Revier Dubai

At the beginning I was having a good impression of the hotel as it’s my first time to stay in this hotel, however after we got the room I looked around it was nice looking andndesign until I found out that the washroom sliding door it’s not working ( you can’t easily close it and after you put your energy to close it you will not be able to open it again easily. My wife was stuck in the washroom until she called and I opened the door ).nThe shower was horrible experience as wellnWhen you will take a shower be ready for cold and hot water every 10-15 seconds , even if you don’t adjust the temperature.nYou can’t shower properly and peacefully.nAs for the room service…. I called the kitchen to order a breakfast and the lady at the phone was very welcoming and she offered us few things complementary and I like that, until I was shocked that I’ll have to pay to what she offer as complementary. I didn’t say or do anything, I just paid.nHowever, the food was not worth it all and I eat only the fruit and I returned the food barely touched.nSo the moral of the story…nNot bad place… Horrible experience and not worth the money.nPlus, it’s pricey for 4 stars hotel.

Amazing hotel!nCustomer service here is probably the best I’ve ever had and I mean from every single employee I met and spoke to (which was quite a few).nThey are extremely accommodating and really go above and beyond to meet your needs.nI read some of the bad reviews to see if maybe I missed what they were exposed to but I didn’t. Wifi was fine, ac great, service as I said before, impeccable.nRooms are so nice, new, clean. Hotel was opened in 2020 so it’s extremely modern.nThey have a gym, restaurant, bar, and pool.nI wish I got names to shout them out but there was just so many great people.nFront desk, room attendants, they gentleman who helped with my luggage, the servers at the restaurant, etc etc, were amazing.

The place is very elegant and the atmosphere is greatnThe thing I loved the most about the place was the staffnThey were very friendly, helpful and wonderful to the extreme.nMy next trip to Dubai will definitely be in this hotel as well.nThe food is very tasty, especially the pastries for breakfastnI highly recommend it to people who are looking for a place full of comfort and friendly people.nThank you very much, especially to Mr. Saeed, Mrs. Katrina, Mrs. Gillen and the rest of the people whose names I don't know. Beautifully built, well architectured with a unique design, I had a peaceful and amazing time during my stay, it will drive your five senses...nFood - 5 Stars.....Clean, fresh, variety of products...Professional welcoming staff with positive attitude.nRoom - Cozy, spacious and gives you mountain cabin feel and vibe, but with a modern twist.nCleanliness - 5 Stars....All in place and clean...They care about the environment, by putting some notes.nReception - 5 Stars...Staff very well trained, smiling and greeting guests all the time.

I came from Saudi and i had the best experience in this hotel in Dubai. The service and the staff was very nice and welcoming. Everything was so clean and new.The lobby has nice cinnamon smell. I like the decoration it’s remind me of Swiss 🇨🇭 . I’d rate everything a 💯

This hotel provided us with outstanding service and a very special experience. My wife and I felt very well taken care of and every aspect of customer service was simply perfect. This hotel exceeded our expectations and will be a memorable stay and our ultimate destination for future trips. Revier qualifies to be a 5-star hotel and beyond. Strongly recommended.

Great stay at Revier. Very different vibe than other hotels in Dubai, like you are staying in a Swiss mountain chalet. Rooms are small but very comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was tasty and varied and the pool area was nice. Great location 10-15 minutes from most major attractions. Staff was caring and professional. Highly recommend!

We booked the hotel for a holiday trip. We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was well furnished, cozy and clean. The breakfast was fantastic. I asked for dairy-free porridge because I'm dairy-intolerance. So they remembered me and brought me a dairy-free porridge everyday for almost two weeks straight and we didn't even had to ask for it. So the service was outstanding. To be honest some individuals where not the best, but others were absolutely phenomenal (10 out of 10) so the overall impression is still superb. Unfortunately I forgot most of their names but Alfred from the entrance was one of them. I can highly recommend to stay at the Revier-Hotel in Dubai. Thanks for everything!

It was a very good stay at Revier Dubai.. I spent 6 nights and everything was good and comfortable.. Breakfast was such nice and has diversity... Reception staff, especially Miss. Dhanushi, were all very good and hospitable, answered all my requests, helped me using apps in Dubai.. It is near downtown only 15 min in car... I enjoyed my stay.

Brand new hotel. Clean. Practical. Enjoyed the 5 days I was there. Would recommend it, and would book again next time I visit Dubai.

Great hotel, in the centre of business Bay and 10-15 mn by car from all the big attractions in Dubai. Very helpful staff, joyful and always there to keep your stay comfortable. The decoration and the details in the hotel are also amazing. Great restaurant and bar (including a happy hour everyday 6h30-8h30) not to forget a big swimming pool and a nice fitness room. The experience overall was excellent, will definitely visit again if in Dubai. Thank you

The hotel looks nice, but I have never seen such a bad service.nWe booked our trip more than a month before we flew to Dubai. Once we arrived at 3 o'clock in the morning to the hotel, our booking was not confirmed (however the payment was done more than a month ago). 5 days we could not clarify the booking for 13 nights, and needed to pay extra our stay. After 5 days our travel agency gave a confirmation that everything is fine. However at the reception we got an information that our stay is confirmed, but 4 days less than we originally booked! The answer of the hotel was that we have to pay extra costs if we want to stay longer. And that issue we must only solve with a travel agent. So far the experience staying here was really unfortunate negative. We did not have a pleasure stay ,but stress and extra payments. The restaurant could also ask us to pay a bill at 12 o'clock at night, which is also not acceptable. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Here u will not get an European service.

My girlfriend and myself stayed for one week in this hotel. We were very satisfied with the food and the service, especially the business lunch. Kola and Alfred were great employees of the Hotel sand always helped us if we needed any help or information.

The first day was not the best especially for the breakfast, thanks to attention that the staff has showed to my inputs the second day everything was fixed. Room cleaning was great and in time, the reception team is really kind.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly. Tansu was very professional and helped us with a great big smile. The room was nice, bed was comfortable, the breakfast was great. Had a nightcap at the bar and the bartender was cool and gave recommendations for markets to check out. Zero complaints. Will repeat.

Spent 12 wonderful days here. The staff are excellent, so helpful. The free wifi is brilliant. Facilities are fab, definitely geared towards people travelling for work.nWill definitely return.

Alphorn restaurant has one of the best cold cuts trays in town, and I also loved the salad!nnThe staff are friendly and quite knowledgeable, they asked us a couple of times about our food and offered great advice. I am certainly going back for the Fondue night!
