This hotel came with the full package from the outstanding hospitality to the delectable food and great facilities. I would encourage anyone ( whether it be solo , couple or families) to come to this exceptional hotel. My family and I absolutely adored and just loved our experience here and believe me when I tell you itu2019s nothing like youu2019ve ever been to before . If I could I would give this hotel infinite stars, because everything was just amazing. The food , for starters, was so delicious. The diverse array of cuisines and foods really suited our palettes. Overall our experience in this hotel was beyond enticing and I would 2000% recommend anyone to come visit this hotel.

The staff at the Waldorf are amazing! I was visiting family in Raz Al Khaimah and came for a beach day while my brother and his wife were at work. Everyone was so attentive and made me feel comfortable even though I was alone.nnA gentleman named Victor was especially brilliant! He checked on me multiple times throughout my stay and made sure I had all I needed. He also brought me the most perfect iced coffee!nnIf youu2019d like a 5 star beach experience I would highly recommend the Waldorf. Be sure to ask for Victor !

Came for a day at the beach and I must say that all the team members from welcome to the pool operation were just fantastic and super friendly.nIu2019d like to mention Adrian and his team, especially Victor for being so friendly and accommodating throughout the day! The fact that they were all in high spirit and never said no to anything despite the heat says a lot about the leadership of Adrian.nAgain, Victor, thank you for going the extra mile and making us feel specialu2026 you made our day :)

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved the property. They have a small water park for kids which our daughter loved and indoor play area which has good amount of toys and she loved exploring all toys. Rooms are big and very spacious. We were in deluxe king room (sea view with balcony) and this category has the biggest balcony and best view. The lights in the room were perfect. Check in and check out was quick and in room dining food was super tasty.

I chatted with Victor. He was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my service was requesting. I believe he had my interest at heart and found the best coverage for me at a good price,.nFantastic and enthusiastic energy Victor and the team mates

It was a great stay! Kids enjoyed the place a little! My parents are seniors and they had fun! It is family oriented place and safe. I highly recommend. Victor helped us by the pool too! Thank you so much

There is nothing not to love about this hotel! The staff are fabulous and so customer focused but not in an obsequious way. For such a large hotel there is a real family feel that pervades every interaction.nnEven the entry level rooms are enormous and smack of luxury.nnThe hotel has managed to cater for families with children and those wanting an adult break superbly well with its adult only swim and eating area and a separate fun play area for children only.nnWould definitely recommend to anyone who has the joy of holidaying in Ras Al Khaima!

I highly recommend this hotel resort to everyone based on an extremely amazing personal experience. Each and everything was prim and proper. We really enjoyed our stay all in all. A very satisfied guest. Service is commendable. Cleanliness is top class too. I appreciate the efforts put in by all staff members who made us feel like home!

The place has a sense of relaxation, the moment you walk into the lobby. The grand lobby is welcoming not just because of it's grandeur but because of the warmth and exemplary service of the staff. Every person is helpful, welcoming and attentive to guests around the hotel. The facilities are very well managed, the staff are increasingly efficient and most importantly, the hotel has adapted to the use of technology and COVID protocols to an amazing level. Ordering from your beach bench is simple and food is served packed and safe to eat. The restaurants offer wide variety of food but the service of the staff is what makes the experience exceptional. It is an absolute gem of a place to visit for a holiday with your family.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect. The double room with two queen beds worked out great for us and our two toddlers. Exceptional restaurant staff we were treated amazing especially at Azure. The pool staff were very attentive.nnIf you want to have a cabana for the day at the pool, be sure to reserve it with the pool staff early in the am before breakfast.

Fabulous. Every single member of staff is so helpful, particularly the check in. The facilities are first class l, the restaurants were fantastic. We had a wonderful time and I can't recommend it enough. Not the cheapest but definitely worth every penny.

Me and my husband chose this hotel for our anniversary getaway and we enjoyed every minute of our stay there. The hotel is beautiful and has great facilities (rooms, pools, beach, restaurants) and most importantly it's friendly and considerate stuff that made a huge difference. Irina and Majid in particular from the front desk were very welcoming and informative and ensured we had an amazing stay, huge thanks to them both.nThe stuff at Azure restaurant made sure our anniversary dinner was full of surprises and we enjoyed it a lot.nThe food at the hotel is amazing, their breakfast is one of the best we ever tried. Highly recommend the hotel and definitely we are coming back soon.
