We planned for having breakfast there but since there are no reservations available we opted for the lunch and it turns out to be the best lunch we ever had. The waitress Toe Toe was very attentive and really helpful in explaining the food as well as place. She also suggested good place for the photos and took photos for us as well. I would suggest people to go for this restaurant paying some extra few bucks rather than opting the observatory deck in Burj Khalifa.

We came here to celebrate my nephews 18th birthday and everything from the booking team to the service and food was amazing. We couldn't secure a window table but before our mains were served our server (Patrick) and the team moved us to a great window table when as one became available. I had the 5 course tasting menu with wine pairing which was exquisite. I will definitely be coming back as soon as I am in Dubai again. Thank you Patrick and team for a great evening!!

This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again. The staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority.

I tried the lounge with 6 other people for breakfast. Expectations were quite high since this should be one of the most luxurious restaurant in Dubai. Service was super slow. We waited half an hour to place our orders and the food was not that good for what you pay. Stay away from the juices: they are cheap, store-bought juices. Nothing special. The pineapple juice was watery and he had chemical taste. The french toasts were okay, but they weren't french toast. The pancakes were weird, too dense. The croissants were cold and didn't taste fresh at all. Same thing with the bread. Probably they toasted it yesterday. We asked for gluten free options, there was only one thing on the menu that wasn't available. They bring us some bread that basically tasted like egg and nothing else. In general the service was not up to the standard. If you are looking for a great, luxurious in-dining experience, don't come here. The view and the coffee were great, but overall you can get better food and better service at Starbucks. :) At the end of our breakfast, I expressed my disappointment to the waiter and he did his best to save the situation, but for what you pay and what we received, you have to be superman to save a similar experience. He gave us bonus chocolates and we appreciated his gesture, but again, it wasn't enough to meet the high expectations this place creates. You have to think that it took me 30 minutes to book a table. Anyway, the waiter took us some picture and they were great. So 5 for the photography skill, 1 star for the rest. P.s The messy block notes to take ordination was out-of-place for a similar place.

Chic place. From the monent that you are making a reservation till you arrive the outlet itself, only expect a stunning treatment. The lounge and of course the view itself - both are phenomenal. However I would like to highlight the Service Team who is amazing! Really appreciate the sincere smiles that they gave me. Thanks a lot and keep going!
