my books.nnNothing less than perfection with a sincere smile and accommodating for all our needs. My hat's off to Ms Sheryl and the entire team at Address Dubai Marina. Infinite thank you's .

Good enough. Facilities feel a little dated and it lacks the flair and elegance of the downtown Address properties. Located anywhere else, this would probably be considered a top tier property but given the wide range of excellent options available in Dubai (some of which are also Address hotels) I’d give this 4 stars on a good day and 3 stars if you don’t consider the friendly and helpful staff.

I'm staying here since 2020 and I love the facilities.nEspecially fitness center is huge and fully equipped.nI love the cleanliness and amazing and friendly staff there.nI wanna highlight Ainissa who is professional gym coach. She found a perfect approach to me and she shows how to use all the equipment properly.nnThe best gym ever.

It was an amazing experience…The staffs are really welcoming and helpful. We have been staying for one year and we are feeling so sad to leave the residence. The view is great. So one should try to stay and enjoy the Marina experiences.

It cannot be described with words. The efforts made into everything, into my stay was more than I ever could’ve asked for! The decor, the food and practicality of the room. When I ordered room service for my breakfast, the very kind staff worker “Kith” arrived at my room’s doorstep with a trolley and was very helpful and easy to understand, because of Kith I was able to enjoy my delicious breakfast with ease and comfort as the hot French toast remained in a cabinet inside the trolley. Kith later returned to retrieve the trolley very shortly with minimum time and great humor. He is the best staff I know yet!

This hotel, service and staff will never disappoint you, and that’s remarkably what makes us come back every time.nThe location is the best very close to marina. Easy access to the finest diners. Thank you to the whole team for tremendous service and the housekeeping lady I forgot her name but she’s always smiling and hardworking. And again Mr. Salem the manager we met him again who’s always ready to go out of his ways to provide excellent delivery. Highly recommend for the great hospitality, one really feels warmly welcomed. Thank you for everything!

The most precious place to stay in, if you’re looking for a complete rest break from busy schedule and amazing experience. The hospitality and service remarkably exquisite. Well trained staff and top quality. More appropriation to the best receptionist ever Adel who is professional and made everything so comfortable and memorable. I’m definitely coming back with my family.nnAgain many thanks to Adel for his kind assistance.

Great hotel in a great location. Service is implacable ,everyone is very welcoming and nice. The hotel is super clean,has everything you can think about,from a beauty salon,a gym and a spa. It feels fancy but not too much,which for me is exactly the right vibe. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. And,the hotel is right next to the Dubai marina mall ,it is literally a door and a short passage away. Reason for 4 stars is that in my room,a few things didn’t work as expected (like the toilet or the tea kettle). They handled it when I asked. This is my second time and I will definitely be back.

Overall it deserves a 5 star. The location is perfect, the hotel staff were A+. I had a few comments to make about the room and hallways but found out when I was checking out that they in the middle of renovating basically floor per floor and was just luck of the draw to the floor we got...I can look past this as I know next time I will stay again and was told we'd be looked after. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. The fact it is right on/in the Dubai Marina Mall made life a breeze for shopping and food. Definitely one of the best pools in Dubai too. We had specified a Marina view and was a great view, it may be a different however if you got a non marina view but I think next time we stay we won't mind too much.

So nice place to have staycation. I have got the gift voucher for one night stay. It was short stay but very pleasant. The staff and service provided are amazing. The room was so clean and cozy. The only thing I couldn't experience it's the pool and the breakfast. Instead I had suhur breakfast, which was good too. Awesome views of the Dubai Marina at night are impressive.
