Great place to stay, staff very friendly especially Tailah at the front desk who made this a 5 star experience for me. P.s she also makes a beautiful coffee.
Small room, uncomfortable well worn bed, urine on toilet under seat as clearly not cleaned well, stains on carpet, exhaust fan in bathroom extremely dirty. Stayed in room 125. Would DEFINITELY NOT recommend or revisit. Terrible.
Good customer service, lobby was clean, room was dusty, mould in bathroom, lack of towels for the pool, the heated pool was cold felt like an outdoor pool, food was ok bit abit oily, oak bar and grill was clean except the floor was really sticky, thought the hotel would have been better being across from the race track.
A pleasant and comfortable stay at reasonable prices, the low cost upgrade to executive (?) suite is worth the $$.nWander through to the onsite pub for a decent sized and cost effective meal with a good selection of beers on tap.
Overpriced for an an average room in an industrial estate... I've stayed in much nicer places for far less money in recent times. More importantly, the rooms cleanliness and overall appearance is poor .... dusty , dirty walls, chipped paint on walls and skirting boards, etc. ... the hallway floor leading into the room was dirty and not vacuumed and the rear exit/fire escape looks like its had squatters living in there. Quality needs to improve , or price to come down IMO
The staff were really nice and the restaurant was great. Only bad feedback would be that the bed sheets were poorly made, and the kettle in the room needed cleaning. Our room linked to another room and was un locked which was a concern if we didnu2019t check. Staff locked the door once we told them but imagine if we didnu2019t check and someone was next door with access to our room. Apart from that it was a nice stay and the room was nice :) thank you

Good location for motorsport. I have stayed many times for events at SMP.nnBeds were a bit uncomfortable this time around. Pizzas were good from the bar.
Nice rooms of a five star standard, though more options for hanging up coats, etc would be nice. Not impressed with the frosted glass door on the bathroom. Insecure car park does not have easy access from the building requiring a bit of a walk with bags or needing to take or collect items from your car.
Nothing fancy. But clean with a decent feed in the bar restaurant too.nnRoom 130 needs the heater fixing.ud83dude0a
