For parents, the satisfaction of their children is the most important condition when choosing a hotel. the children here were always smiling at the kindness and friendliness of the staff. And even when the baby was crawling, the soles of his feet and his hands were very clean. I'll come back !

Great place to relax after busy days in Dubai. The Pool area is very nice, clean with top class service. We rented a cabana and enjoyed the soccer games. The Salt Restaurant is a great place also by the pool area serving a delicious paella with seafood. The server dedicated to us was Nitesh and was 10 stars class making sure all requests were fulfill including a charger for my phone.

The service, staff and food was excellent. But the rooms and furniture were dated.. and the spa facilities left much to be desired. For the price per night, not worth staying here unfortunately. There are much better quality hotels in Dubai for a more reasonable price.

I didn’t stay here its way to expensive for me, just came for visit n lunch. A wonderful and awesome experience! I felt like this is one of the best hotel I have ever visited. The service is top of the world. Super expensive and luxurious interior , everything has a golden luxury and stunning touch. breathtaking view, awesome restaurant and food, world class service. Located at the best place in Dubai. Enjoyed the time.

It is beautiful hotel, amazing view, location and amenities. And the worst service I've ever saw. Good place with bad staff. Fake smiles, you can see how they actually hate you. Not all of course. But people on reception make me scared with smile on serious face. Spoiled birthday celebration by mess in the restaurant SAL and probably lack of control from guest service manager. It's normal to have high expectations for high price. But if you want to see this hotel just go without any expectations, make your own mood. Breakfast was excellent.

The tour of the royalty suite is cool and all, but when the best food they serve you is the complimentary dates and coffee, the title of a 7 star service hotel is kinda just pompous. When you get ceasar salad made with chicken that was left under a heat lamp for hours and it actually tastes grainy with the dressing clearly made with mayonnaise and pasta that is so dried that a knife won't cut it, that's where I draw the line. Other than that, great and interesting cultural place that boasts extravagance.

Excellent customer service, from the time we checked-in up to we were escorted to our room. Our Room was really beyond our expectations. They even upgraded our stay as I celebrate my birthday, and take an extra effort for my welcome cake in the room. It was beyond AWESOME and memorable stay and experience.

I’ve stayed in more hotels than I can count in more cities than I can remember, that’s why this is probably my favorite hotel review of all time.nI stayed here for four nights. my room was upgraded free of charge cos it was my birthday~nProsnThe view is to dieeeee for, the water has this calming effect that makes you forget your sorrownThe rooms are very neat so if you have more guests than usual which I did everyone had space to sleep as there are extra sleeping bags.nservice was too good and very polite.nThe hallway feels like a birds nest so it has a personal homey feel that the lobby lacks.nConsnThe food could be better.nThere’s sometimes too much activity going on in the lobby/waiting area.nThe pool area is almost always reserved so it’s confusing where guests should use.nBut these are just minor inconveniences . I’d visit again a million times.

A wonderful and awesome experience! The service is top notch, reception responds requests really fast and are really helpful, whenever we needed something, someone was sent within 2 minutes. Welcome delicacies provided with the rooms were lovely. The suites are spacious and comfortable for a stay in with family, the view from rooms is beautiful too. The in room dining service options are cheaper than other places and the taste is delicious. Hermes amenities are provided throughout the suite, which are a nice add on of course. One thing we did not like was there was no hand shower in the washrooms and the water bottles provided were all ones needed to be opened with a can opener, it gets annoying when in a rush to drink water. Check in and check out is a bit slow as well. Other than that the overall experience was lovely and definitely worth it and well deserving of five stars. I will come again.

A fantastic adventure! The service is excellent; reception answers quickly to queries and is quite helpful; whenever we needed something, someone was dispatched within 2 minutes. The welcome treats that came with the rooms were delicious. The suites are huge and pleasant for a visit with family, and the view from the apartments is stunning. The in-room eating alternatives are less expensive than other places, and the food is wonderful. Hermes amenities are given throughout the suite, which is a lovely extra. One thing we didn't like was that there was no hand shower in the restrooms, and the water bottles given had to be opened with a can opener, which was inconvenient when we were in a hurry to drink.

Stayed first time when they opened 22 years back. It Was superior service and great food in 2000. Went in February 2022 to experience the superior service. Had excellent dinner outdoor under the stars. After 22 years, still the rooms and property looks brand new. One of the best hotel I have stayed. View of the city is worth the trip.

Truly a 7 star hotel.nEverything is amazing and lovely.nYou will go crazy looking at the lobby itself. Royal suites are beyond luxurious, a once in a life experience.nBeach is clean and very beautiful.nSwimming pool is huge, lounges are super good.nYou feel sad the moment you step out from the hotel, reason- you just want to live there forever.nJust amazing and beautiful hotel.nEveryone needs to visit it atleast once, a must add place on your check list.

Beautiful property! Its been said that this is a 7-Star hotel and it certainly reflected that. We also enjoyed afternoon tea in the hotel. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! Plus there are several other dining and entertainment options and activities on sight. As one could imagine, this is not a budget friendly hotel, but you will get what you pay for here and the cost is not completely out of reach. This location is for the discerning traveler who enjoys the experience of the finer things in life! Treat yourself to a small bit of luxury!

One in the lifetime experience. Must visit it if you are visiting Dubai hotel like this you have never seen before as it is for me. Staff is very generous you'll get a service and hospitality like a famous star. Day show you the rooms and all the passage area which is fully covered in 24 karat gold plating. Just structure itself is a miracle they have a museum like rooms at the top floor which they have completely devoted to the architecture and structural designer of this building. If you are from India I would like to suggest you to take a burger in the main course. Deserts are good you can try each one of them.

The best ever ... 7* hotel ... you receive 100* Treatment By far the best ever hotel .. The manager came to meet me personally to assist my special occasion. And the hotel staff an Manager went out there way to make our daughter feel like a real princess. Superb, not one bad word to say about it, the service is the best in the world. you have to do nothing which is why we went. a great room, great staff.
